I like this company and Ross, the CEO. Been in and out a couple of times and have followed for a while. I think Ross is doing everything he can to keep the stock price above water but I don't see any near term catalysts to propel the stock higher. All the good news is in, the permits seem like a lock, and not really waiting on anything but the construction of the plant. So this SP may sink some more unless Ross puts out another PR as he does whenever the stock gets weak to shore it up. I'd like to pick up a bunch more in the nickel range before this inevitably skyrockets much higher as multiple plants are built.

Good conference call today. CEO sounded like he wanted to say a whole lot more than he safely could. Damn covid - I think we could've avoided a R/S had covid not happened, or at least we'd be in the $20s now with the R/S. The opportunity just seems huge worldwide. Been in this stock 5+ looonnng years and everything that could bite them in the ass, did. Tired of waiting!

Just listened to this for the first time and got pretty excited. Ron looks to be a stand-up guy and that new board member he talked about toward the end sounds like he is worth millions to us. Time to buy more. It's a little scary when you don't hear much from the company but Ron explained that to my satisfaction as well.

Well maybe that is where our voices should be heard. Direct a shareholder letter, email, text, twitter, etc. campaign toward FINRA. Make sure they see and understand all the good reasons [that have been pointed out here and on twitter] why this RS is so ridiculous, unfair, and borderline criminal. Force FINRA to decide in our favor, if that is even a possibility.

Yeah, I'm in xg*n too and was way profitable until that announcement. Now, way under water. What's wrong with these CEOs (I use the term loosely) and their poor timing for announcements. It's like they want to kill the momentum on purpose. Greed and selfishness - huge!!

You are right. This is nothing more than unmitigated greed! No other good reason for a R/S in this case. He can dress it up any way he wants but he shoved the knife in and twisted it in the backs of hundreds of shareholders that have propped up this stock for months.

Has Sam Goh, SamTrade, or anything Sam been mentioned officially? If so I missed it. All I have seen is a poster suggesting it, with no real backup for the suggestion, and everyone jumps on it like it is a done deal! Pull in the reins people or you may get a second dose of disappointment like the first from the Zoomout failure.

I am long and loaded to the gills and don't need more shares. I am attempting to look at this with clear eyes vs clouded, biased eyes that only see what they want to see. People are already combining points 2 and 3 wrongly, IMO. They are two separate statements. Point 5 sounds like back peddling as well. Trying to increase the separation between the two companies for now. Good or bad?? Time will tell. All IMHO. I hope I am wrong!!

To me it sounds like Ameca is getting cold feet about jumping whole hog into bed with STHC. Maybe throwing us a bone by merging one or two of their 'units' into STHC and keeping the 'good stuff' for themselves.

Yeah, I need the price to triple from here just to break even, and I don't get into investments to break even! Huge disappointment the CEO had to resort to a split to get the price up. It's a cop out for his incompetence and inability in running a business. Add on another couple years to realize a profit...if I'm lucky.
