Wow, so many years and all the regulars still show from time to time. Funny company, its almost surreal the influence its had on so many. I watch from time to time how nvxe still goes on. I never cared much for the bashers although its part of the business of trading for a living. The long time investors here..man you guys deserve a medal or something. Everyone of you that I knew, I have the highest regard for. You guys were and are good people! I have no vested interest anymore but I truely hope that what we all believed will ultimately pan out and this stock will "go to the moon".
Best Wishes, famlyinvstr

Good morning NV posters,
Some of you might recall I was a strong supporter of New Visual. I still read this board from time to time. I foundly recall many good friends and conversations in ICHAT. Its amazing New Visual has survived thru so many years, yet today they are ever resilent, still on the cusp of bringing new technology to market.
Ernie your used car analogy busted me up, lol. Dutch, yes when people invest more that they should and lose the "scared money" they will become obsessed over, in this case, NVC. Many people post for a variety of reasons. We all have a view point and different reasons to post. No one can hope to control what is said anymore than we can control the actions of New Visual. Sadly, Bills reference to being thru many filings and PR's while not seeing real progress is frusterating. Gotta appreciate 427 and even deeba's undieing enthusiam for New Visual.
Ultimately, its not about us but rather its all about New Visual. Cerainly we are not privy to all the inner accomplishments and progress that occurs. But on the otherhand, any significant news does get released to us. How accurate we accept this news often lies in indirect measures. Why doesn't everyone climb over each other to acquire this technology we say and think? I recieved a mailing yesterday from TimeWarner cable. They tell me cable got faster, up to 5.0Mbps download speeds. I see New Visual has invested 10 grand into research last year, a fraction of what I have invested into their/our stock. Can their ~partners~ be investing more? Lets hope so. I still own shares. New Visual is a business, if in fact they are a developing communications company, they had better get in gear. The times, they are a changin.
Well happy Easter everyone, our families are where our true wealth lies. HE is risen.

This board has too much input for a company that is this quiet and secretive. Many have created far too many scenarios for what, how or who (questions) the company has left us. Perhaps the truth is simply as its presented to us. People do leave companies for many reasons, should we look for reasons not stated? ANI provided the core technology for our Embarq. That is in itself the value they bring to us, we wanted and perhaps paid for more but it appears Hellosoft will finish it. Why discount the input or the process different people have applied towards the completion of Embarq when their efforts have not be published. We can criticize the time, and should, because this is a known element. Few long term investors are happy with this Investment and the time its taken New Visual to realize their goals, but to add guesses and opinions to this board only serve to degrade any validity this investment has to offer. (unless that is your intention)
Now after I have ruffled a few feathers I would like to post my Thanksgiving Forecast
Turkeys will thaw in the morning, then warm in the oven to an afternoon high near 190 F. The kitchen will turn hot and humid, and if you bother the cook, be ready for a severe squall or cold shoulder.
During the late afternoon and evening, the cold front of a knife will slice through the turkey, causing an accumulation of one to two inches on plates. Mashed potatoes will drift across one side while cranberry sauce creates slippery spots on the other. Please pass the gravy.
A weight watch and indigestion warning have been issued for the entire area, with increased stuffiness around the beltway. During the evening, the turkey will diminish and taper off to leftovers, dropping to a low of 34 F in the refrigerator.
Looking ahead to Friday and Saturday, high pressure to eat sandwiches will be established. Flurries of leftovers can be expected both days with a 50 percent chance of scattered soup late in the day. We expect a warming trend where soup develops. By early next week, eating pressure will be low as the only wish left will be the bone.

Have a geat holiday!
Today's 8k:
New Visual Corporation (the "Company") and HelloSoft, Inc. (the
"Strategic Partner") entered into an amendment, effective as of October 11, 2004
(the "Amendment"), to their Services Agreement dated as of March 31, 2004 (the
"Original Agreement") pursuant to which the Strategic Partner will provide
development services relating to the Company's semiconductor chipset. The
Original Agreement provides that, upon the Company's request from time to time,
the Strategic Partner is to provide services to be specified pursuant to
mutually agreed upon terms. The Amendment represents the first project that the
Strategic Partner is undertaking pursuant to the Original Agreement.
In consideration for the services being rendered under the Amendment,
the Company has agreed to pay to the Strategic Partner $185,000, half of which
will be paid in shares of the Company's common stock, par value $0.001 (the
"Common Stock"), at 25% discount from the per share closing price of the
Company's Common Stock on the day of the commencement of services. The other
half will be remitted in cash, periodically, upon completion by the Strategic
Partner and acceptance by the Company of specified milestones. The Strategic
Partner has assigned to the Company the rights to any improvements,
developments, discoveries or other inventions that may be generated by the
Strategic Partner in its performance of the services to be provided under the
Amendment.
What is Adaptive Network doing for us? Well, this is positive, they are being paid partially in shares which reflects their opinion of our technology. Baby steps I guess....
Thank you for your impressions Wheels. You have tried to be objective and have given `strangers` updates as you have received them in various ways.
Nevertheless with all due respect, the management of NVC needs to deliver in far greater visible ways if they are to be believed/appreciated or followed. Their methods of displaying a 'twinkle in their eye' or vague references to 'if you knew who we spoke to' and/or their physical display of confidence can not or should not be a vote of confidence towards the progress of our companies goals. Cu@ocx didn't work out, management have come and gone, the movie has now max'ed out with little cash provided to NVC coffers. We have paid for the creation of our tech. yet Adaptive Networks have not produced. Why? There should be accountability here. We have survived by dilution. Good management produces. We have not produced, partnered or diversified.....
Most people are just tired Wheels. It's not that they want to bash, heck most the bashers here are previous investors. Its like the poor mother trying to feed her kids, she doesn't want stories or promises, she just wants the food. Next time you talk to them, let them know its time to deliver.

We all have experienced this lesson the hard way here. Yet I believe most did not learn it from our experiences with New Visual. We knew and have heard of these types of "people" before. Yet in our innocence we believed what the company said. We wanted to believe. ("That can't happen to me, I am a good judge of character.") They say, if its too good to be true, then its probably isn't. Fear and Greed, the two driving forces behind the market. It blinded our judgemnt. LOL, quiet period...this company talks when they want too. We need a new story, is that one-of-a-kind 3-D camera still around? Sigh. If I had to state what I learned new here, I would have to say, there is no such thing as investing in OTC stocks, they are gambling plays.
Best wishes to the longs,
Fam
I agree. Personal attacks should be deleted. This board is not supposed to be another RB. Everyone is entitled to have an opinion. This is not the forum to voice them all. Lets stay focused on NVC.

Our first official Thanksgiving, proclamation by our president, George Washington.
"WHEREAS it is the duty of all nations to acknowledge the Providence of Almighty God; to obey His will, to be grateful for His benefits, and humbly to implore His protection and favor; and,
"WHEREAS both Houses of Congress have by their joint committee requested me to recommend to the people of the United States a day of public Thanksgiving and prayer, to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many signal favors of Almighty God, especially by affording them an opportunity to establish a form of government for their safety and happiness:
"Now, therefore, I do recommend and assign Thursday, the 26th day of November next, to be devoted by The people of these States to the service of that great and glorious Being who is the beneficent author of all the good that was, that is, or that will be, that we may then all unite in rendering unto Him our sincere and humble thanks for His kind care and protection of the people of this country previous to their becoming a nation; for the signal and manifold mercies and favorable interpositions of His Providence, which we experienced in the course and confusion of the late war; for the great degree of tranquility, union and plenty, which we have since enjoyed; for the peaceable and rational manner in which we have been enabled to establish constitutions of government for our safety and happiness, and particularly the national one now lately instituted; for the civil and religious liberty with which we are blessed and the means we have of acquiring and diffusing useful knowledge; and in general for all the great and various favors which He hath been pleased to confer upon us.
"And, also that we may then unite in most humbly offering our prayers and supplications to the Great Lord and Ruler of Nations, and beseech Him to pardon our national and other transgressions, to enable us all, whether in public or private stations, to perform our several and relative duties properly and punctually, to render our National Government a blessing to all the people by constantly being a government of wise, just and constitutional laws, discreetly and faithfully executed and obeyed, to protect and guide all sovereigns and nations (especially such as have shown kindness to us) and to bless them with good government peace and concord.
"To promote the knowledge and practice of true religion and virtue, and the increase of science among them and us, and generally to grant unto all mankind such a degree of temporal prosperity as He alone knows to be best.
"Given under my hand at the City of New York the third day of October in the year 1789.

OT Static in preparation for thanksgiving
A man walks into a restaurant with a full-grown ostrich behind him.
As he sits, the waitress comes over and asks for their orders.
The man says, "I'll have a hamburger, fries and a coke,"
and turns to the ostrich, "What's yours?"
"I'll have the same," says the ostrich.
A short time later the waitress returns with the order.
"That will be $6.40 please," and the man reaches into his pocket
and pulls out the exact change for payment.
The next day, the man and the ostrich come again and the man says,
"I'll have a hamburger, fries and a coke," and the ostrich says,
"I'll have the same."
Once again the man reaches into his pocket and pays with exact change.
This becomes a routine until late one evening, the two enter again.
"The usual?" asks the waitress.
"No, this is Friday night, so I will have a steak, baked potato
and salad," says the man, "same for me," says the ostrich.
A short time later the waitress comes with the order and says,
"That will be $12.62." Once again the man pulls exact change
out of his pocket and places it on the table.
The waitress can't hold back her curiosity any longer.
"Excuse me, sir. How do you manage to always come up with the
exact change out of your pocket every time?"
"Well," says the man, "several years ago I was cleaning the
attic and I found an old lamp. When I rubbed it a Genie
appeared and offered me two wishes.
My first wish was that if I ever had to pay for anything,
I would just put my hand in my pocket and the right amount of
money would always be there."
"That's brilliant!" says the waitress. "Most people would wish
for a million dollars or something, but you'll always be as rich
as you want for as long as you live!"
"That's right. Whether it's a gallon of milk or a Rolls Royce,
the exact money is always there," says the man.
The waitress asks, "One other thing, sir, what's with the ostrich?"
The man sighs, pauses, and answers,
"My second wish was for a tall chick with long legs
who agrees with everything I say."
Have a great thanksgiving!
We may not be happy that our Authorized shares increased to 500 million for new funding purposes. But with that many shares available (doesn't appear Merc.is coming through), this company is far from dead. These Authorized shares are not just used for 144's. Perhaps we'll see a real acqusition come through someday. Just no intents...please.

Can somebody explain why a current shareholder would want to see this company come to an end and lose all their invested value?
Fellow shareholders we are moving forward. Most times in life, rarely are things as good as they seem or as bad as they appear. We shall see. Why Why Why is a question being asked alot lately. I believe more answers are coming. This is the week of thanksgiving. I may not be too thrilled with this investment right now, but I have a lot to be thankful for. I pray you all can say the same.
Best Wishes,
Fam
Great Board. I know you like them under $2, but this one just broke.
Can one determine a price target from looking at the charts? How does this one look for continuing or slowing down in its run? TIA

Brady,
My comment, that in itself makes NVC an underdog, many competitors with higher fiscal strength behind them and NVC persistently forging head. IMO makes New Visual a longer shot than many of the other Companies with last mile solutions. And that is an underdog, a company with higher odds of success against them. They are feasting on bones to get there technology created. I agree that it sounds strange that NVC can not find meatier funding packages especially from those who are subject to gain financially from NVC’s success. Funding is a funny thing, from medium size companies to individuals, if you don’t need money there are many lenders eager to offer loans. But when one does need funds, it appears no one will offer you a loan/funding. Because they have not obtained funding so far from these sources you suggest does not imply the technology doesn’t worked as claimed. It merely states that they have not revealed enough of the technology to them to convince them. Other scenarios exist as well that have been mentioned here; unwillingness of management to share control, fear of technology theft or dilution concerns.
We just don’t know the daily interference they face in reaching their goals. Brad Ketch is an able CEO with connections and prior success in this industry. He has been forthright and open especially of late. I make decisions that are good and proper that my subordinates don’t understand at times because they lack specific information. It is my opinion that Brad is making the best decisions for NVC that are available to us. To armchair all of his decisions without his knowledge is just guessing and opinions.
We invest in companies to bring a higher standard of living to our families through the ROI. This company is not larger than life. It is not a life or death struggle. For some this has become very emotional. For others they lost faith and moved on, whether it’s funding issues, management objections or other factors. I remain because I believe they can find success. I don’t believe Brad and some others are milking a paycheck. Brad is certainly able to find employment elsewhere, but he hasn’t. Few individuals want to work for a company that they disagree with or feel are crooked. It would be easy to give up in my mind, but New Visual hasn’t and they keep moving forward. I like that. That is bullish. So that is why I stay invested, why are you?
Thank you, I will have a great Sunday, looking for some more Flutie magic.
Best Wishes, Fam
I like the sound of that penquin. New Visual is the underdog at this point in their development.
Regardless of how NVC began their business life, they have become and are continually changing into a company that will enter the field of data transmission over copper line. They have utilized the sharpest minds in the industry and created a emerging blend of technology in a unique way to propel communications faster over line than today. Sure there have been obsticales. And more will appear, yet it is being developed and we are continually finding funds to complete the job.
We all believed when we invested that they will develop it and it will perform as told. Some has lost the faith during this journey, afterall this is an investment not a life or death struggle. That in itself makes NVC an underdog, many competitors with higher fiscal strength behind them and NVC persistantly forging head. They could have quit, but they didn't.
Just a few thoughts...
Go Underdog
[Suppressed Sound Link]
kudos, good post.
.32 x .37
traded almost 1/3 of their float..looking good
Looks like they stole someones market order
ok.....many have suggested that our license of that part of our technology that belongs to Adaptive is not an asset. That Embarq is not an asset, regardless of how we may treat it on our books.
So at what point, IYO, do commercial banks consider Embarq an asset? After ASIC, after FPGA or never? and do you think that we do not have the substance to convince them that our film is not leverageble?
LOL, I await cringeing for your reply.
Whp, some folks on this board should learn that it's OK to be positive and supportive and still be critical. I agree with this totally. I have little objection from shareholders that post comments pertaining to their dismay on how New Visual is run. And to question their moves is fine, even if a bit indirectly painful.
Yes but; when you suggest that a banker of credibility, who receives an e-mail from you with the inflamous words someone alert the press - $300,000 - oh my gosh - they've struck pay dirt! how embarrassing . So he responds (obviously he is comfortable talking to you off the record from your relationship with him) , executive officer how could you let this kind of announcement go
out? It says , we are in deep do do and will take Green Stamps or discount movie coupons in exchange for equity - wouldn't it have been simpler to do a one sentence press release in bold letters saying "WE ARE DESPERATE _ MAKE US AN OFFER!" . Not only does this seem a bit wrong for posting his comments but it screams of being judgmental with the intent to harm.
I agree 300k is no PR material and to use this forum for discussion of New Visual is fine. Just seems you went a bit too far there…….
I know you’ve tried it before and were turned down , but if you truly care about New Visual coming around, rather than slamming NVC to this VC why not try to bring them together one more time.
Whippersnapper, you have a questionable sense of humor...
Yes, those were the days of Rose colored glasses, refreshing kool-aid and the concept that what we heard from our Board would actually happen.
On a side note, Bob Hope was the top of the class. I believe we all shall miss him.
[Suppressed Sound Link]
Spoke, at face value from what has been revealed to date, it does look like Embarq is Powerstream over copper line. Whereas if this is true would be a source of discouragement, as a current shareholder I personally would rather look forward to the potential of this unique technology and its performance claims. We own 100% of its rights, I believe we will discover the other two entities will be a nonfactor. Can't prove that yet.
Brad Ketch has made several presentations on the value of this technology. I tend to believe him. Whether its all that we thought, is not as important as is it enough to make a good dent in the industry. It would seem it is.
Life, family and investments may bring an assortment of unexpected events or stimuli. Do we stand and cry or do we revaluate our position and move forward in our best decisions. I will wait and hopefully watch what Rim has planned for us in their development come to fuition. I can always sell if I don't like it, its my option.
What do you propose a shareholder to do in an effective proactive approach?
Well SP, I gotta though my chips in with 427. I would much rather own the rights to the tech than to have made the tech. with no rights.
This communications device will undoubtably incorporate other technologies with in it as well, in the final product.
Nothing will stop them. Cable and DSL will compete for some time. I have both. I prefer the dedicated system, DSL.
On a side note; I had always thought Rim (New Visual) and Adaptive Networks would make a perfect merger/partnership. They have both been instrumental to each others success/development. And they both could have a far more prosperious future together than apart.
"Will rumors and opinions ever stop?"....... No
But more open, honest and upfront communique from management, like the one we found today, will certainly stop or limit the guessing from shareholders.
Not surprising at all. It is commonly known that one of the biggest obstacles to faster transmissions over copper line on distance communications was the line interference. New Visual since there relationship began commented on Adaptive’s ability to reduce line interference. It has seemingly always has been suggested that the two companies might merge. Nevertheless, if this technology platform brings what has been advertised, the money will flow into Rim; and into our hands.
Additionally since Powerline is now complete, and Embarq is roughly 75% Powerline components, then I would believe it wouldn’t take too much to finish Embarq.
This new forum of openness, whereas perhaps a bit confusing, is very welcome. Many opportunities for success are close at hand.
Too funny
I acknowledge we are all anxious for tanglable developments from NVC. Some do not wear these feelings well. But we all have them.
Nevertheless, Brad is desperate for us, the shareholders, to see 1) their commitment 2) that funding is near 3) their next generation prototype will be finished and distributed.
This short ranged strategy only works when the truth is spoken. Anything less will backfire upon lack of performance. Their desire, just like ours is for good long range profits/income.
Either we are on the cusp of these developments or none of this makes sense. Brad and New Visual are playing their hand now, this is not a "milk the story" out deal.
There are many stocks one could buy, this one is looking much better these days. LOL, I'm actually thinking of buying more. Why? The past...the funding....the misconceptions....the fpga...lol, sigh, oh my,,,,,, because of the determination and confidence of Brad in the technology that he is pushing to market.
There is no guarantees, but the reward to investment is interesting. Not based upon what I had bought it for, because the past is, yes, history. But in looking at todays price and where it could go too with just a decent funding deal and a lively connection to a name in the industry with our fpga.
IMHDO,
Fam
Hey, the fish won, I can see possibilities
Stop that Mag, your sounding too reasonable for this board.
Certainly questions abound. One can say that about most developmental companies. And wherever there are questions there as sure to be critics. For the critics who provide reasons without belittling or accompaning personal remarks, those posts are really positive in a sense in that they bring all shareholders awareness and understanding higher.
Deeba is like many investors here. He have invested money into a company and stands behind those in charge to make the right informed decisions to lead us all into a profitable future. None of us are perfect, even positive personality types can become frusterated with certain posters who do NOT provide detached criticism.
The most recent letter was good. But like so many things it answered certain questions only to raise others. The shareholders who truely want New Visual to succeed should be able to recieve communication without each tittle of information being condemned.
The money we all invested into this venture is important to each one of us. We all have hopes and dreams. Like Porscha said the other day, paraphrasing, let not our fusterations with this developmental process cause us to attack each other.
Yah, it probably was. I appologize for cluttering up this board with another meaningless post.
There are no assurances, never was, this is a developmental company which is generally considered high risk.
I do not feel good about my investment. Nor do I attempt to drive the bashers away. I just don't appreciate being labeled non couragious with no character because I believe (regardless how questionable) what management is telling us, rather than some armchair traders about the condition of our NEW VISUAL company.
Your entitled to your opinion, mine got me into the little house in the back yard a few times, lol. I really don't need to revisit the definition of character. Thanks .
It may take courage to make a decision (which could be costly) to move in a different direction that he or she committed oneself too. Charactor is defined as a distinctive quality. IMHDO, you have shown poor charactor.
You assume you know how things "really are". Yet you or most others do not. Your tone suggests we all should follow your conclusions.
To show good charactor would be to say goodbye to this board. I've made a decision to invest elsewhere. Good luck in your investment here. That would be showing couragious and good character.
Yet you remain to "put down" the investors who choose to remain looking for their investment to improve based upon how they believe things "really are".
We all live and learn, best wishes to your new investments.
Spokeshave, you didn't strike me as a complainer......
427Cobra, I agree in heart and spirit, we should assume the best decisions are being made by those in authority. After all they have a vested interest in the success of this. Some might tend to disagree with those decisions because they lack the knowledge of all the factors that went into making those decisions.
Austin, so many questions. I believe you missed your calling as a scientist Unfortunately until announcements are made, your just asking for opinions. Opinions and the reality can and often are miles apart.
Famlydog, why are you optomistic that the tech works as descibed and will be successful in ASIC form? Is it because regardless of various acquistion failures, inaccurate statements by our BOD, constant need of new funding and lack of visual support from the industry; this company is a survivor?
Yup
Abe51, I like this one; Winners never quit and quitters never win.
Vince Lombardi
Thank you Immitt, I may need that luck your wishing us. This companies future is wrapped up in the promise and belief that "Embarq" when finished, will be embraced by the industry and become the first generation of devices to permit faster communications than currently available over copper line.
The fact that we will have monies eventually coming into our coffers from a one-time movie enterprise does not diminish or enhance or distract our business goal of being a semiconductor company. But I will gladly accept them as they appear.
The past history with certain questionable actions and affiliated personel does not support our future with a creditable foundation, but a tangible prototype and/or ASIC will dispel the fears of disception. And replace the feelings with excitement I would expect.
We have the nucleus of a solid management team. We have had highly regarded interaction with groups such as Adaptive Networks, Zaiq technologies; individuals doctors like Chen, Beck and Greaves to mention a few working on the development of this technology.
Financing this ongoing effort without giving too much away is a problem for all companies without revenues.
THIS IS A DEVELOPMENTAL COMPANY. It has, it is and it will take time. Many are upset, discouaged and disenchanted with this time to development this technology and the communications surrounding that from New Visual. If the stock price were going up, we'd be happy, since its going down the negative emotions rise in most of our language. It is what it is.
I am not selling, nor plan too in the immediate future. I feel the pain as everyone else does each penny that our stock losses. I believe Brad Ketch is working his best towards fulfilling our business plan. If this effort fails it is my decision to stay. I awaite instead for the fruits of New Visuals efforts. Its win or lose, nothing inbetween. I may need that luck Immitt. Best wishes to all who choose another direction. Go NVEI!
Fam
Little, down, no, no, soon, no, maybe
Whoever it is, must be comfortable in their belief that they will get their investment back and more. Also that their investment will go towards the development of our technology to make the first part possible.
This knowledge can only be attained by being disclosed information that has yet to be revealed to the common shareholder. Either way this will be a positive reflection on our current condition and future outlook.
