Curious how talking about "no bid" of UNGS is cause for people who just started posting to this borard to be so irate; even abusive.
I recommend anyone who has an issue with the newly reinstated "no bid" to post each day until the bid is restored.
I'm thinking those people may be the first ones to pump this stock and dump it after they get their 10X or more baggers.
As long as I'm here, just bought more shares in a second account, you won't be able to do that. So, you may want to go to another stock for that "bottom feeder" activity. And, wipe whatever needs wiping with Kleenex as you exit.
Thank you DieselJoe. I appreciate the sentiment. I am still long this stock. My buy-in is more than twice yours, and I'm more sensitive to lack of price appreciation due to manipulation.
Right now, this stock should be at least $8. When I say manipulation, I'm not talking about the shorts. I mean the entity that manipulates the stock by using multiple accounts to make the price rise and fall as they wish.
Today, I sold some shares at a loss just to deploy my money into other investments. Anyone with a buy-in at or above $5.40 has been trapped in a channel since the secondary offering. At the bottom of the channel is $5.40 +/- $0.10 and at the top of the channel is $6.00 +/- $0.10.
You are missing the point. UNGS on "no bid" is a problem.
If everything is back to normal with UNGS, why would it be back on "no bid"? I fail to comprehend your logic. It is abnormal, Abby Normal, that the market makers are not keeping a bid on UNGS.
Something smells rotten about the first removal from "no bid". How and why did that happen? [Rhetorical]
This lends credence to calls of SCAM. If there is no ability to get in and get out of a stock, there is no market. And, it is in fact a SCAM.
Then, the best case scenario is to pump and sell to new bagholders. That makes no sense.
Where is UNGS ranked on the Worst Scams message board on iHub?
Bought UNGS at $0.0001; Unable to sell at $0.0001
In one account, I was able to buy UNGS at $0.0001. The order filled almost immediately. But, I was unable to sell UNGS at $0.0001 in another account. And, I canceled the order.
Likely, there will be ample opportunities to buy $0.0001s in the near future. That may change if Wayne Anderson unleashes the massive PR monster he has been creating.
**Reminder**
Stock Market is closed Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, and open until 1 PM on the following Friday.
It appears this PR was released after a 25% drop. If that is correct, then it is also true that further declines followed. More than the promise of transparency, the new UNGS monthly Shareholder Updates need to actually be transparent. In this way, the shareholders know that this company is real versus a scam. In a scam, it may appear that one is winning when in fact the opposite is true.
Not talked about much:
UNGS Equity Investments. What could that be?
That penny was pinched extremely hard on that trade.
That may have been a trial balloon trade. So, if Wayne Anderson said here is a billion shares, see what you can get for them. Someone could get $10,000 for those shares. How far would $10,000 go for UNGS?
The stealth $0.00001 trade is a sort of offering outside of the market per se if in fact no investor can execute such a five digit trade through their brokerage.
So, it looks like more fun and games for us at UNGS. Disclosure: I plan to buy some $0.0001s within the next week or so. No order yet; no cash.
Date: 04/16/12 Form: 15-15D Description: Notice of suspension of duty to file reports pursuant to Section 13 and 15(d) of the Act
Not so long ago, if UNGS reporting requirement has "revived", this stock either goes back to "no bid" or to the moon.
Does anyone know how the Stock Transfer Agent (TA) may be ungagged?
Forrm 15 Filing
I've heard of Restricted and Non-restricted Shares, but you have me at a disadvantage when you talk about exempt shares. Did you make up that term?
UNGS Exemption from Filing Audited Financials
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=117454174
Your point about an independent Certified Public Accounting firm auditing UNGS financials is valid.
That tends to cost money. And, some companies in Pennyland don't allocate for that expenditure. Especially, that would be the case if the company obtained SEC exemption as is the case with UNGS. So, it seems we are in a quandary.
We need the accounting be done but, UNGS may be able to cut cost by invoking the fact that the company has an exemption from such independent auditing. And, maybe Wayne Anderson, his wife, or his daughter can do the audit. Then, Wayne Anderson can sign his name on the finished audit.
If securities fraud charges were brought against Wayne Anderson, the books would be audited by an independent audit firm if it meant the difference between Wayne Anderson serving prison time or going free.
Perhaps, the next financial disclosures will put this to rest.
Earlier, say late Summer or early Fall, people were talking about SEC and/ or Florida SOS complaints. By now, they should have received responses. Based upon that, and the false start R/S, UNGS will soon provide a proper accounting of the financials and share structure of the company. Otherwise, Wayne Anderson could be facing securities fraud charges. And, we know that typically doesn't go well if he is found guilty of the things you suspect. It has been proven by Martha Stewart that you can run a legitimate enterprise from prison. If Wayne Anderson went to prison, would that be good or bad for UNGS?
Agreed. Also, observation about low float is valid. With a good company, dilutions from warrants or offerings is not the same as with a bad company. The difference is viability of the business model or how they plan to make money in their market industry. Management aside, is the company able to provide guidance and execute on making money year over year? If so, you have a winner. At some point, management that is not aligned with the guidance and execution of profitability will be dealt with appropriately.
I think you are safe to be able to pick up as many $0.0001s as your heart desires. For months, many of us would have sold our shares for even half of that if it were possible. And, some will continue to sell at $0.0001 in the absence of better guidance from UNGS as it relates to soundness of an investment with a company that some are calling a scam. If we see price movement before another "no bid", that would be the best case scenario.
So, we are talking about how $4 Million was used to benefit the shareholders?
Or, what would have been the best use of $4 million dollars for the benefit of the shareholders?
It remains to be seen what Wayne Anderson will present to shareholders to bolster confidence that this company is not a scam. At this point, scam or not, I want to be able to make a decision to wait more months or years to recover my investment. Otherwise, I would want to sell my shares even at a loss. With a legitimate company, you can lose some or all of your money. But, with a scam company, you are more likely to lose all of your money than gain anything other than an expensive lesson. Timely and accurate financial reporting makes this an easier decision. I failed to do the proper due diligence as it relates to the exception UNGS obtained of not being required to file timely and accurate financial reports. I wonder if Wayne Anderson is planning or has transacted some UNGS acquisitions with all of that money.
That is a good buy-in. I expect it to go lower, sub-$0.20, from here before a pop.
UNGS Massive PR Expected This Week
If you see Triple Zeroes before the Dead Cat is out of the bag, then you may have waited too late.
The thing that hasn't been widely discussed are the reasons this stock is no longer at "no bid". I wonder if SEC complaints helped move this along. Or, could it be that UNGS is on the road to recovery in good corporate governance.
Looking forward to financial reporting to bring investors current and instill credibility and comparability with other going concerns in Pennyland.
For anyone who is eyeing the books, what did the shareholders get for the toxic financing? Did that money get taken in some unreported heist?
For EXEL, some entity is manipulating the stock price. In my observation, they can make the price anything they want on any given day with low volume; less than 5,000,000 shares in the trading session.
They trade with about 125,000 - 200,000 shares multiple times each day. Also, I think they have two accounts to buy and sell shares. They would not necessarily need to be short to make a profit.
Typically, they run spreads of $0.10 - $0.25 amounting to $12,500 - $50,000 per day (34 days) or $425,000 - $1,700,000 per month. I haven't considered how to calculate what they are making from the Options contracts:
Cover Calls Sellers (Collected Premiums and Calls Expiring Worthless)
Puts Buyers (Paid Premiums and Puts Exercised at Settlement)
I understand your frustration. I have been in EXEL since July and my account is RED. On a good note, next week the price should rise due to new options contracts and settlements of old options contracts. Good Luck.
No early celebrations. UNGS needs massive PR to lock gains.
Great improvement of boards stats. I contend that $2,500 is a worthy investment for UNGS Display Ad similar to RDAR. UNGS could see trips multi-bagger by end of the year.
I believe Wayne Anderson has a tick list that includes drafting and releasing a massive PR before Thanksgiving. The rest of the items on that list consists of groceries.
I grew up in Florida. Does that count?
After we are rolling in it, I may have occasion to visit the marinas some time next year.
All in favor of Wayne Anderson using half of that cash for stock buyback, say Aye. All opposed? The Ayes have it. Buy those shares back Wayne Anderson.
Things to watch as UNGS Price Movement Occurs
Percentage Changes: O/S shares and Float/ O/S ratio
Please post your trades if you are buying or selling.
Wayne Anderson may be accumulating shares before the UNGS massive PR is released within the next week before Thanksgiving.
UNGS Thanksgiving Turducken PR Preview
I believe Wayne Anderson will craft a massive PR.
It will contain a snippet of new UNGS initiatives that may look like this:
Oil: UNGS is on the cusp of patenting Fricking for its newly acquired oil wells. Fricking is similar to Fracking but not as expensive. This savings will be passed on to UNGS shareholders.
Marinas: UNGS is exploring the number of mega yachts to accommodate in the marinas; starting as a model in FLorida. Also, a famous celebrity spokesman is being vetted for new commercials.
MJ: UNGS is exploring the new market of edibles. These will be considered as an economies of scales initiative and complement the MJ vending dispensary niche.
The next PR from UNGS will have the potential to move the price as fast as "no bid" was removed from the stock. This PR may come within the next week.
House Rules - The House Always Wins
Isn't that the whole point of the stock market. Each transaction is someone giving or taking someone else's money. And, that is why we like it. When we give money away, we tell ourselves that we learned some kernel of truth that will protect us the next time. When we get money, we tell ourselves that we learned some kernel of truth that will allow us to do the same thing next time.
Philosophical wax on, and wax off. [mic drops]
Your post gave me an idea...
Each day, one of us can post a message that we are new to the board. This way, when new people see it, they will think more new people are posting to the board. In turn, that will encourage them to write a similar post. Too bad no voting, likes, thumbs up, down, or emojis.
I believe Wayne Anderson is waiting until all of those shares are bought and a bid is entered for share purchases before he releases news. If this can be done soon, we will have the news we have been waiting on for so long.
If I buy all of those shares tomorrow, I will be sure to post the trade.
Surprise gains. Could be news. This popped before I could unwind another trade to buy more.
Glad only 100:1. Could be worse; say 500:1 or 1000:1.
This may have surprise run before 11/20/15.
Confused how warrants holders gained so much power. I wonder if some entity or coalition is using the block of unconverted warrants as leverage. Otherwise, failure to convert warrants would typically mean loss of financial interest. In other words, expiring worthless.
LOL. Very good. But, in Florida you may want to get a website and have them surf the web while your receipt is printing. QR Code even faster.
