Agreed. Also, observation about low float is valid. With a good company, dilutions from warrants or offerings is not the same as with a bad company. The difference is viability of the business model or how they plan to make money in their market industry. Management aside, is the company able to provide guidance and execute on making money year over year? If so, you have a winner. At some point, management that is not aligned with the guidance and execution of profitability will be dealt with appropriately.
