Eduard, it seems that blackdracos does not know that each European has a national identity document that identifies him, but not all Europeans have a driver license or renewed passport. I can send the DNI or national document (by which all citizens are identified by the police in my country). But I don't have a driver's license. What I do? The documentation must be your July and September Account Statements showing your holdings for that month
I have my PRPM shares for years until today, without movements. I can provide pdf showing that the bank charged me for custody and maintenance of PRPM during the July quarter through September, and I have screenshots of my account in October. I can make current capture. But I can not find an extract of my shares for July 28 exactly, because that day passed and I did not capture. I can talk to my bank and pay for a certificate of my shares in July and September. But I think Joe only asks for a screenshot from July 28th and September 30th. Does anyone know if a certificate authenticated by the bank can be worth it? But in what format? Well, blackdracos.io does not support the pdf format.

Could it mean that many shareholders run out of tokens for not taking a screenshot of their accounts on July 28 or September 30, even though they have their shares unchanged for years until today?
