IPO Dividend on Impact BIO + Earnings Release in August are catalysts on the horizon here. Majority of shares are locked and won't be traded anytime soon (if you don't believe it...try buying 50-100K @ 28 and see if you can get filled)..Chan has WA over 70 cents so if you're below that...I can't think of a safer investment in this crazy market or a more dangerous short position at this price level...all Chan has to do is post one or two juicy PRs and this goes to $1+ pronto
