Otherwise, Wayne Anderson could be facing securities fraud charges. And, we know that typically doesn't go well if he is found guilty of the things you suspect. It has been proven by Martha Stewart that you can run a legitimate enterprise from prison. If Wayne Anderson went to prison, would that be good or bad for UNGS?
