Considering the clear facts known to date, no one who is merely capable of fundamental reading and writing could possibly believe anything remotely positive about NP. Thus how can any (totally absurd) positive spin be explained any other way than NP is paying for it? If he is on the legal hot-seat (the ultimate divine justice), no amount of useless and idiotic drivel is going to help NP, or the SP! Question for 3X, scooter, blackops, or anyone else with both securities/market knowledge and ability to think critically (I have very little of the former, but like to think some of the latter) :

Is there any possibility of digging out of the abyss, clearly a result of years of NP's bad decisions and loss of credibility, by selling the HIV indication (exclusive to HIV), even if at a discount, to Gilead or one of their competitors? Assuming Gilead is on a mission to "own" that space, does LL have enough value in potential synergy with their drugs, or just eliminating another competitor, to justify a price that would get CYDY out of the woods in order to move forward with the other indications?
Although its both ironic and a travesty to reward someone (especially more than they've already been rewarded) for failure, ideally, some portion of the proceeds would be used to pay him to go away, for ever!!!

I still believe that replacing NP with a CEO who: had only moderate experience and success in Bio pharm, but was smart, had good business sense and credibility, a reputation for working well with others, and just 1/2 of NP's flaws and weaknesses; the company and the SP would benefit significantly.

If you would please, can you let us know how the 13D group (of whom several have significant investments in CYDY) would have benefited by 'dumping CYDY into the trash'. Also, if you'd be so kind, I'm sure I'm not alone in struggling to figure out why any CEO who didn't fear being voted out, would waste very precious company funds on legal fees to deny share holders of their voting rights. Considering the previous 2 question may well get you on a roll, likewise, please explain why the same CEO was sued, and lost, for self enrichening excessive compensation.
