Buying stock in BBDA or any small company for that matter has its risks.
Grumbling about a company for a while because of a bad investment is natural. Doing it for an extended period of time is unhealthy.
Everyone has their opportunity to invest or not to invest in these small companies. Why don't they just exercise those rights or move on to another company? I have invested in this company because I choose to. I wasn't forced. If I loose or make money it was my choice.
I doubt he will leave it alone. In my opinion he has found just another way to make money off of venerable company's. This only hurts small companies and their share holders for their profit thru litigation. What a great country we live in. Yes companies are not run like everyone would like them to be run. There is always someone trying to exert there force on companies large and small. Looks like someone has just found a way to make money off all involved (shareholders, owners, and employees) while destroying a company. Of course this is only my opinion.
Great post! Koma is a great product. If BBDA was the share selling scam these @#$%@$# say it is, it wouldn't have lasted 5 years. Just my opinion.

If Melatonin is Safe, Why Did So Many Countries Ban Its Use?
Which brings us to the burning question on everyone’s minds when asking about banned melatonin: just why was it banned if it’s so safe?
Well, the answer to that question depends on the country, though it can be generally stated that there is an unfounded fear that viruses could be transferred through the animal products used during the manufacturing of supplemental melatonin.
Canada
For more specifics, let’s look at why Canada banned melatonin. With the buzz about melatonin having the potential to play a part in curing AIDS and epilepsy, a mad rush for melatonin took place in Canada resulting in the rare occurrence of a large number of addicts.
Sensing danger due to the frenzied sales and high number of Canadian melatonin addicts running around, the Canadian government banned melatonin to preserve the people.
Some people were so dependent on the melatonin that they illegally crossed the border to Washington to get their fix since they couldn’t get it from their local health stores.
Even so, some stores in Canada are still dealing melatonin under the table making a load of money on the “melatonin black market.”
Of course, if this sounds fairly ridiculous, even if that is the “official” reason, it’s because it is.
The banning of melatonin in Canada has more to do with political reasons just like it would were it to be banned here in America. The truth is, since melatonin is a naturally occurring hormone in both humans and in food, no one can hold an exclusive patent on it.
This means that here in America, if it was ever to be banned or go to a “prescription-only” option, the three companies that hold partial patents on melatonin supplements would stand to benefit.
Some of those company’s chairmen are the biggest proponents for the “melatonin is unsafe” movement. If you don’t overlook the same situation happening as a reason for the banned melatonin in other countries as well, you’ll be more informed than most.
Europe and other Countries
With that in mind, we can turn to the other countries, mostly European, that have banned melatonin.
The list is substantially large and includes: Australia, Greece, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Brazil, Germany, Austria, Belgium, South Africa, Iceland, and France.
While touting claims similar to those of the Canadian government, the more likely explanation is the political and financial maneuvering that is taking place due to the many positive benefits of melatonin becoming more widely known.
hmmmmm. Even the Mexican Coke has HFCS..
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/03/07/coca-cola-taste-test_n_1324282.html
UPDATE: Michael Blanding, author of The Coke Machine: The Dirty Truth Behind the World's Favorite Soft Drink brought to light an excerpt from an earnings conference call by Coca-Cola FEMSA, the Mexican bottler of Coke, in 2009. The speaker is the CFO of the company. This call highlights that Mexican Coke has lowered their mix to, basically, 70 percent local sugar versus 30 percent high-fructose corn syrup. Apparently, that ratio could be closer to 60 percent sugar and 40 percent high-fructose now.
Someone just ate a bunch of .0043. I wonder who is buying?
I like this one too.

I don't see BW giving up, but succeeding..
I believe there is a difference between a Pink Sheet SCAM and an entrepreneur starting a company and building a product and brand. Entrepreneurs don't always make the right moves or succeed the first time, but they are courageous in there efforts trying.
I believe this product and BW has a great chance of succeeding this time and have place my money accordingly.

High fructose corn syrup banned in Europe?
http://wiki.answers.com/Q/High_fructose_corn_syrup_banned_in_Europe
Answer:
No, it is not banned.
In the European Union (EU), HFCS, known as isoglucose, is subject to a production quota. In 2005, this quota was set at 303,000 tons; in comparison, the EU produced an average of 18.6 million tons of sugar annually between 1999 and 2001.
So, while it is not banned the consumption of it is limited.
HFCS Banned???
http://www.livestrong.com/article/458653-why-is-high-fructose-corn-syrup-banned-from-other-countries/
There is no ban on high-fructose corn syrup in other countries, but the product does fall under quota limitations in Europe. Moreover, restrictions on genetically modified foodstuffs also impact U.S. exports of high-fructose corn syrup, even though the commodity itself is not banned.

HFCS.. What??
Studies
Part of the concern over fructose arises from animal testing in which the injection of fructose directly into the brain of rats led to increased eating and subsequent research in mice seemed to confirm this effect. Re-examination of the results suggested that the results in rodents would have little meaning in humans due to the dosage given (equivalent to a 75 kg human consuming 660 grams of fructose, whereas a normal daily intake is approximately 50 grams) and the strict control over the amount of fructose that crosses the blood–brain barrier.[1] Subsequent testing with humans using both short- and long-term experiments found no important differences between the consumption of HFCS versus other sugars.[1] Most of the studies linking fructose consumption to higher blood triglycerides have been in rodents through mechanisms different from those in humans, and therefore it is unlikely that high-fructose diets would have comparable effects in humans. Tests in humans suggest that for people with insulin resistance, diets with 50 grams or more per day (high consumption) may result in elevated triglycerides, but there is no effect with normal levels of fructose consumption.[1]
Epidemiological research has suggested that the increase in obesity is linked to increased consumption of sugars and/or calories in general, and not due to any special effect of fructose alone.[1]
Other issues
Consumption of HFCS has been associated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, as it is thought that fructose may cause increased fat deposits in the abdomen[10] though it has also been suggested that this association is not unique to fructose and may be due to glucose consumption as well.[11]
The presence of carbonyl compounds found in HFCS-containing beverages has been suggested as a contributor to poor health and problems for people with diabetes, though this concern is unfounded as HFCS is of no more concern than other sources and the compounds are produced endogenously by the body.[12]
High fructose consumption has been linked to high levels of uric acid in the blood, though this is only thought to be a concern for patients with gout.[1]
The possibility that significant consumption of products containing high fructose corn syrup with detectable levels of mercury could result in neurotoxicity was raised by studies in 2009.[13][14][15] In 2011 the Corn Refiners Association announced that “no mercury or mercury-based technology is used in the production of high fructose corn syrup in North America.”[16] By the end of 2012, most chlor-alkali plants in the United States had phased out older "mercury cell" technology linked to mercury contamination of HFCS, except for two chlor-alkali plants - one in Ohio and one in West Virginia, run by ASHTA Chemicals and PPG Industries, respectively.[17][18][19] Mercury cell technology is still widely used outside of the United States and there are no restrictions on importing mercury-grade caustic soda for use in HFCS production.[15][20]
HFCS consumption can be problematic in those with fructose malabsorption.[21]

WOW. That was a great read.

I for one am very excited about a 22% increase.
I still don't understand why people that feel this way,
"Do you know how many share in that 22% gain? Very few. Most just wallow in it for a while and then lose and quietly go away. I'll take the $100 stock, which is a real company, versus some pink sheet hyped garbage. "
spend so much time and DD on a penny stock that they are not invested in or plan to invest in. (and there seems to be a lot of people like this around here)
Why not spend all that time on that $100 stock that they like and be a positive person/comments instead of being so negative on a penny stock.
Being negative all the time does not help ones person or personality. People don't like to be around other people that are negative all the time.
Go BBDA.
I love this stock.
It's great just watching the likes on FaceBook go up. Looks like 10k soon. I was guessing we might get some news next week since it is the first full week of the new year. JMHO
Only 2 more days of selling before Obama tax increase. Then we should get back to news releases and increased buying. IMO
I think FB will hit 30.00 this week due to it joining Nasdaq-100 Index Wednesday. ETF's and Mutual funds that track the index will have to be buying in.
It appears that UBSS has a never ending supply of shares. It has been on both bid and ask for days. What gives?
No, I have been buying KU at this store for about a month. Some one else posted a while back that KU was at Flash Foods. So I checked it out and sure enough here it was. I have been watching the rack to see if anyone was buying. It appears to me that about 10 - 12 cans move about every 3-4 days. That seems good to me because there is no advertizing what so ever in the store or locally. We need advertizing!!
Buy the way I have been a shareholder for a while.
Flash Foods:
I don't know if KU is in all of Flash Food stores but, it is in the Newnan Ga. store. I didn't even know that Flash Foods had 170 stores.
http://www.flashfoods.com/aboutus.aspx
Today Flash Foods operates over 170 convenience stores in Georgia and Florida. Internally or through other subsidiaries of The Jones Company, Flash Foods distributes its own grocery products and motor fuels with its own transports to its retail locations. It designs and builds its own stores and manages its real estate. Nearly all property and equipment maintenance is handled in house.
You forgot Flash Foods in Ga.
I just bought 2 cans of KOMA at Flash Foods in Newnan, Ga., Bought some stock today too.
ACT receives new patent for generating hemangioblast cells
Sep 21, 2011 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Advanced Cell Technology, Inc., or
ACT, a regenerative medicine company, has received new patent for the company's
proprietary method for generating and expanding hemangioblast cells from human
embryonic stem cells, or hESCs.
ACT holds an exclusive license to commercialize the patented technology in North
America through an agreement with Stem Cell & Regenerative Medicine
International (SCRMI), a joint venture between ACT and CHA Bio & Diostech Co,
Ltd (CHA Biotech), a South Korean biotechnology company. Hemangioblasts are
precursor cells that can generate a broad spectrum of important blood, immune,
and vascular cell types, including red blood cells, platelets, blood vessels,
and mesenchymal stem cells, which have powerful immune-modulatory effects and
can make bone and cartilage among other replacement tissues.
The hemangioblast cells covered by the new patent are highly expandable and have
been shown to consistently and reproducibly give rise to a multitude of cells of
the hematopoietic (blood) and endothelial (vascular) lineages. A recent
scientific publication shows that hESC-derived hemangioblasts can differentiate
into functional megakaryocytes and platelets on a large scale. The
hESC-platelets displayed features that were indistinguishable from those of
normal blood platelets, and participated in both clot formation and retraction
in vitro.
"This is the first US patent on the commercial production of hemangioblast
cells, and puts another important piece in place for protecting our
hemangioblast program and establishing a firm intellectual property position
around the therapeutic products we are developing," stated Gary Rabin, ACT's
chairman and CEO. "We are steadily moving toward the clinic with several cell
therapy products that are manufactured from hemangioblasts. Having robust patent
protection around our manufacturing process is an integral part of the equation
for securing investment in these programs."
