Yep, and Yep!!
That said, I don't think the drug is completely without merit. However, can someone please explain how, or why, NP continues to pay people to pump him. Considering the clear facts known to date, no one who is merely capable of fundamental reading and writing could possibly believe anything remotely positive about NP. Thus how can any (totally absurd) positive spin be explained any other way than NP is paying for it? If he is on the legal hot-seat (the ultimate divine justice), no amount of useless and idiotic drivel is going to help NP, or the SP! Thus, wouldn't pumpers (paid or not) be better off making the case, that if NP had not all but destroyed CYDY, the miraculous molecule would be benefitting all but Big Pharma now ?!?!
Would you rather fully acknowledge and embrace the fact that NP's incredibly nefarious, self-serving, and moronic activities are responsible for where CYDY is now, or be in total denial about the possibly irreparable blight of NP, and default to not bad management, so must be bad science ?!?!?
@ Misiu: We may have missed you, but given what's so well documented about NP, and the damage he did to CYDY, your missing him is most perplexing!!
@ '3X:
I can't speak for others, but for at least 3 years it's a dream I've wished for, and for the last ~ year I've believed that it would take his departure to save the company!!!
I've also been, totally baffled for years how anyone but a family member, or a paid pumper could tolerate NP's performance, let alone actually support him.
I think we actually have a chance now!!
Speaking of Pestell, curious where the cancer play would be (or if there would be one) without him?
Question for 3X, scooter, blackops, or anyone else with both securities/market knowledge and ability to think critically (I have very little of the former, but like to think some of the latter) :
@ Itchypalm re recent conference:
"drD was in attendance yesterday and has noted that the audience was enthralled by dr kelly slide showing leronlimab with no side effects."
I guess it is safe to say, none of the "enthralled" were heavy hitters in the market.
And that "great show" did what for the share price?
Could it be more clear?!?! NP has pulled out enough millions to live better than comfortably for the rest of his life! Between his his ego and his track record, he will sink the company before he resigns!
Very few take the position that LL has little or no value. Other than how institutional, grant, and other non-toxic money sources may view a CEO's more distant past, there are few people harping on anything but NP's record with CYDY. To that, many are presenting and discussing salient irrefutable facts about NP's performance at CYDY.
Facts are only a distraction to those with logic-tight compartments, self serving personal agendas (e.g. shorts), or paid pumpers.
LL would hardly be the 1st effective product to be hobbled by flagrantly bad management.
So are all felons too, right?
Just wondering, and further to theswordman's points:
While you appear to be fine with NP's actions since 2020, evidently the SEC and the DOJ are not! Are any members of the "13D" group under SEC or DOJ investigation, or have any of them ever been? Regardless of the gravity what NP did, do you think the required disclosures of his felony record have, or can ever be, anything but a handicap to both his credibility, and to CYDY in general?
Facts are facts! Tragically, NP's record of deception, hyperbole, incompetence, failure, and lost opportunity, is hardly "noise"! NP has virtually rendered the potential merits of the science irrelevant.
Oh, wait, I can tell by his grin that something really big is about to happen!!
@ Monroe:
Does NP's track record provide any indication what-so-ever that he, or his engineering degree, have provided even a remote benefit to CYDY?!?! Have his obvious character flaws been anything but a blight to CYDY?
Notwithstanding the shorts, the FDA, and any other potential headwinds, NP's dismal track record of failures, misrepresentation, hype, and self enrichment, have been succinctly articulated in countless posts. In fact, so much so, that a re-cap of the factual history of his blunders and failures renders any suggestion that NP has a scintilla of irreplaceable expertise meritless, and to the point of being patently absurd!
He is due credit for 3 things: 1) A fortuitous acquisition of an orphaned molecule which appears to have extraordinary potential; 2) Tenacity; 3) Over compensating himself for years.
He has never been a self-aware team player, nor will he ever be!
Your points are valid. However, regardless of where the competition is, Nader's blunders have been extremely costly in terms of both time and capital!! Add to that his lack of credibility, etc, and here we are, whether LL is a miracle drug sufficiently ahead of the competition or not.
Per 3X
I could not agree more!! Regrettably there wasn't a change 5 years ago!!!
3X: Kudos for your reply to Buddyboy, and your reference to civil discourse! Re false accusations, followed by no apologies: Sadly, too many simply follow the example set by today's media!
No matter how good the science or related news is, CYDY management (particularly NP) will always find a way to exaggerate, misrepresent, misstate, or at best confuse! Whether the science prevails or not, the history of Mgt's ineptitude and gross failures is equally tragic and reprehensible. Oh, sorry, I completely forgot to blame the shorts ('tho they can certainly only love NP for all the opportunity he's provided for them), the FDA, and BP, be they all crooked or not!
BTW - given my share position, ('tho it would not change the foregoing), I'd love for today's CC to be an exception! That said, the CC's have historically been so unbearably painful, I've haven't been able to listen for years! Thus I can only hope the recap of today's will be different.
