Stock halted for major asset disposal... they've done stock halts on the ASX many times over the years, for many various reasons, but NEVER has it halted the OTC as well. This is major! This could be the buyout we've patiently been waiting for!

1. Q2 - was kind of a dud; we had solid growth with SinFit but it wasn't knock out like everyone was expecting.
2. Acquisition of Fizzique (protein water company)
3. Acquisition of NxtBar (protein cookies/bars)
4. Acquisition of MPB Snacks (protein cookies sold in SmoothieKing)
5. Signed on US Olympian Yul Moldauer as a sponsor.

Next catalyst will be Q3 revenues.

Unfortunately none of those acquisitions will affect Q3 much, as it ends July 31st. I don't think that's enough time for them to impact it drastically (as I think they'll be spending most of the first month building up inventory). Time will tell, but this will be a slow burn till EOY i think. If SinFit doesn't start showing 100-200% growth soon I think we're in trouble here and the dilution machine will kick into high gear fast. $GTEH

Spoke too soon. There it is, 20M bid whack. They easily had to have sold at least 500M in past 3 days @ avg price of 002, thats $1M dollars. They need to ease up now and let the stock breathe and move up! $GTEH

Dilution done with for the day? Hasn't been any large bid whacks in over 30min. Hope they got what they needed over past 2 days so we can get back to our previous highs! $GTEH

There were a lot of people who weren't overly impressed with revenues, but the fact remains, the company is growing and expanding and revenues will be growing each quarter! I guess a lot of people had too high expectations. But glad they're out now and stronger hands hold for higher gains. $GTEH
