Last hint - Use the CEO name "Ryan Hamlin" when your looking up the cash transportation aspect.......helps narrow it all down to Hypur aspect, how they MAY all remain as they are (keep name) or merge into one software compliance.....ask some questions about what type of cash transport they are planning to run:). Lot of this stuff is difficult to understand, but from what I can gleam from it is WHY there has been so much Radio silence!! Anyway some stuff to get excited about - do your home work.
