$WSRC "Initial funding approved by FEMA" - SMVWCD Director Conrad

... from last night's OPEN call-in meeting of the Santa Maria Valley Water Conservation District Board.

MANY shareholders listened in on the call... including some $WSRC skeptics whom we might all recognize.

SMVWCD Board and Director ABSOLUTELY VERIFIED that WSRC / MSL is currently on site performing Emergency Scope of Work mitigation services under the executed 01/19/2023 Agreement with SMVWCD... with further verification by SMVWCD Director that FEMA will provide direct reimbursement funds to WSRC / MSL upon receipt of oversight approval from Synergy Disaster Recovery.

By my calculations, Synergy Disaster Recovery should approve Emergency Scope of Work submissions from MSL for mitigation services accomplished to date... and FEMA should be issuing its first direct reimbursement funds to WSRC / MSL by late next week or early the week after under terms of the EMERGENCY FEDERAL DISASTER DECLARATION signed by President Biden.
