Agree Steve
If they can't openly convey, discuss, provide information, like other companies do, then they SHOULD be vigilant and on time to release whatever they are allowed to.
Biel is worth much much much more than copper.
The longs know that and so does the transient investor.
Biel/OEM should be trying to get into every area where people need pain relief besides the hospital-clinic.
Hope their BD team is aware and actively pursuing new avenues.
Heading in the right direction, finally.

"North America held the largest share of the foot orthotic insoles market. The presence of large population with diabetes, arthritis, and other painful foot conditions; rise in health and wellness awareness; high adoption of custom foot orthotic insoles, and surge in demand for preventive health care in these regions."
"Lifestyle changes coupled with changing dietary habits lead to obesity, which puts pressure on the joints in lower extremity resulting in joint damage. As per the American Association of Orthopedic Surgeons, the obese population is 20 times more likely to undergo knee replacement surgery compared to those who are not overweight."
"Elevated plantar pressures are recognized as one of the risk factors for first ulceration and international guidelines suggest the use of orthotic insoles to reduce pressures. Increasing prevalence of diabetes is expected to boost the adoption of foot orthotic insoles market in the coming years. "

Future? When did the future start? 5, 4, 3, 2yrs ago or last year?
If you want to know where someone is heading take a look at their past.
There are a gazillion companies out there with nothing compared to Biel BUT the CEOs of those companies are NOT as greedy and selfish as KW. They COMMUNICATE with their shareholders on a regular basis when things are going well AND when they are not.
KW is not putting any effort into bringing in new investors.
She should have stepped down by now.
Chip on the shoulder? You betcha.
KW and PW could have gone the route of buy back to improve share structure (something leaders would have done who CARED about their shareholders).
Pitiful
It's called psychotherapy, for them, NOT for us shareholders. If it makes her feel better, knowing the state of her company at present, good for her.
The product is GREAT, not the CEO/management.
CEO/management is the problem....
Agree she and her company are SELFISH.
Pathetic management
Pathetic stock price
Smell of desperado is in the air
The market recovered by 15% since yesterday EXCEPT this company.
I am a long and I woke up about a year ago finally see the writing on the wall.
The product is GREAT.
The strategies, timings, and sloppiness of the company is horrible.
When you lead a company you are responsible for the good times and the bad times. You call the shots. As brilliant as the other members might be, at the end of the day the CEO is to blame for any failures.
The problem is the CEO.
@KW, CEO/accountant of BIEL
Does the SP not worry you? you've hit a new low of 0.0007. Congrats!!
CVS WAS the answer to all of their 'problems.' The number of stores, the number they carried and sold.
CVS is a HUGE issue here.
THE US was supposed to be THE country to infiltrate and ring in sales.
A notice to your shareholders would be in tune right about now.
JGD, "rolling" is slightly exaggerated.
For BIEL to penetrate the medical community it is going to take a lonnngg time.
who knows if "training" actually occurred.
never heard/read a follow-up to that.
https://stockdaymedia.com/featured-interview-vp-of-sales-keith-nalepka-of-bioelectronics-corp-otcpink-biel-3/
the above was 4 years ago...
KW and her team were naive.
They actually thought that FDA clearances will magically alter the choices physicians make, LOL.
Now I understand why the 200 "trained" reps by KN were not successful. Good idea, premature though, but physicians need convincing from the medical/scientific community. BIEL should have attended more conferences seminars (a sole Sree was not enough). That is why in the pharma/med device space they hire MSLs (medical science liaisons) and medical advisors. These people are either physicians themselves and/or scientists (MSc. PhD). They can talk the same jargon as physicians and UNDERSTAND the science. Efforts should have been directed towards hiring and training these people.
It's a given that more trials are needed to address the questions that the medical community requires. When data is ambiguous, not solid, borderline not significant, and a slew of other reasons why data is not 'convincing', questions will arise and hence the comment made to her thread. The FDA approvals were based on trials, yes, BUT many different types of trials are needed in order for the good 'ol doc to switch the way they practice which originates from med school training. That is just 1 comment made on her thread. Imagine what the entire community of orthopedics or other specialists think?! If KW had the correct people hired to attend the appropriate conferences (besides Sree), they would have had the exposure AND the right questions asked by the medical community. Then they could have decided to go after more trials much earlier on.
BIEL is a WIP. They know it.
It's desperate.
Call it what it is
So many professional ways to GET funding.
But then again ...an accountant doesn't know HOW to get funding.
Scientists KNOW how to get funding.
Business people KNOW how to get funding
@KW, CEO, 0.0009 ???
Shameful, after more than a year it's still in the swamp.
Spreading oneself too thin is amateurish.
Using the multi-pronged approach is amateurish.
How about a buy back? Of course not. Hoarding!!
Management change.
Accountants don't run companies. The problem lies here.
@KW: 0.001 ?? still ?? after 1 year??
wow, unbelievable
who cares how many distributors there are
limiting factors are:
1. CONVINCING/EDUCATING the prescriber.
2. MARKET/ADVERTISE for the consumer so it's in their brain when they wake up and say: "I need an ActiPatch!". That's what VISUAL aides can do, not rocket science here.
@KN and @KW: What happened to the 200+ sales people armored to knock on the doors of the prescribers??
Looks like the message DID NOT get across to them otherwise sales would have been through the roof.
How about hiring some MSLs? (Medical Science Liaisons, PhD/MD/Pharm). These people are the NORM in pharma and should have been the battalion to convince the prescriber.
Sales and MSLs SHOULD be working hand-in-hand as they do in pharma.
"revenue for March is c.$125k]. Up 25% on Feb (lots of re-orders). Even without adding in national retailers, this trajectory for the brand is over $5m in topline revenue for 2022. National retailers being worked on tirelessly though..."
Great news!
Keep up the good work!
Totally agree

Yup, BIEL needs to get their act together and stop marinating with our shares!
I am sure many companies have approached them for buyout.
Problem, I feel, is BIEL is picky....maybe even greedy as I have stated many times.
I'm not a pumper ("stash your shares in your mattresses" " 0.05 is VERY do-able", etc....) nor a dumper.
Can't turn a blind eye to the GROUND REALITY.
@KellyWhelan: reach out to Medtronic if you haven't already to 'talk'.
@KellyWhelan: explain why the PPS of your company sits at 0.0010
Abbott versus Biel
Can't compare apples and oranges.
Abbott has a name stamped in history.
The name speaks for itself.
What Biel is dying for is to be bought out by an Abbott, Medtronic, GE, J&J, 3M, Cardinal Health, Stryker, Siemens, Baxter, Boston Scientific, Zimmer Biomet,Alcon, Smith & Nephew, Danaher, Variant Medical, Biomerieux, and the list goes on.
The fact Bioelectronics Corp is always mentioned amongst the big wigs is telling.
I'm sure they are in talks with a few.
It's all about the PPS they want to buy it at and/or the demands they have prior to being bought out such as more clinical trials to be conducted.
Time will tell.
Is Biel being picky? I hope it's the other way around and it's the big wig(s) who are picky and demanding.
News from the CEO/accountant to shareholders is really needed.
(So many other companies have nothing compared to Biel BUT they are consistent and transparent with shareholders).
more like > 1 yr it will hit 0.01

The famous 555.55 carat black diamond was in Dubai last week, then in Beverly Hills and back to London for auction on Feb 3.
Is Henry flying through London again??
Turkish group, Alpago, in Dubai:

Istanbul, Turkey is a major hub for transferring to another flight. In this case possibly to Dubai.
Possible he actually has business in Turkey.
Istanbul being the largest airport in the world, hopefully he checked out their diamond shops at the airport :)
Hopefully it is a foundation or an organization which will provide the capital.
In the mean time, keep on buying on the lows/dips.
yes, most likely.
Then it would be a collaboration in the making.
