That would be interesting. Then we find out what's under the hood. Probably a lot more than $0.001 per share, imo.
Interesting price action AH. What's going on?
$ITOX active. Some nice ask hits and spread narrowing as bids move up. Cautiously optimistic. Could run on some volume.
Up 73% today for some reason.

Ripping today. Wow!
Grass actually grows.
GHS Investments making out like bandits on the deep discount put shares here. Then we got convertible note holders Sergey Gogin and YVSGRAMORAH LLC joining the fun. At least Cliff limited the conversions so they can not exceed 4.99% ownership, but...c'mon man! Should have diluted at a much higher price.
Somebody needs to do a custo on this and put a rocket in Harry's pocket. What is he hiding about the value?
And the 8Ks. ;)
Do you have proof of that beyond mere conjecture?
The financing was just stupid: issuing puts shares the lowest possible VWAP. Perfect storm. Puts. Maybe some tax selling by exhausted shareholders, and big convertible note holders piling on at a very low conversion price. At least he capped the amount that the note holders can convert. Added a little more here, but financers are making out big on this. Now what about the rest of us? Time to close some of the deals in the sales pipeline, Cliff.
Looks like he's issuing a lot of put shares here. Stupid.
Lol. No shortage of weird judges. What about the one that got caught operating a penis pump under his robe during trials?
Weird that the judge accepted an FDA pamphlet as a finding of fact even though not the subject of any testimony, cross examination, or oath and in the face of an actual expert affidavit annexed to the HCMC amended complaint which contradicts the FDA pamphlet. Guessing they will assert that such factual findings should be reserved for a trial and not the basis to dismiss a complaint without scrutiny by finders of fact, which are juries not judges. Judge's decision is a real head scratcher.
Gotta fill those S-1 orders. Just hope it wasn't too big a put. Better to wait for news and at least bank more money for the dilution.
There's an easy way to tell when Sneaky Tom is lying: his mouth is moving.
At this point an activist investor needs to step in and depose Sneaky Tom. Don't let him drain all the money he bilked investors for with his dilution when, according to the whistle blower, he knew or should have known rejection by FDA was coming.
What has been "milked?" Are you actually unaware of all the accrued comp forgiven by leadership? Not exactly "milking." Easy thing to do for those impatient or anxious is to sell if they truly feel the shares are worthless. Of course, there is the possibility that some of the agitated posters don't actually own any shares, or would like to buy more on the cheap.
Company is developmental stage. What do you think the addressable market for the technology is now, and five years from now?
A merger, or a buyout. Even a dollar a share would be small change to, say, a GE, IBM, Siemens, or Microsoft.
A lot of new and exciting NDA's and the ArcelorMittal contract, with milestones expected in December. Sales cycles for engineered AI can be long and frustrating, and industrial IIOT is in the early stages of adoption in this country. It only takes one to break, but who can say when? Probably the day after I sell my shares, lol.
But that ain't gonna happen. ;)
The question is where are those cheap shares even coming from?
Definitely a long term play. Somebody trying to sneak in a 450K share buy at $0.007. Tried to add more at 0.008 but only got a partial before they yanked the ask away.
ArcelorMittal milestone expected this month through Aingura:
Takes a lot of $$$ to support Sneaky Tom and his Merry Band Of Cronies To Whom He Owes Favors while they mislead shareholders and produce nothing of value.
It's hard to PR NDAs in much detail because they are, well, NDAs. ;) But there are quite a few of them out there which will lead to revenue in due time. Worldwide IIoT market in 2021 was $76.7 billion USD and is projected to be $106.1 billion USD by 2026. Only need a tiny slice of that to make some very happy shareholders. All this was detailed in the most recent 10Q.
But Sneaky Tom managed to build a $175 million bankroll by diluting shareholders on the way to a failed BLA campaign. The good news is there is plenty of money to pay bloated salaries for the next decade or so, even if they produce nothing.
AH interesting. Just leave it at that.
Somebody stirred up A LOT of volume to run the price up through multiple halts on 10/26. If this was just a pump and dump. Props. That was epic.
Wonder who got those shares and that price....and how?
Fat finger trade? But looks like a battle to pick up cheap shares now.
Fine to talk smack when you own shares. Ownership has it's privileges. ;)
I hear ya, brother. IMHO, if any micro can run to a dollar, it's this one. There are so many NDAs in play, plus ArcelorMittal, which could come to fruition any day. And they have serious technology. It's a long game for sure. And I'm reluctant to cash in on the first minor bounce only to be left watching a huge run in the longer term without me. Nothing worse than flipping for a "decent" gain, but leaving seven figures on the table. Happens to the best of us. ;)
Agreed it can be frustrating if you have a large size and you were expecting a quick gain. Would also love to see this rip short term. But there are lots of potential catalysts on the horizon "in due time" as Cliff likes to put it.
Folks without an understanding of the IIOT/AI space probably just don't understand what it is the company does and don't find the ticker sexy, particularly since the float is very tightly held, so there's not a lot of daily volume to attract retail.
But as to the daily price action, try to buy a couple million shares and see what happens to the price. Very small quants on both the bid and ask. No one can take a decent sized position without significantly moving the market unless they want to sit on the bid and try to get filled $100 to $200 at a time (and many of the trades on the tape are much smaller than that.) 10/28 had a whopping dollar volume of $6413. Maybe just a few of the small number of shareholders adding a little cheap here and there on a daily basis.
You're not "bagholding" until you sell. Very small number of actual shareholders here. I added more today.
How much of the float got shorted today? 1X? 2X? 5X? 10X? Ridiculous.
Maybe the market makers should just halt trading again, fill the big order at their negotiated price, and then let this function like a normal market.
Squeeze beginning? Can only hope. They need to feel some pain when they play these games.
SSR triggered. Would be nice if one day if one day apes pile on to this play and squeeze the f*ck out of them.
Notice how after they finally got their algos to move the price down, there are no more halts? Brazen how they scam right before our very eyes.
Look how they used "volatility" halts to get the price back under the VWAP. Even gapped it down after the last one. Bullshit.
