I think people don't really comprehend the ridiculousness of paying a useless felon like Nada $1.53M a year. Corporate America does not willy nilly hire people at the 6 figure level - paying $100k a year is carefully noted. Now, paying an employee at the $1M+ level is reserved for superstars in the field. These are people that headhunters are always contacting trying to poach away.

Ask yourself if Nada is a "superstar"? Is anyone trying to hire him away? Face it, as a twice convicted felon he would fail all background checks and not even be considered for entry level clerical positions at any Fortune 500 company.
