“he would need to restate his 13d if he is buying up that amount of shares...”
His 13d already shows he has that many shares. The warrants would just change to actual shares.
Got a new theory for you. Involves our Australian friend George Gill who was credited with 60,634,347 shares in the latest S1-a.
“.no need for any further analysis...”
And a complete and thorough analysis follows. smh
“I get skepticism but try to balance it with reason, common sense and logic”
Ever thought that maybe, just maybe, it’s the optimists lacking balance?
“Kim…a guy who does not like to reveal much of anything…”
That’s how sheisters work. Pretty hard to reveal something that isn’t happening.
Nancy must be in charge of the AF funding?
“So when GT said KBLB’s current production efforts in Vietnam are designed to generate profits/revenue”
Funniest thing I’ve heard. 5+ years in Vietnam, half of that with a $40 million contract to produce and not one dime to be seen so far. Maybe a different design is needed.
“in a building using automatic reeling machines?...that would be my guess...
what?..too high tech to figure out?....”
Well ain’t you a genius. We never would have figured that out without you.
“To think those processes are similar is preposterously silly”
Plenty of videos out there on commercial silk production. Try watching a few.
I wasn’t referring to trucking and storage. Try reeling and whatever other processing may be required. Where/how you expecting that to happen?
“Processes have been in place to keep most of the silkworms alive long enough to cocoon.”
Yeah and you pretty much described it with how the reactors are cleaned and taken care of between batches. Tomato-tomahto
“Their facilities would be highly sensitive to contaminations.”
So are silkworm operations. Doesn’t take much to get a silkworm sick.
“its just for raising worms”
You forgetting something or are you just planning on the AF taking pickup loads of cocoons and doing something with them? It’s going to take a lot more infrastructure than what you’re thinking of to make anything worthwhile.
The AF isn’t going to pay for all that infrastructure. KBLB shareholders will through more dilution.
“EVERYTHING must be domestic...”
Well I guess that leaves KBLB out then. Not such a SLAM DUNK after all. smh
Common sense to the rescue.
Thank you.
“Why ask a message board poster?”
KT won’t pick up the phone.
“What SPECIFICALLY about the technology? Be nice to get specifics vs broad, general, unsupported opinions.”
Then why are you asking a message board poster? Oh, that’s right, that’s all you get from KBLB and KT also. Don’t know why you expect something from one side and not the other also.
When’s the 10q coming out?
“You however missed the few nice things that the company “plans”, “anticipates” and “expects” to do…….you know, the things that never come to fruition?”
I thought all those were a given being a ‘development stage’ company and all, you know. ;)
“Well, we are over due for anything from the company.”
I predict a 10q with:
-raises for Kim and Jon
-nice bonuses for Kim and Jon
- no revenue
- disappointing inventory numbers( no GSS production)
-SpydaSilk break up
- RS on the horizon w/more dilution
- more ramping up of the ramping up of hybrid production
- PR is the cause of some expense increase
- some mention of filling out AF paperwork in the Recent Developments section
Did I miss anything?
Try page 10 of the 10q.
Their data is 2 years old on this link. Not sure what you want us to look at.
I couldn’t have said it any better. Have a nice day.
“if anyone cant stand the heat, get the hell out of the kitchen...its really that simple...”
Or you could simply turn the vent fan on (while bitching about the idiot that shut it off), still get the cooking done, and not starve to death. I guess it’s not really that simple, is it?
“especially the "4 times as many shares to do the financing"...”
.12/.03=4 Does that help?
Don’t know how you think domestic production is going to happen without a ton more dilution. The AF ain’t going to pay for it all. $5 million ain’t going to pay for it, especially after KT takes his bonus out of that.
Oh, by the way, the stock price only went about to $.10 after the army deal was announced. That came along with a bunch of other announcements which should have indicated a lot of progress was being made. That was several hundred million shares ago and before all the major blunders. So unless the AF is doling out a lot more cash than that and paying for all the infrastructure I don’t see the price going much higher than $.10 any time soon. Probably get diluted to oblivion after that.
“The issue is not with the properties of DS.”
I’ll try one more time. What good are those properties if those properties aren’t good for any useful purpose? That would be a big problem. Right now we have no idea what DS is useful for, unless you know something I don’t.
Good luck on that retirement goal.
“doesn’t tell us anything about the supposed “problems” with Dragon Silk?”
It evidently doesn’t play well with others. Don’t know how I can make it any clearer for you. Perhaps a spider silk with different properties can. If you’re in the market for a ball of Dragon silk yarn that is useless for making fashion textiles then I guess there is absolutely nothing wrong with the fiber. I’m sure Dragon silk has many wonderful qualities. Question is, when will we ever know what they really are?
“The share price was at 3 cents for a very long time…I’m quite sure many averaged down..”
Why would someone holding shares at $.12 buy more at $.03 when it’s likely more dilution is going to be needed to keep the company afloat and now it’s going to take at least 4 times as many shares to do the financing? You only average down if you think things are improving and the price isn’t showing it yet. So far I don’t see any signs of improving.
“I know there have been challenges with creating the preferred blends with other materials”
If your objective is to make clothing with a preferred blend that includes Dragon silk then I would say that is a problem. Is it really that hard to figure out?
“For years?”
Look at all the friends I’m making. I wouldn’t miss it for the world. I’ve been retired for over a year now. What else do I have to spend my time on? I watched some paint dry the other day.
“So hire a textile expert, instead of genticist to change Dragon Silk?”
No, you hire a textile expert to work around the problems with the fiber/Dragon silk. If that don’t work then it’s back to square one with your geneticist buddy. It’s really not hard to figure that out if one is capable of looking at the big picture. Thanks for the explanation though. I’m sure there are some here that wouldn’t figure that out on their own.
“Selectivity has its privileges.”
Also a good way to cover up a scam.
So I take it that the $40 million contract is now a negative? Should have been the first thing on your list but some how you just miss it? Or maybe just let it slide by and hope nobody notices. smh
I deleted that post a couple days ago after he seemed like he didn’t want to talk about it. I guess I got my answer though.
