A farmer was trying to breed three sow hogs so he took them into town to the stud hog service. Once the hogs had finished breeding for the day, the stud owner explained, "If you see the your hogs rolling in the mud, then they're pregnant. If they're basking in the sun, then the breeding was unsuccessful."
The next morning the hogs were basking in the sun, so the farmer loaded them back on the the truck for the repeat trip into town.
The next day, the farmer noticed the same thing. His hogs weren't in the mud, rolling around, so he figured they weren't pregnant. Again, he loaded them into the truck and drove back to the stud service.
The next morning, the farmer couldn't bear to look outside, so he asked his wife, "What are they doing?" His wife responded, "Well, there's some good news and there's some bad news. The bad news is the hogs aren't rolling in the mud. The good news is they're already in the truck and one of them is honking the horn!"
Link doesn't work for me! :(
@PapaJohn, That commerical never gets old when viewing it!

Even though shareholders could ask for more from the company regarding value, I think Ferris deserves his reward.
Granted Bob may be the technology guru here. But this company needs a whole lot more than a tech guru to get it out of it's share slump. And yes, I do expect a lot out of this company. They've got a far superior product but with all the sales you've pointed out, they haven't resulted in an improvement to the bottom line, I wonder why this is??
Go back and review the history here. This company's problems all started when the Board and Kitchen had their disagreement and he bolted, his ethics spoke volumes with that move. I should have bolted with the smaller lose at that time.
Please tell me that your post is sarcasm at it's finest. I for one don't think that he is impressive at all. I got into this company back in 2003 and the price was .27 a share. Company had great ideas and great plans back then. Look at where the share price is now. That is my definition of "impressive"....NOT.
I dumped this POS stock a very long time ago and no longer follow it because of all the lies and deceit put out by Brent and Steve about good ole Prize Pizza and the whole lot. All those Reverse splits that took me from just over 1 million shares to less than 100 and then for those shares to actually end up worthless, I just wrote it off on my taxes and chalked it up as a learning experience. But to get to the point of this ramble, since this board is quite active as of yet, does anyone want to step up to the plate and take control of the board? I will more than be happy to give someone else moderator duties. Than I can wash my hands of this POS and totally forget about it.
Just a few clarifications to your survey and my answers.
Are you a lurker? Well I had to answer Yes to this one, but I have posted several times in the past.
Have you bookmarked VTSI? Hell Yes!!!! Ever since Oct of 2003 when I bought into this puppy upon KauaiPI's recommendation (and some DD of my own).
Tequila Cookies
Tequila Cookies
1 cup of dark brown sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1 cup of granulated sugar
4 large eggs
2 cups of dried fruit, such as dried cranberries or raisins
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 bottle Jose Cuervo Tequila (silver or gold, as desired)
Sample the Cuervo to check quality. Take a large bowl, check the Cuervo again, to be sure it is of the highest quality, pour one level cup and drink. Turn on the electric mixer...Beat one cup of butter in a large fluffy bowl. Add one teaspoon of sugar...Beat again. At this point it's best to make sure the Cuervo is still OK, try another cup...just in case.
Turn off the mixerer thingy. Break 2 leggs and add to the bowl and chuck in the cup of dried fruit, pick the frigging fruit off floor... Mix on the turner. If the fried druit gets stuck in the beaterers just pry it loose with a drewscriver. Sample the Cuervo to check for tonsisticity.
Next, sift two cups of salt, or something. Check the Jose Cuervo. Now shift the lemon juice and strain your nuts. Add one table. Add a spoon of sugar, or somefink. Whatever you can find. Greash the oven.
Turn the cake tin 360 degrees and try not to fall over. Don't forget to beat off the turner. Finally, throw the bowl through the window, finish the Cose Juervo and make sure to put the stove in the dishwasher.
CHERRY MISTMAS !
Two young boys walked into a pharmacy one day, picked out a box of Tampax and proceeded to the checkout counter.
The man at the counter asked the older boy, "Son, how old are you?"
"Eight", the boy replied.
The man continued, "Do you know what these are used for?"
The boy replied, "Not exactly, but they aren't for me. They are for him. He's my brother. He's four. We saw on TV that if you use these you would be able to swim and ride a bike. He can't do either one
SirFelix.....
You stated "Virtra can also provide the single screen, so why is FATS getting the $$? Comments?"
My answer is: FATS has been around awhile, people are comfortable with them. VTSI is the new kid on the block. Somebody with Industry backing needs to have big enough balls to make the change and come out with why and give great postive results from the change. Then and only then will we see the PO's that everyone is waiting on.
Another thing, people need to realize that the government works on a fiscal year from Oct 1st to Sept 30th. A lot of this fiscal years funds are already spoken for and just not spent yet. We will be getting orders during the summertime to be fulfilled during the next Fiscal year!!
Paul P...
Come on Hot Shot, tell us!!! We longs are just dying to hear what you outsiders have to say.
Does FATS have a system that can attack you from the rear? Or from the side for that matter??
wanttoberich, very nice sentiment.....
Even though I served 8 years with the United States Navy and still feel proud of those that serve this great country, I feel that you need to also recognize those that serve this country of ours as police officers and in our fire departments across this great land. They too are not paid enough for the jobs they so valiently perform and are very seldom recognized publicly for those same jobs!!!!
tentrio.....
Hey man, just rough them up a bit. I've got another "hood" I want to show them here in my town, an up-close and personal look at a CAR HOOD!!!!! :)
Hey speculator03, did you ever hear anything back from your SEC questions?
Nice joke, but totally false.
Anyone that knows anything about the US Navy, knows that the USS Missouri was a "Battleship" not an "Aircraft Carrier".

For everyone's information, I've created a new board under the PALL symbol. Board link follows:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=2657
All my posting will be done over there. Will still keep up with this board until the end of July. Hope that everyone moves over to the new board though.
As the Chairman of the Board, I have taken the liberty to pick two directors. Somewhat like Steve and Brent, I have taken sole liberty and decided to make as my directors speculator03 and arkieboy1, congratulations are in order!!!!
Well, was the place packed? Did the pizza taste good??? Would your friend go back again??? Questions is all your posts brings to mind. Details are important here!! Also might be helpful to know just how old this friend of yours is!!!!
Holybull2000......
Each and every reverse split that I've been involved with only does the split on the outstanding shares, it never includes the authorized figure. Thus this means that the amount of the company you still own can be rapidly diminished!!!!
An American tourist in London decides to skip his tour group and explore the city on his own. He wanders around, seeing the sights, and occasionally stopping at a quaint pub to soak up the local culture, chat with the lads, and have a pint of Guinness.
After awhile, he finds himself in a very high class neighborhood ... big, stately residences... no pubs, no stores, no restaurants, and worst of all .. NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS.
He really, really has to go, after all those Guinness's. He finds a narrow side street, with high walls surrounding the adjacent buildings and decides to use the wall to solve his problem.
As he is unzipping, he is tapped on the shoulder by a London Bobbie, who says, "I say, sir, you simply cannot do that here, you know."
"I'm very sorry, officer," replies the American, "but I really, really HAVE TO GO, and I just can't find a public restroom."
"Ah, yes," said the Bobbie, "just follow me." He leads him to a back "delivery alley", then along a wall to a gate, which he opens.
"In there," points the Bobbie. "Whiz away,... anywhere you want."
The fellow enters and finds himself in the most beautiful garden he has ever seen. Manicured grass lawns, statuary, fountains, sculptured hedges, and huge beds of gorgeous flowers, all in perfect bloom.
Since he has the cop's blessing, he zips down and unburdens himself and is greatly relieved.
As he goes back thru the gate, he says to the Bobbie, "That was really decent of you .... is that "British Hospitality ?"
"No" replied the Bobbie, with a satisfied smile on his face, "that is the French Embassy."
MoneyWpennies, and a slow down in exploding outstanding shares!!!!!
Lightbulb...didn't quite get to .40 today, but there's still tomorrow!!!!!
lightbulb....Nice idea there, "close @.40". That would put it up about 13% today alone!!! I like the way you think!!!
arkieboy1 or jemini16, help me understand here.
If I read the PR correctly the loan gets a 12% ANNUAL rate of return. Using my math here goes......
Loan Amt x Interest rate = Annual income / 12 = monthly income
$102,442.50 x .12 = $12,293.10 / 12 = $1,024.425.
What it boils down to is that we get monthly revenue of $1000 on a $102,000 loan. Question is where do they get the $9561.30 figure????
Where am I going wrong with my math????
That was just too damn cute!!!!!
Rusty00
Have to agree with you. I don't see where everyone thinks that they have to announce every deal and transaction that they do. Does Procter & Gamble make a PR for every tube of toothpaste or every roll of toilet paper they sell?? I don't think so!!! Yes, one sale at this time is a big deal for the company, but somewhere down the road, this will be an expected occurrance and they won't be announcing every deal signed.
Greg, whatever you decide I hope that you don't decide to stop posting. You've been a very big part of this board and you will surely be missed by many here. Please don't let a few bad posts ruin your whole experience. I've seen that enough over on RB and don't need to see it start happening here.
KauaiPI..calm down, Greg didn't do anything underhanded. He paid his two dollars and then put out a synopsis of what he heard, nothing wrong it that. Did you try the links that he put in his piece? I didn't, I just took his word and moved on. I'll bet that there are plenty of others out there that did the same (hence the reason that very few even checked out the link!!). If there was really some thing illegal done here, etopia would have come after him with lawyers, not another story that tries to make him look bad. He might have stepped on a few toes but he didn't cut off the foot.
Robotech.....
Including the link again for easy reference
http://www.ies-usa.com/products/range3000/range3000.htm
Under the "Range 3000 XP4 Product Features" on the left side, click on the third one on the top row (looks sort of like a window washer!!" and then read the description.
IES does look alittle wimpy, but what probably attracted them to it was the fact that buyers can edit the scenerios on site and not wait for new film to be shot and devoloped and then transitioned over to the software.
bacchus17, Nice find and......
taken from the first paragraph, I am going to go out on a limb and suggest that this was from Duluth, Georgia.
C Money, great idea. Done!!!!
Trout, number 3 says it all!!!!!
Wishfulthinking.....
I think that Longrange2 was trying to convey that the same contractor built both restaurants. I'm assuming that Rev 101 is not a pizza place. The name just doesn't fit a pizza theme!!
Found on RB board and I thought it should be cross-posted here!!!!
http://www.inpharma.com/news/news-NG.asp?id=50793
Troutworld, don't those explode after you take a bite???
moneyhungry, just a simple question....
Have you ever seen a company authorize a reverse split and then not go through with it???
weo1998
Let me get this straight. You dis-associate yourself from anyone that has a different mindset than you. That's the mindset of a surefire winner. If you can't be open-minded enough to look at opposing views (not a basher) that are laid out straight forwardly, than you will never find out that you just might have missed something.
I'm not afraid to admit that I've learned quite a bit from KP. His viewpoints have opened my mind to issues that I had not even focused on before. Sometimes those issues have cost me money but others have made or saved me money, and the good times have definitely been more than the bad.
You might try opening your mind to new ideas. I believe that is what they tried to teach you in college!!!!
News is out. Prize Pizza is now open!!!!
