Brady,

My comment, that in itself makes NVC an underdog, many competitors with higher fiscal strength behind them and NVC persistently forging head. IMO makes New Visual a longer shot than many of the other Companies with last mile solutions. And that is an underdog, a company with higher odds of success against them. They are feasting on bones to get there technology created. I agree that it sounds strange that NVC can not find meatier funding packages especially from those who are subject to gain financially from NVC’s success. Funding is a funny thing, from medium size companies to individuals, if you don’t need money there are many lenders eager to offer loans. But when one does need funds, it appears no one will offer you a loan/funding. Because they have not obtained funding so far from these sources you suggest does not imply the technology doesn’t worked as claimed. It merely states that they have not revealed enough of the technology to them to convince them. Other scenarios exist as well that have been mentioned here; unwillingness of management to share control, fear of technology theft or dilution concerns.
We just don’t know the daily interference they face in reaching their goals. Brad Ketch is an able CEO with connections and prior success in this industry. He has been forthright and open especially of late. I make decisions that are good and proper that my subordinates don’t understand at times because they lack specific information. It is my opinion that Brad is making the best decisions for NVC that are available to us. To armchair all of his decisions without his knowledge is just guessing and opinions.

We invest in companies to bring a higher standard of living to our families through the ROI. This company is not larger than life. It is not a life or death struggle. For some this has become very emotional. For others they lost faith and moved on, whether it’s funding issues, management objections or other factors. I remain because I believe they can find success. I don’t believe Brad and some others are milking a paycheck. Brad is certainly able to find employment elsewhere, but he hasn’t. Few individuals want to work for a company that they disagree with or feel are crooked. It would be easy to give up in my mind, but New Visual hasn’t and they keep moving forward. I like that. That is bullish. So that is why I stay invested, why are you?

Thank you, I will have a great Sunday, looking for some more Flutie magic.

Best Wishes, Fam
