"They really do a great job for us, and they really are indispensible at this time".
m-u-c-h better, it would be...
Hope you're right, pickn...
but I still don't like the sound of the last line:
"They really did a great job for us, and we really are indebted to them."
Sounds like what you and your bros might say to your highschool girlfriends who are standing with arms folded and on the driveway and you with your head out the window, just as you're pulling away in your loaded up minivan, destination State University.
Not good...
here is an exerpt from an article in newspaper found by KingGeorge...
* * *
"One of the intriguing high-tech companies in the mid-Hudson is a
little one called Cetek Technologies, Inc.
Cetek specializes in ceramics for electronics and power generation
industries. People who know the company say it's good at what it
does.
"They're extraordinary, actually," said Bruce Anderson, CEO and a
founder of Wilson Turbopower in Woburn, Mass. "They really did a
great job for us and we really are indebted to them."
* * *
This is NOT GOOD because...In this last line...Anderson of Wilson Turbo is speaking of Cetek...IN THE PAST TENSE.
Anyone know what to make of all these funny colored trades on the Time and Sales today? (Trades "inside" the spread, and "outside" the spread?)
Adon
it could be that Wilson Turbo saw Cetek going bigtime and soon, and eagerly wanted shares of CTKH in exchange - as one example - for guaranteeing to Cetek exclusivity in production of it's "Cerotex" heat exchanger ceramic components.
or perhaps some other "contractual arrangement" was reached...
Maybe Fayiz flat out GAVE Wilson the 600 million shares, which would by itself constitute "an investment into" Wilson.
And maybe Wilson got it's 800K bucks...elsewhere...
through "private investors" like various Wilson PR's indicate (because shares from Cetek Inc. does not constitute "private investment" you see). Maybe there is NO CONNECTION between the "CTKH 600 million shares" and the "800 K cash" which Wilson turbo got.
Maybe Wilson never wanted cash from Fayiz...maybe they wanted instead...a piece of the pie.
WE MUST FIND OUT IF ANDERSON SPEAKS NOW OF CETEK IN THE PAST TENSE.
THAT IS NOW YOUR PRIMARY DD RESPONSIBILITY, "ORANGEMAN3", YOU CONVERTED PUMPER.
although the numbers do seem to suggest a third party converible debenture financing to Wilson Turbo (600 million shares @ 15% typical CD discount sold into market @ about .0014 the past eight months comes close to $800K),the Chaiken Money Flow and Accum Distribution and OBV do not portend to this ongoing dilution of which you speak.
Instead, they portend to...buyback. jack.
Cetek has cash. And they have had cash for some time. After correspondence and upon my request, Jim Stock emailed to me the updated O/S of recent (and for some reason, sent a CC of this email to Roundmot), and the update proves Cetek is actually buying back shares.
And that is something a company only does...with cash.
And Cetek buys companies. with cash, and cash alone.
When asked if Cetek has enough cash one year ago, the man actually laughed, and said "more than enough".
It was also estimated four years ago by the man that Cetek revenues for the year 2006 would be "high eight figures" (50 million plus). And since that time, the man has numerous times iterated "growth is now exceeding our forcasts".
Orangeman, is it still your contention that Cetek today is valued at less than 5 million? You seem to have changed your tone of recent. Care to recant...on THAT?
Mirrored trades do suggest "a seller for every buyer", but does not PROVE that CD coversion is taking place.
I mean, Orangeman3....WHERE IS YOUR PROOF?
One word: Cartman
Am I hallucinating...or...
is ORANGEMAN3...a...PUMPER ???
Are we to conclude from this "transition"...his peeps have finally covered?
Ps the most important "sentiment" you may gleen from an encounter with Mr. Anderson is if he refers to, or speaks of Cetek...
...in the PAST TENSE. That, we don't want.
What an ODD COUPLE those two make!
Flemming, the "old man in the sea" kinda CRUSTY.
And "Chip"...well...here's a man who goes by the name CHIP. Does not have the forceful executive type personality we would want. Dictator order giver type.
Chip sounds kinda like somebody's patsy...
"Chip" sounds WEAK if not SEMI-RETARDED.
email address for webcast?
There can be no blockbuster news on webcast today, because "material events" must be published ASAP - as they happen. Today is no AAFES, no Target, no Gamerang.
Today will be "forward looking" and stale and anticlimactic. Today will be Flemming talking a bunch of crap.
And the pps tanks today because of this dissapointment, then retraces back up before weekend...
cheerfully yours,
Adon
tomorrow's webcast will be anticlimactic, and blase'
1) If it were Monster, there would be frontloading now, but there is none.
2) If "material events" were to be disclosed (AAFES, TARGET, GAMERANG) they would have to be disclosed to us AS THEY WERE FINALIZED (Flemming could not legaly wait 3 weeks to disclose from the time he announced webcast.)
John Flemming does not like flippers, and does not want them feeding at his trough.
Tomorrow...is nothing.

Was anyone able to catch the Circuit City webcast? Any mention of GZFX?
Adon
Hey guys, remember...
when you call in to a Circuit City and ask them if they have GZFX in stock, they may bring up the inventory numbers on their computer screen right there....
...and if you are smooth enough...
...you may be able to get them to reveal to you...
...how many units they have sold that week/day/month, and consequently, how many units remain on the shelves.
alright poopieheads...
tomorrow is Circuit City's webcast. Here's what we are hoping for:
1) Mere MENTION of GAMEZNFLIX
2) Revelation of expanded CC relationship with GZFX
a) Expansion into Canadian stores
b) VOD set-top service development
3) Circuit City equity position/investment into GZFX.
4) CC revenue projections because of GZFX partnership.
yours,
Adon
If monster news was to be released in webcast...
...we should see some frontloading now.
but we're not.
So...yeah...I am not expecting "much".
Adon
IN THIS FIVE WEEK PERIOD OF CONSOLIDATION WERE IN IT'S LIKE ALL THE FLIPPERS HAVE TOTALLY LEFT AND RIGHT NOW THERE ARE NO FLIPPERS IN THIS POSITION AND I THINK THAT'S WEIRD.
THAT THERE ARE TOTALLY NO FLIPPERS IN RIGHT NOW.
Adon
lowrider,
good find. if we are advertising on Comedy Central...we are about to...erupt.
T minus 71:52 and counting...
Adon
I would love to have a 6' X 10' print of that ribcage/dungeon thing.
Reminder: Circuit City has their webcast this Wednesday...
coinkidinkie?
Adon
Mar-Key
wow. do you personally know this artist???
Adon
thanks greed
Something peculiar...
When I go to GamezNFlix Website, and click "Contact Us", and then "Ask a question"....
...the procedures which follow mimick to a tee the procedures which are used by...
Gamerang. And their "Ask a Question" submission formats...
Question: Has anyone submitted "Ask a Question" to GamesNFlix in the distant past, and did you use the same "User name" and "password" procedures to do it?
tia

Does anyone have any feelings pro or con about Covad and how it's prospects compare to Gtel?
thank you.
GJ
Is there any reason to believe that this company will stop dilution in the near term? What are there sources of revenue currently?
Thanks for replies
