No one on iHub is an 'investor' in WSRC. I dare say that not one person has ever contributed a dime directly to $WSRC to help the company. We are all 'shareholders'... gamblers if you will. We either believe in the company based on available public information... or we don't. Las Vegas or Monte Carlo would be more fun, but most of us 'invest' in penny stocks because we can't afford 'Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous'... and hopefully, we have a little fun along the way, despite our inevitable wins and losses.
I believe $WSRC will ultimately prove to be a winning bet. I can't offer a convincing reason capable of winning over the skeptics on this board, but I do believe in $WSRC nonetheless.
The First Amendment gives each of us the right to have and voice our own opinions. Long live America and the Constitution... and here's to hoping $WSRC ultimately proves to be a WINNER.
$WSRC / MSL payment of invoices vote tonight at SMVWCD Board Meeting... along with a number of other related MSL items to be discussed and voted on... including private land use by MSL for ongoing operations... approval of MSL invoices submitted by Synergy the company auditing MSL operations to meet FEMA approval for payment. If all this goes through tonight, it appears $WSRC / MSL will be receiving a large payday from FEMA.

They are NOT 'investors'... they're shareholders. I doubt anyone on this board has ever sent $WSRC a dime of investment to assist the company.
One would have to be 140 years old to have direct and specific knowledge of 116 years of the company's history in order to categorically label the company a fraud. I'm only 70, so I'm at an obvious disadvantage.
What's your point? I didn't make over $100,000 a year for the first 40 years of my life... but then one year I finally did... and have ever since.
What $WSRC did, or did not do, in the past has nothing to do with what $WSRC is doing now.
Barnett Southern was a subject of the SMVWCD Board meeting last night... a subcontractor under $WSRC / MSL. Barnett is a huge civil contractor providing heavy equipment and specialized crews for pumping and dredging operations at Twitchell Reservoir under terms of the MSL / SMVWCD contract.
$WSRC SMVWCD Regular Meeting tonight 630PM PST. Agenda attached below. Call-in: 667-776-9046. Updates anticipated to be given on Twitchell Dam operations.

This fool believes there is more than $183 BILLION in gold at Sage Hen Mine... the company's published estimate is most likely too low. With huge banks failing all around us and US dollar values dropping like bird poop... GOLD is poised to hit all time highs in value.
$WSRC shareholders will be the WINNERS.
$WSRC Twitter Update on Twitchell Mitigation Progress
Just to be clear… this IS NOT a SCAM…no matter how many times someone repeats it.
That FROWN is just a SMILE turned upside down.
Amazing... it took you all of 3 minutes to make this 'factual' determination that $WSRC / MSL has not... and will not... receive FEMA funding... something you could not possibly know. You only reference information from previous years as your proof... nothing current.
I can't wait for next week's revelations. The celebration will be so sweet.
$WSRC / MSL $1.5 to $2 BILLION Agreement has been made public by the Santa Maria Valley Water Conservation Board
MSL_Twitchell_Dam_and_Reservoir_Mitigation_Agreement_January_2023.pdf
Find the agreement here: https://docdro.id/v9k35Tt
You have no idea what you're talking about. ALL previous FEMA applications by SMVWCD were submitted in years prior to the Federal Declared Disaster funding allocated after the 2023 winter storm damages... signed in January 2023 by President Biden... which includes the Twitchell Dam and Reservoir mitigation project that has been documented and verified by both public news sources, as well as the SMVWCD Board of Directors... with the MSL Twitchell Reservoir mitigation agreement signed by the SMVWCD Board President... per the several recent open-to-the-public call-in Board meetings attended by over a hundred interested citizens... as well as by $WSRC / MSL Management (recordings of the meetings are available on TWTR by @Dodger).
FEMA and the California OES are currently in the process of opening the funding portal for projects approved for federal and state funding under the 2023 Federal Declared Disaster. Confirmation of approved funding for $WSRC / MSL should be made public over the next few days or weeks.
Prepare to be embarrassed.
The SEC required one additional year of audited annual reports before accepting the Form 10 for review. Crime of the (past) century as an underlying reason? Some here would have us believe so. Truth (and justice) will eventually prevail. I’m BUYING.
You are destined to be proven wrong about so many things. I am curious how eating only lemons make one’s life joyful… and truly perspective and objective.
Twitchell Reservoir does not drain into the Pacific Ocean. It stores water for downstream agriculture… and could potentially store years of needed water if it were not clogged with decades of silt and sediment runoff.
The Board knows MSL is a sub of $WSRC... members of Management from both companies have been on the ground in Santa Maria and at Twitchell Reservoir talking with Board members and government agency personnel for weeks now. The only comments I have heard (LIVE ON THE CALL-IN MEETINGS) from the SMVWCD Board President and Directors are extremely positive... the Board members appear to be genuinely impressed with the experience and professionalism demonstrated by $WSRC / MSL Management and staff.
I have never visited the Sage Hen mine site... and I doubt you have either.
There are many sources of studies and public information available on Twitchell Dam and Reservoir documented by private organizations, as well as by federal and state agencies, over several decades. There is no argument that the reservoir is choked with silt and sediment accumulated over decades and is unable to store the reservoir's original historical water capacities... and certainly not enough water capacity required for essential agricultural purposes downstream.
One example:
$WSRC - Twitchell Dam and Reservoir are included in the Emergency Declaration for California signed by President Biden in January 2023.
Decades of silt and sediment runoff into Twitchell Reservoir have accumulated to such high levels that they now completely block the emergency water overflow system in the reservoir.
Twitchell Reservoir is the primary source of water to agricultural areas downstream that are necessary to the survival of hundreds of thousands of residents of California.
FEMA just opened the application portal for the Declared Emergency Disaster signed by the President in the past week. I would imagine $WSRC / Mitigation Solutions was near the front of the line to submit their Synergy-approved invoices to FEMA for reimbursement.
Typically, federal contractors obtain bridge loans from major lenders to cover operations expenses until funds from FEMA begin flowing. I would be surprised if MSL does not already have such bridge loans in place... otherwise they could not pay their on-site workers or operational and equipment expenses.
But, like Obama said...

Sorry... the SMVWCD Board Meeting is tomorrow night... Thursday.
SMVWCD Board Meeting tonight. Let's see what happens... if Mitigation Solutions contract and FEMA funding are discussed and any new information is made available by the SMVWCD TOC Director or members of MSL Management.
A recording of the board meeting will be made public on Twitter $WSRC feed for those who can't be on the call.

$WSRC "Initial funding approved by FEMA" - SMVWCD Director Conrad
... from last night's OPEN call-in meeting of the Santa Maria Valley Water Conservation District Board.
MANY shareholders listened in on the call... including some $WSRC skeptics whom we might all recognize.
SMVWCD Board and Director ABSOLUTELY VERIFIED that WSRC / MSL is currently on site performing Emergency Scope of Work mitigation services under the executed 01/19/2023 Agreement with SMVWCD... with further verification by SMVWCD Director that FEMA will provide direct reimbursement funds to WSRC / MSL upon receipt of oversight approval from Synergy Disaster Recovery.
By my calculations, Synergy Disaster Recovery should approve Emergency Scope of Work submissions from MSL for mitigation services accomplished to date... and FEMA should be issuing its first direct reimbursement funds to WSRC / MSL by late next week or early the week after under terms of the EMERGENCY FEDERAL DISASTER DECLARATION signed by President Biden.
$WSRC “Has the funding been approved by FEMA?”…”The initial funding, yes.” This was said around the 1:25:30 mark of the recording.
$WSRC typically puts out press releases on Tuesdays and Thursdays... tomorrow could be another BIG day.
