ALL previous FEMA applications by SMVWCD were submitted in years prior to the Federal Declared Disaster funding allocated after the 2023 winter storm damages... signed in January 2023 by President Biden... which includes the Twitchell Dam and Reservoir mitigation project that has been documented and verified by both public news sources, as well as the SMVWCD Board of Directors... with the MSL Twitchell Reservoir mitigation agreement signed by the SMVWCD Board President... per the several recent open-to-the-public call-in Board meetings attended by over a hundred interested citizens... as well as by $WSRC / MSL Management (recordings of the meetings are available on TWTR by @Dodger).

FEMA and the California OES are currently in the process of opening the funding portal for projects approved for federal and state funding under the 2023 Federal Declared Disaster. Confirmation of approved funding for $WSRC / MSL should be made public over the next few days or weeks.
