Wake up. It's over.
What's the bid? Thank you!
Gap up to what? I see ask as the last closing price.
They'll announce it as soon as it's true
Woahhh here we gooooo
Hoping for green, and not the sell on news idiocy.
Might get some filings next wk
I agree, looking good. I would just like confirmation that dilution is done and not just stalled because of low volume.
Someone on twitter said they saw a copy of any email from the company on stockwits that said dilution stopped...anyone here see or have a screenshot of that email to verify?
When theres 30m dump its actually a bump of trades throughout the day. If you noticed Friday there were several 6m and 3m trades throughout the day and then when the 30m trade dropped at the eod those other trades were erased...that's why they don't affect the stock price because its one big order filled by a bunch of little orders throughout the whole day.
They put out 8k's which are more credible than PR's.
They still have room to dilute 1.2B shares
Annnnd there it is. Dilutions back.
There was 30m shares diluted on Friday.
I do the see the o/s....and its increasing. Gltu
I know its dilution. I can see it with my eyes.
According to Koos, No. No raisr in A/s. No r/s. No new toxic notes. Just waiting for the current notes to convert and the co will be debt free. Also, I guess there was a lawsuit and he's using the money from the 10k shares of ON*H to pay it off so they have clean books and image.
The o/s is 3.6B and the a/s is 4.8B...so. depending on the notes we could have 1.2B shares left, at an average of like 30m shares a day...and for the other guy, if he thinks dilution stopped Fri because the ss was unchaged its because OTC Markets updates it every Thursday.
Uhh that is all incorrect. The toxic note holders are not willing to negotiate, which is why there's been dilution. They're comverting notes. We just have to wait it out...and if they wanna max the share structure its gonna be a few wks.
All depends how much debt is left. If they need to max the a/s its gonna be like 4 wks...1.2B shares left if needed.
They've diluted at least 30mil a day even on low volume, including Friday. Just because volume has gotten lower doesn't mean dilution has slowed down at all...not even Koos knows how much debt is left to convert.
Literally none of that information leads to knowing dilution is over...
Wrong yr....but what makes you think one more wk?
I've seen a couple ppl suspect that. What makes you think that?
No, I'm telling you that's the situation lol. They had this audit firm and when Koos left in 2019 the new guy didn't do shit with fins. Koos came back 4wks ago and told them to pick up where they left off. Same firm. It was always on OTC Markets
This is the same audit firm they've always used. So, they should have their history on file and just pick up where they left off in 2019.
Fill me at .02 plz
There can't be a strategy with that unless your illeval wash trading. Sell on one account and buy on the other...illegal strategy.
Where do you see a gap? Everyone's got a diff number lol: .014, .015, .017 etc.
I know lol...but jow ppl say there's a gap at .014 and .015
Exactly, so let's just touch down and fill it. Rather get it over w now, than come back down after the next run.
Nah that was .0206
Someone just dump down to the gap already!
Last wk I specifically asked Koos about a buyout or r/m and he said there is a lot he wants to talk about but won't say anything until we are current.
He also never mentions any gaps that may fill. Not that we have any here, but the last couple wks when we did, he never included them in his analysis.
What's the RSI?
I marked your call...bravo!
**marked
Last week you wanted 1s....you got 'em! Be careful what you wish for!
