At least NP wasn’t going to dump this company in the trash can like the 13D group

If you would please, can you let us know how the 13D group (of whom several have significant investments in CYDY) would have benefited by 'dumping CYDY into the trash'. Also, if you'd be so kind, I'm sure I'm not alone in struggling to figure out why any CEO who didn't fear being voted out, would waste very precious company funds on legal fees to deny share holders of their voting rights. Considering the previous 2 question may well get you on a roll, likewise, please explain why the same CEO was sued, and lost, for self enrichening excessive compensation.

Thank you in advance for clearing up a few things I can't seem to figure out!
