First of all, I don't consider you part of the RR crowd even though you have been riding their coattails lately. More of a switch hitter, if anything.

I just used the expenses for the quarter since there isn't any income and there weren't any other warrant giveaways going on to skew that number. It also doesn't account for KT deferring his pay which would add another $150k to your number. Plus, I said 'about', I didn't bother to go and see what the actual number was because it could vary a lot, especially if they would actually do any ramping, doubling, or scaling like they keep claiming to do.
