There has never been a time during the intervals in this company history when though capable of going to court and losing--the Cannon episode--someone else had to do the law-fare representations for contingency monies only. The company that can't afford to go to court is making legal sounding noises again--'It's deja vu all over again'.

I remember a very obscure footnote in an old time SI Diamond annual report.
In essence the statement was the company was capable of laying down single molecule layers in their vacuum chambers of chemicals, but was unable to afford the software development per intellectual property development. No monies--same ole same ole. At that graphene discovery looks to be another missed opportunity in hindsight.

What is my trading position? Confidently the highest number of tax free shares sitting in my Roth account gathering dust ever assembled by one disgruntled shareholder. Still waiting for Zvi to say "hallelujah" at conference calls doesn't cut it anymore. Sign Off.
