The Berman's went to extremes to restore shareholder voting rights to a single version and rearrange all the deck chairs on the Titanic.
And what remains in my opinion is the need to have some public offerings available going forward to allow better capital solutions for what may be designated by them as another trust fund to satisfy and direct the majority shareholder stakes in the near future. The tax advantages are better.
The other existing trust fund was in jeopardy in my opinion.
I'm mentally preparing myself for more pooch screwing going forward.
You chose poorly with your nanotech leap of faith?
X never, ever marks the spot, until it does.
The SBIR grant program is a stodgy business historically producing cash flow for the research arm of this company.
Having the reputation of this company tarnished will jeopardize those funds and jobs.
You're in the doghouse now as an investor--aka you're in the jailhouse now.

That Japanese associated company does have products useful for Pachinko parlor smoke filtration.
I would swear having listened to a Japanese announcer saying something similar to "Pachinko" with gravitas as the tsunami rolled inland with the following subsequent loss of life to indicate truly a vital industry to support--next to saki in significance.
Last time I looked for a mention in a report the version number was 5 so maybe now there is a 10 version PhotoScrub somewhere.
PhotoScrub has its uses.

"Drawing on insights from another deadly airborne disease, tuberculosis, a Harvard infectious disease expert suggested Friday that air conditioning use across the southern U.S. may be a factor in spiking COVID-19 cases and that ultraviolet lights long used to sterilize the air of TB bacteria could do the same for SARS-CoV-2."

I was reflecting some about an eventful time I spent in Philadelphia some time ago. As a thought Abraham Lincoln--patent holder and patent lawyer-- was placed in proximity to the Liberty Bell during his funeral observances in the first floor meeting room.
My sister NPS told me that WW2 veterans would kiss that Liberty Bell--no longer allowed.
This company is cracked and needs a good kissing.
Maybe this company will have better luck in Philadelphia than "Honest Abe" did.
And don't get lost in Philly on S. Leithgow St. 300 block.
Taxi drivers do not know where it is.

As I understand it fast track is FDA not EPA.
The MSDA safety data sheet says experimental mostly.
Did this company bother to look?
Needs additional argument support in my opinion.

"Magic with EPA call included company background, company products, available
information about povidone-iodine, the reregistration process for povidone-iodine, likely
registration process for Halo, EPA considerations to fast-track COVID-19 products,
likely timelines, EPA process for package review, and fees. This breadth of topics is a
one and one-half hour substantive call.
Nano Magic came into the call understanding that using povidone-iodine in Halo
may enable access to a fast track process available for products that could be used against
COVID-19. The company learned about limitations to the process, given the EPA’s
23
obligation to assess the safety of products, even if data about COVID-19 efficacy existed.
The conversation ended with Nano Magic informing the EPA that the company would
revisit – not abandon – its short-term and long-term product to market strategy."
Proclaiming the new ingredient to be Hazmat material and recall worthy must have been a wake up call during the questioning sessions.
Someone didn't do thorough science per the ingredient.
If labels are already printed, they will have to be changed.
If OSHA shows up at a production facility as opposed to a research facility something other than pleasant could happen. We will, we will fine you.
If a person were asking for the outline of a class action lawsuit, well...

That mentioning of the patent date prompted a regular patent search per the patent office. I believe that was an earlier dated patent.
I am not sure was the date shown from that site means--maybe a listing date only. I could be wrong.

Surly you do know of the advertising display product roll out at the New York Trade Center on the horrific 9/11 date? The first owner of Victoria Secrets jumped off of the Golden Gate Bridge. This company went through several security hurdles to simply get their equipment into the World Trade Center building after that first bombing attempt. The karma is bad so to speak.
CDC Advisory
"It may be possible that a person can get COVID-19 by touching a surface or object that has the virus on it and then touching their own mouth, nose, or possibly their eyes," the CDC also states on its site. "This is not thought to be the main way the virus spreads, but we are still learning more about this virus."

Game over. Looks like the pachinko parlor PhotoScrub is plan B for this company. Last time was noteworthy as version V somewhere, I remember seeing. Anthrax and coronavirus combo--takes two to tango.
"For those of you still wiping down groceries and other packages amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, breathe a sigh of relief: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) now says the novel virus “does not spread easily” from "touching surfaces or objects" — but experts warn that doesn’t mean it’s no longer necessary to take "practical and realistic" precautions in stopping the spread of COVID-19."
There has never been a time during the intervals in this company history when though capable of going to court and losing--the Cannon episode--someone else had to do the law-fare representations for contingency monies only. The company that can't afford to go to court is making legal sounding noises again--'It's deja vu all over again'.
I remember a very obscure footnote in an old time SI Diamond annual report.
In essence the statement was the company was capable of laying down single molecule layers in their vacuum chambers of chemicals, but was unable to afford the software development per intellectual property development. No monies--same ole same ole. At that graphene discovery looks to be another missed opportunity in hindsight.
What is my trading position? Confidently the highest number of tax free shares sitting in my Roth account gathering dust ever assembled by one disgruntled shareholder. Still waiting for Zvi to say "hallelujah" at conference calls doesn't cut it anymore. Sign Off.
More in my meaning as bringing levity to the topical subject of germ disinfectants vs hyper-penny-stocks--deer urine smell begone.
Are the investors in this company ever tired of watching a nanotech dog company chase cars again? Another name and brand change so little time.
I have to go buy some cookies. I will work on a different response later.
I did once point out once that the former CEO of this company used the wrong logo for the Japanese Company--nanoink partner--presentation promotion slide.
He wasn't impressed--didn't know a loss of face experience per Japanese cultural business practices. The business card presentations are very formal.
Those numbers are inaccurate.
This company was wrong not to mention the field tested deer urine odor removal capabilities of our splendid product.
I would wonder what Mr. Rickert thinks about now when looking himself in the mirror for lost opportunities and now being subject to the huckster like promotion tools for the renamed product line--who needs it.
There is nothing subtle about pandemics--Mr. Berman waxing enthusiastic violated my germ theory sensibilities too. I stand with the SEC.
Well, this company formerly had extensive testing for their PhotoScrub product which neutralized anthrax and various other airborne chemical stuff. Good enough for government work as the saying goes.
If only we still had Zvi Yaniv around to invoke "hallelujah" during conference calls as an active participant--this company needs some help.
Ms. Countryman(SEC)--looking at her official photo is a form follows function experience for me.
Last time I was around a company-official-demeanor-like substantive person similar to the Countryman affect, I was getting a call from a broker.
And for some reason in a group meeting primed as I was with my WSJ information, apparently I was the only person able to ask Ms. Company Demeanor a question which required a ten minute carefully versed response.
The legal requirement in her response was there--that was no simple answer.
I believe I will write Ms. Countryman a letter requesting my shareholder voting rights back--I miss them.
That is a new variation of an older patent what with a duo quartz tuning fork apparatus and other refinements. Good to see that an improvement could be made for what was a sensor APNT provided under contract to the Northeast Gas Association. The version they(NGA)own has undergone wireless tests for certification but as far as I know there is no manufacturer willing to make it yet. Also note there is something else currently going on with respect to another Japanese company NGA has engaged with for expertise per gas sensors--strange bedfellows all.
I believe this company does not derive any financial benefit from that concluded research project--at the least this patent is owned by us free and clear with no contractual encumbrances. Another five years of testing ahead until proved scientifically to be viable, I guess. I may not live that long.
FYI
copper-infused face masks were also used in Korea, one of most successful countries in dealing with COVID.
From YouTube no link
As COVID-19 continues to spread in South Korea and in other countries around the world,... copper is coming under the spotlight as a material that can potentially kill the virus.
As a result,... products are hitting shelves that are made with or contain the metal.
Kim Bo-kyoung tells us more.
This protective face mask looks different to the typical white ones we see attached to people's faces as they walk the streets in South Korea.
Special fiber combined with copper and ion covers the mask's surface,... making it suitable to protect wearers against certain viruses.
According to Jeonbuk National University and the company that invented this blue mask,... 99-point-8-percent of a virus died within 1 minute of coming into contact with the mask,... and had disappeared within 10-minutes.
"We figured out how fast the virus dies with this fabric and we proved it can't survive past 60 seconds."
Another face mask made with string coated with copper has gone viral,... and sales have skyrocketed in South Korea.
Protective film made with copper that can cover elevator buttons,... and air purifiers with copper filters are also popular.
To see whether copper products are really reliable virus-killers,... the U.S. National Institutes of Health compared copper with other materials, such as plastic and stainless steel.
It found COVID-19 survived for 72-hours on plastic and 48 hours on stainless steel.
However, it was dead after just four hours on copper.
"Copper is reportedly effective in killing around 20 types of virus and theoretically effective in killing all viruses."
Experts says copper itself is effective in killing viruses and bacteria.
Yet,... watchers say consumers need to see how effective each product made with copper is... before they use them to protect themselves.
FYI--"WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump said Thursday the government should take an equity stake in some companies that need bailouts because of devastating effects of the coronavirus pandemic on the U.S. economy.
Trump told a briefing he has executive authority to curb the impact on businesses. "There's a lot of executive power," he said. "If we don't have to use it, that would be a good thing, not a bad thing."
Such a move could be an extraordinary reach by government into the private sector. He said he'd specifically target companies that did stock buybacks, rather than investing in infrastructure. Trump also said he'd back restrictions on executive bonuses and future buybacks from companies receiving federal support."
Am not associating anything to this company--simply for the record, the same-o is not what it use to be.
FYI--Defense Production Act
The Act contains three major sections. The first authorizes the President to require businesses to sign contracts or fulfill orders deemed necessary for national defense. The second authorizes the President to establish mechanisms (such as regulations, orders or agencies) to allocate materials, services and facilities to promote national defense. The third section authorizes the President to control the civilian economy so that scarce and/or critical materials necessary to the national defense effort are available for defense needs.[3]
The Act also authorizes the President to requisition property, force industry to expand production and the supply of basic resources, impose wage and price controls, settle labor disputes, control consumer and real estate credit, establish contractual priorities, and allocate raw materials towards national defense.[3]
The President's authority to place contracts under the DPA is the part of the Act most often used by the Department of Defense (DOD) since the 1970s. Most of the other functions of the Act are administered by the Office of Strategic Industries and Economic Security (SIES) in the Bureau of Industry and Security in the Department of Commerce.[4]
The Defense Priorities and Allocations System institutes a rating system for contracts and purchase orders.[5] The highest priority is DX, which must be approved by the Secretary of Defense. The next level down is DO, and below that are unrated contracts.
6 for volume? Must be an old time tax loss seller. Been there done that.
1.25 Bid. My prediction was better than I expected. Frozen.
Knowing from experience not expect too much is the truism here.
As a first thought, the only thing holding this company back from success is a facility to produce milk trunk quantities of this most potent snake oil elixir--I'm sure there is no rail access.
Long term please do give this stock a chance. Knowing of all the supply chain disruptions from here to China, I may personally schedule an appointment at the Shenzhen beach--passport required for foreigners--to launch my personal rubber duck into the Pacific to safely escort all those containers to a safe harbor in Florida.
Plan B ocean bottle launch is too risky for the investors here on this board.
As a thought. My Co-worker Marine says Listerine is the preferred ingredient for passing inspection per door knobs and surrounding door frame surfaces. Gotta have it.

Remember now, this is a no share holder voting rights stock for the peon unwashed masses. Indulge yourself now.
