I am holding this until Dec or until I get sick and tired of holding this and losing other opportunities which the CEO actually provides updates.....whichever comes first.

Chan said this ticker investors would benefit from stable dividend income...still waiting for that. They have $40M in the bank from which you 'd think they could have used some of that to declare a small dividend (even a one time one) and help push this up..hell...he'd be the biggest beneficiary of that. Can't understand this guy at all.

Same here.....it's unfortunate. We have stocks moving all over the market and the CEO of this one has a timeline he only knows. The only saving grace here is he owns 53% and has a hard deadline to meet end of this year to bring this to $1 or else get delisted which he won't allow (IMO).
I think it would be foolish to sell when your WA is below Chan's and knowing this has to get to $1+ for at least 10 days before Jan...but there's an opportunity cost of holding this further vs investing elsewhere as well. If my WA were not below Chan's I would be cutting my loses here toot suite and moving on.

Would be nice to have a PR tomorrow from Chan with some forward looking statements that will drive this up

Yes...typically that's the pattern you see with manipulators when there is a lack of retail interest that can pump up the volume. Chan holds the key to getting this moving where it should be. He has every incentive to do so asap...the fact that he's holding back tells me only that he must have many more $$$$$ return some other way that requires this ticker to be at a low price (for now)

Don't think this gets to mid low 20's again...unless Chan purposely says something to get us there...and if he does he will screw himself big time..it's our only insurance against him doing that again. He also needs to bring this to $1 or more before Jan 2023 ...he's not going to R/S..again he loses big time if he does that.. I expect the games will end soon and this pps will go to $1+ and stay there for at least 10 days needed to reset before he does anything more to hurt the price. My exit price is $1+ and won't be hanging around too long after that..even if turns out this thing goes to multi $$ because Chan pumps it some more. Don't trust this guy but will never sell when my WA is below his.

Balance sheet + tight float + deadline coming for delisting + CEO owns 53% with WA @ approx 70-80 cents...means this think is a ticking time bomb. It will continue to test all of the longs patience here that invested below the CEO WA...shorters and MMs want you out ...don't give in or give up ...ever

This CEO is no fool. If this price is where it is now...it's because he wants it there. No other reason for this to remain so undervalued for so long given the balance sheet this company has and the fact that they are seeing revenues from their R/E projects already in the last ER. The only thing we can count on now is that at some point this guy is going to want to make money of his millions he has invested here..and that retail can tag along for that ride...my ticket is punched to $1+ ...I'm planning to get off shortly after that before the shelf offering becomes a real one. He has to go over $1 for at least 10 days before early Jan...so we have a hard stop here coming that should force his hand at some point..and R/S will kill us but will kill him worse...so doubt he does it that way

85 out of 148M if you count the 35 M Chan got in exchange for Alset Int'l..I believe the 113M was before that.

Doesn't matter that he's a scammer...only matters is that he cares enough about his own money not to want to lose it here

Aug 15 or thereabout there will be new ER...and near future with the Bio Impact IPO we will get a share dividend of some kind..those are the only two catalysts on the horizon. He's got until Jan next year to do something to get this price over $1...and he's going to do that when he's good and ready..not on our time...but on his. I still think there is little chance of a reverse spilt because he would be the biggest loser if so....so expect at some point for him to want to pump this somehow to get a return on his own money. His WA is approx 70-80 cent range..so as long as you are below that in your own WA you can wait him out IMO unless you want to lose money here and move on...not my case. I'm staying here until this shtt hits $1+

IPO Dividend on Impact BIO + Earnings Release in August are catalysts on the horizon here. Majority of shares are locked and won't be traded anytime soon (if you don't believe it...try buying 50-100K @ 28 and see if you can get filled)..Chan has WA over 70 cents so if you're below that...I can't think of a safer investment in this crazy market or a more dangerous short position at this price level...all Chan has to do is post one or two juicy PRs and this goes to $1+ pronto

Low volume action means squat....same thing I said when it went up 2 ticks on the same volume...until this picks up in volume....we're all in a holding pattern waiting for the big boss man to want his money back in buckets and for the shorts to go up in flames

True, but it's interesting they don't seem to have the shares nor the interest to drive this much lower than .29....We've been bouncing up and down recently in a somewhat narrow range of high 20s and low 30s....can seem to break out of that range one way or the other. Meanwhile Chan remains quiet about this ticker...it's been months since he put out any substantial PR. Gotta wonder what's his game plan here...he's obviously not interested in short term profit for himself ..otherwise he would have pumped this already since he got his 35M shares added. Still can't figure out what's going to be his play here to get a return on his WA of 70-80cents (estimated)
