The Berman's went to extremes to restore shareholder voting rights to a single version and rearrange all the deck chairs on the Titanic.
And what remains in my opinion is the need to have some public offerings available going forward to allow better capital solutions for what may be designated by them as another trust fund to satisfy and direct the majority shareholder stakes in the near future. The tax advantages are better.
The other existing trust fund was in jeopardy in my opinion.

I'm mentally preparing myself for more pooch screwing going forward.
