That is the question.
LOL, just means apart from everything else, still a bumpy ride to go. Remember many shares still owed as well from BLPG.
Good question, my thoughts are we need to look at the tax base, if done properly - without the money laundering aspect as a worry, then all 15 U.S. Departments, and the 151+ U.S. agencies would be offset by policy and in many respects a piece of this puzzle. Think about it, when was the last time so many agencies had a like type position? FDA- food, DoA- crop, All (every) law enforcement agency from common police through secret service (yes a money laundering agency, not just body guards-lol), DoD for vets, DoE, due to by product/fuel, clothing, medical....the list is huge, I read an article that showed 35 or 36 directly affected agencies, with something like 100+ with major minor touchpoints. One ring to bind them all-lol
Putting a policy together to justify all the different players is hard, and is not as simple as many are thinking it is. Remember gov agencies are VERY protective of their playing fields. Very.
Lets see if I'm right, news should start coming out very soon, and more often now, but will ultimately hinge on the DEA and BLPG compliance. DEA must buy off on path ahead, which will feed into an ultimate direction for BLPG, are my thoughts. Are they positioned correctly? Will they sell to a bigger more established party?
The BLPG footprint isn't very big yet, and many, many have a stake in this little outfit....my thoughts are it must continue to grow, before those that have a stake will let go of such, for the price they have in mind - my two cents.
all things we went over this last couple years, now coming to fruition, or soon will be.
Yep, but remember MJ will never be an over the counter drug....DEA and banking dictates that (period dot dot). Compliance is key, and thus why I have stated many times that does NOT matter if rescheduled. I believe Galvan's adventure down this SEC path was a misstep, but has no direct impact - he will have to pay back, but he has a sizable interest that the end state happens.
All connected. If news comes out as suspected, then this will be over a dollar by weeks end...tomorrow will tell. Someone knows something, or this buying wouldn't be happening....same thing happened last time- nearly identical.
LOL - people buying up through .25 now. I suspect news coming out soon.
This site says we should be at fair value.68.
https://simplywall.st/stocks/us/commercial-services/otc-blpg/blue-line-protection-group/valuation
ya, I figured couple weeks, but news must be leaking.
Actually, could be - take a look at CERE, before Lad-o Lakes took them private. May change your mind- lol
Looks like it may be beginning, thought this would take a couple weeks, hopefully all got their tickets.
If private company we and many others will be bought out - and currently, that looks like a sizable amount - just like CERE. If not, will be huge. Lot of work went into this one...now wait and see.
We always new Hypur was not the end state - read my past posts. We new BLPG, to Hypur to Other. Other as a private company. Look at the new articles(last year). BLPG I think is going to house an organization of companies that align with MJ. That is what I see. If I am right, then this is going to be a real interesting entanglement.
Buckle up - and now - finally - OTHER!
I think this is going to become a nice little gold mine - many key personnel have an invested interest.
Was mimicking what you stated. Saying it has potential to be even better than that.
To answer your question: Compliance news, and how it correlates to BLPG.
Forgive me for butting in - "I beg to differ", with key news it will be trading much higher period.
GO BLPG, GO HYPUR, GO OTHER......
Nope, DEA specifically stated will not happen. Must be compliance in some form - those rules are currently being written.
Nice - SAFER Banking Act has passed the Committee with a bipartisan majority. Keep in mind, once this hits floor and is passed, aligns BLPG in a great way. Keep in mind what Sen. Steve Daines (R-MT), the lead GOP sponsor of the SAFER Banking Act, emphasized that he does not view the legislation as a step toward legalization, which he opposes. But “the current all cash model of legal cannabis businesses makes him targets for theft, for tax evasion and for organized crime. Thus aligning BLPG government aspects beautifully!
GO BLPG, Go Hypur...GO OTHER!!!
Forgive the misunderstanding, I said go to the BLPG site and see governance....align that to articles that show who and how capability (ownership) moving forward will be defined (potential companies coming into BLPG will be defined?). BLUF, I see defining rules up front. Take the current regulatory guidance, how it can ACTAULLY change in a way that does NOT defeat the DEA (Money laundering/other), the processes that the FDA will eventually have to put in place and you see that BLPG is 1/3rd of a necessary leg. Look at current partnerships across Hypur (et all) and the shares (infrastructure) that are already owned, or in the process of being owned (moved and built) and you can start to make out the other 2/3rds of this fantastical play to success? What I see is startling and really beyond belief and BLPG is a key piece, just as Galvin stated back more than a year ago-lol. Am I right?
Also be aware of the patent processes.....If you have something everyone else wants, you say NOTHING, until it has been legally defined and protected. This can be done through patents and must (should) have a provisional first (Hint).....
Like I said, I believe everything comes down to HOW the DEA aligns itself, to protect against a number of areas, and knowing the way the regulations must be laid out to do that gives YOU the necessary (most realistic) way this all plays out. How the FDA (Like vaping products), must align itself within those new rules.
Anyway a bit more depth for you.
Again, lets hope I'm right, if I am - wow, if not......buy your own cry pillow-lol.
GO BLPG, Go Hypur............GO OTHER (This one may be exciting).
Completely understood,
But - "Hypur ventures personnel (and Hypur personnel)" are all linked across a number of platforms....they are designing an end state that seems fantastical. With the new BLPG articles, the governance section of BLPG and how it and its news is being controlled (complete silence due to regulatory moves (FDA/DEA/OTHER))(so much more), you have to wonder?
Like I said, what possible reason could you see not to buy at this level, do you think they will sell the company into the private sector (worst case scenario?), in which the payout would/could ever be less than .20 cents?
If that is the case, please help me to understand why? I mean help us all out, as if that is the case, then all of us are on the cusp of loss?
Mark my words, exciting times are coming - hopefully that doesn't end up with me crying into my pillow at night-LOL.
Hypur = Hypur ventures personnel - lol.
Sure,
Let me ask you a couple questions - this way you set the pieces as you see them.
1. No more unrelated debt - what does that mean in the bigger picture?
2. Its pretty clear who owns controlling shares, and or potential controlling shares forward. Why? (restricted versus unrestricted)
3. Outstanding share balance is very low currently, but new articles show the possibility of increased shares authorized with the capability of combining other companies into same platform, and who would then control them - see #2.
4. Positive revenue.
5. Rescheduling may assist a number of companies, but NOT in the way many think - look at vaping as an example....FDA validated capabilities (how they are verified etc.
6. Rescheduling may assist a number of companies (less taxes etc. and some banking capabilities), but does NOT at all cover DEA situation and money laundering - Did you see BLPG new web page, and the government services they are enacting under compliance - see #5 and #6.
7. Why are they keeping so silent? If they could make a few bucks pumping the stock, don't you think they would unless a very good reason (bigger payout later). I mean the cost of filing a form 8K........they must really be right in the middle of something to be so quite?
So many more things, but the above are just the basics.
Look at related debt - what is the total amount owed for them to be debt free, look what it aligns with, and who they just brought on - read #3 above again.
Even the worst case scenario, can you really see a buy-out for less than 10 cents a share - LOL.
Anyway just a couple of thoughts.
Go BLPG, Go Hypur...........GO OTHER.
Ha ha....looking at Hypur ventures team. Not looking at Hypur product itself, other than the two key people that are positioned within the utility of it.
I would suggest picking up these low cost shares, I suspect many may look back at this point and kick themselves.
Ha Ha - Keep in mind the old saying "Don't shoot the messenger". Both of those gents are just that (pawns being moved around). I suggest keeping focus on the bigger picture of Hypur (and their investors/key personnel) in general. The men behind the cards, and why they have not revealed what they have yet is do to rhyme and reason.
I know many are down trodden currently, but soon enough the cards will be dropped.
Go BLPG, Go Hypur......GO OTHER.
Yep, in many of my posts I have outlined the DEA, and money laundering as such........I suspect the end state of HOW the policy defines the way ahead must be kept secret, esp. based on how policy flow MUST already be in place, even as rolled out (when news is put out). If one lays out possible scenarios of how this could work, then one must come to a couple conclusions, one being VERY aligned with BLPG current avenue, and shows pretty clearly why so many have kept their mouths shut, with no PR's etc...
Also why I keep saying .....GO OTHER.
I suspect many don't know what they are holding - time will tell-Lol.
And the light comes on - thanks so much for quick training, now I have a number of points I can start digging into. Seems you never stop learning-lol.
Thanks, because this can be so fluid (just did my research-lol), how are you seeing "Market Maker signals"....do you have to be level two?
I appreciate you and this teaching moment.
900 has to be put in place daily correct?? If so please enlighten the rest of us when you see it post.
come on MJNA! now at .0063
Ha-Ha, stay focused Gentlemen.
You all know all the EXACT details of this company, and regardless that it feels good to vent your frustrations, rhyme and reason for everything.
If I am wrong please show me the negatives (NOT the negatives that have been corrected, we all know them).
Smile and stay focused (regardless you have no choice-lol).
Per the above the conditions for a storm are coming, we are just horrible weather trackers - lol.
Go BLPG, Go Hypur......GO OTHER.
Yes I said Hypur.
Hint research CERE (IPO) penny stock, before they were bought up by Land o lakes INC. Seems a LOT of similarities? X40+...I bought at .008 and sold each share at .40.
Go BLPG GO Hypur.......GO OTHER!!
? Ha Ha, so much has happened. Looks like New Mexico wasn't the last place to expand to either, hearing about two more states that should come on line this year ???
I figured there was something to the way the new articles came out, and the fact they kept so much close to their shirts.
Fits now with the share restructure and getting rid of all unrelated debt etc...
Now I think I begin to understand the whole restricted 100M shares/why authorized was not raised.
Pretty exciting, wish we were already there though......by the time this ship comes in, inflation and over printing will have taken it all away-lol
Anyway, Happy 4th!!
Company just needs to be seen.
Stay Focused.
Last hint - Use the CEO name "Ryan Hamlin" when your looking up the cash transportation aspect.......helps narrow it all down to Hypur aspect, how they MAY all remain as they are (keep name) or merge into one software compliance.....ask some questions about what type of cash transport they are planning to run:). Lot of this stuff is difficult to understand, but from what I can gleam from it is WHY there has been so much Radio silence!! Anyway some stuff to get excited about - do your home work.
as one point of reference, wasn't Hypur sold to "POSaBIT"? didn't BLPG just expand into New Mexico? https://www.posabit.com/news/2022/02/21/opening-a-dispensary-in-new-mexico-heres-what-you-need-to-know.
On the bright side, unlike other states that put a cap on the number of cannabis businesses allowed to operate in the state, New Mexico has no cap, which is great for aspiring dispensary.
Wont take all the fun out of researching it all for you but Look up cash transportation in New Mexico and see the links between 3 big boys...........GO BLPG, GO HYPUR and GO..............................OTHER!!
Focus Gents - Look at the very basics - Radio silences, redone share structure, reduction of unrelated debt, progression and advancement into new territory and the time and energy to define new outcomes at this level does not end in a negative. I think we should all look at WHO we are now doing business with and HOW they interlock. Go BLPG, Go Hypur (yes Hypur)..................GO OTHER!!
FYI---
No worries. POSaBIT bought the assets of Hypur, but we did not buy the Hypur entity.
The Hypur entity still exists and holds their investments, so I’d suggest reaching out to them directly with questions about investments made by that entity.
Best,

2. what happens to the related debt owed to Hypur.....
