It does make sense. I am now deleting my account. Bye. Suck it all in when the squeeze comes
Anyone doing their DD knows the possibility of trillion$ MC. Not a single of us would claim it will happen anytime soon. Sorry for talking on your behalf, Crash ??
For mid (or short) term upside, combine efficacy, new upcoming data, BP and shorts covering, yeah $80, why not.
Would it be possible to sticky a list of all different DCVax crowdfunding campaigns going on for various patients?
Wait… you’re saying that the ASM approved .5B dilution that doesn’t have to happen is not a big deal to any shareholders?
Hahaha! Thanks! How awesome!
Senti, were you able to find a way no make a note to Jama about the conflict of interest for that comment that was made?
Thanks Bio! Yeah, that was my question, what happened to AF when the truth came out. Are there more examples? You’d wish the world would remember..
Why? AF came up with that rule himself, wanting to put his name on something bigger than his column
Wow.. The "Feuerstein-Ratain rule" This is from 2015. Reminds me of a quote from the legendary composer Jean Sibelius:
“Pay no attention to what the critics say. No statue was never raised to honor a critic.” AF is nothing but a bad critic. Funny, he actually reminds me of some music critics that were failed musicians them selves.
http://www.redacre.com/insights/140316191/biotech-shatters-rule-jumps-400
"The Feuerstein-Ratain rule (or F-R Rule for short)- named after biotech journalist Adam Feuerstein and Co-discoverer Dr. Mark Ratain, is an observation about the results of phase 3 cancer clinical trials and how they correlate to the market capitalization of publicly traded biotech stocks.
The key observation from the rule is that for stocks with market caps less than $300 million 4 months before the trial data read out, there was a 100% failure rate in the data set that Feuerstein and Ratain examined.
After the rule was first described publicly, it has withstood many tests... until now.
CPXX clearly shatters the F-R Rule."
Anybody ever wonder what Tim Sykes is doing right now? Anybody following him?
In a world where NWBO goes above, say, $20, I surely would enjoy spending some GoFund me-style money on legally punishing AF for what he has done, and making sure he doesn’t repeat it. Has this ever been discussed?
So vanilla flavored… so we all pretty much rely on approval only for share price to go anywhere upwards. Well this presentation was 10 minutes long to begin with, so what can be expected? I guess we’ll buy more at .52, yay

Thank you Hoffmann
Hello all, and hope your summer is great. Dear longs, I'd really like to hear your view on one thing. I have been in NWBO for 2.5 years and like many of us, I am very hopeful and wouldn't think about selling before long. I have though about exit strategies so much much and was pretty convinced I knew how I wanted it when suddenly. Pooff... I have a tax situation where I CAN NOT SELL, if I don't want to pay 60% tax on these long term very potential gains.
Basically, to sell, I'd need to give myself three years before I can pay normal taxes.
So, all you serious longs: If there's no buyout: how many of you intend keep the majority of shares for a few years, regardless of price action in the near future?
My gut feeling is it will not hurt to hold, rather than sell, even if we briefly go high.
Thoughts?
Funny… I believe one part that also helps this standstill is that is longs have been maxed out even before. I bought all I could before, and now with fantastic top line and an amazing, I still cant buy more. Ok, I added, just a little… Like so many others here, to support this, I have friends who know about pharma and research stats from the inside.
Not the slightest worry.
Is this Linda Liau?

Senti… I am curious.. have you shaved off some shares at at all or are you still holding the same amount?
Hi All!
Can somebody who knows please provide info in institutional buy in lately? Thanks
K
Congrats to all. Happy to have invested.
I wonder if anybody has calculated a target share value based on outstanding shares and potential revenue?
K
Happy Valentines Day to all of you. I usually shut up, but feels stupid to not show who’s watching. Thank you so much to all who contribute.
Regardless of where we end up (I’m hopeful!!) this forum has been such a big help in different times. Hugs to everyone here.

"The company has also completed enrollment of 390 patients in a Phase 2b/3 randomized clinical trial for severe-tocritical COVID-19 patients and expects to release results in early 2021."
Does the company already have the data?
I am a composer and a musician, too, full time. I have been reading thoroughly and investing heavily, average $0.33. It DID hurt, but I took 100% of my initial investment today. No FUD, no distrust, just the fact that in Covid times in my profession it is the only thing I can do. I still have more than 80% of the shares left, investment $0, a free ride. Can't be but happy, even when this goes to $10 on Monday morning.
A word of appreciation for all who write such important info here, Flipper, Beartrap, Senti, Doc Logic, Cherry, Bala, Sojo, Karlchen, Gary, Tryn, Marzan & Abeta and everyone else. Thank you so much and have an awesome weekend.
Thank you so much arbeta and beartrap12,
I am familiar with most of these details, and it makes sense to me. Will pass on the info. I am heavily invested, too. Like someone said, hope the weekend goes quick! Good luck to all! :)
Hi all,
Thank you, all with the really deep insight, for what you write. You know who you are. I wonder if I can consult you about the following. My friend, who is a biostatistics professional with a Doctor's degree, invested even more in NWBO. She sent me the following question. I know you you can answer this:
"The only part of this whole thing that bothers me is - if many people are thriving that should be dead, why they'd extend the trial 5 years?
The FDA and European regulatory bodies do not do that. If any interim evidence (by unblinded statisticians - they are unblinded at interim) is so strong as to have people living 5 years plus whereas they would typically lie 18 months, then they would certainly file for salvage treatment approval. So something is weird there...
The whole changing the game for all solid tumors is incredible and likely what makes this company high value. Man I really hope they are right, both for the people, and for the little shareholder (but even more for the people)!"
If CD12 shows positive results for survival with LL, what immediate pps action can be expected?
RLFTF just presendted a couple of days ago. Barely notice a difference in share price:
<Overall, 81% of RLF-100™-treated patients survived beyond 60 days, compared to 17% of control patients. Patients treated with RLF-100™ demonstrated a 9-fold increased probability of survival and recovery from respiratory failure, with a high degree of statistical significance. Statistical analysis was performed by Prof. Phil Lavin, FASA, FRAPS of the Boston Biostatistical Research Foundation. >
Andy?
Tryn, how about not taking costs early, but selling half on approval and staying very long on the rest?
???? thanks treedonkey!
There is absolutely no value to that kind of language. Try to remove it from every situation and see an improvement to your career and your life. Good luck with your investment.
Thank you so much Andy. I know you do your DD. Today I’ll dig deep into RLFT*F. Good luck and have a great week! ??
Keith
Andy, are you still in $CYDY as well? Deeply thinking about moving some of that investment here. Especially considering today’s CC that will try to convince everyone there’s great things down the road (after a period of -70%).
Thanks tryn2! Sound like a plan!
Thank you for your eternal positivity, Cherry! :)
What kind of exit strategies are you folks thinking of?
I guess it depends ones average. Mine is $0.34.
If for some reason we reach a high pps on speculative grounds / before TLD, what do you see as reasonable? Giving away 20% of shares to cover costs and remove risk? 50%? Or cover part of costs?
I realize, this is a highly subjective matter, but many of you have a tremendous amount of knowledge in both NBWO and the science, as well as in investing.
Also, long term, eg. on good or impressive TLD, surely no reason to sell, right? Because of how much they will expand on DI etc. So basically only reason to ride long or until buyout?
I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks in advance, have a good night and good luck to all!
Keith

Wow. Incredible to see how so many of everyone here have the same reason to investing in the back of their head. Me and my parents lost my brother to pancreatic cancer 5 years ago. Man what a beating we took, but life wins. (Sometimes you have to realize tragedy is not a punishment, it’s a challenge. I moved far away from home, and started to realize my big dreams.) Now, later with the full range of what seems possible with direct, I found a calm in being long and strong with - it’s about so much more than money. If this goes to zero, which I don’t believe it will, I absolutely know about the risk. No understanding how this can be short attacked. I pray daily for this to be a success story.
I do want to add what I mentioned earlier. A friend of mine has top dr level education and job in epidemiology / biostatistics and I don’t talk about my investments to anyone. I had to mention NWBO to her. She started giving me a lecture on the risks, and made great points. “Ok, let me show you here, clinicaltrials.gov, what was the ticker sumbol again”. 90 minutes later, she said “I think I have to invest in this”, which she did later. I send the most important stuff to her, also posts from this board. I know there are many extremely educated persons here already, but please don't hesitate to ask if you want one more professional opinion on something, and I will pass it on.
Good luck to all, and to curing the people who need it first of all.
(PS Yes Flipper, Keith Jarrett sure is. The punk is just a twist!)
Where are you all getting your PR's?
I contacted Dave Innes a few months ago, and he kindly replied Thanks for reaching out and that hell add me to the Investors' mailing list.
However, this mailings show up way after they are mentioned here, and they don't always even come. I can't find a way to sign up tor NWBO on prnewswire.com either. Anybody?
Moreover, why does the nwbio.com Press Releases page not include all Press Releases? Do they just not care about the website, or do they want to distance themselves from some news? Just strange...
News about this stuff is time sensitive, to say the least...
Good luck to everybody!
You go girl!
