Can you provide proof that RSHN and AP*U are no longer working together?
Can you share a link to the radio interview with Tony?
Just because AP*U has an investment in IS*G doesn't mean a CBD partnership is in place.
I didn't see any PRs on the CBD partnership, nor the radio interview, nor proof of no longer working with RSHN when I went to check it out, so the DD over there must not be good, or I didn't look close enough.
Thanks
You are right the CBD field is already buzzing with competitors. However, New Earth Development Corporation, acquired primarily by XYZ, is going to be the entity getting a hold of the 500,000 acres and using it for its large scale carbon farming.
RSHN will be simply sharing some of the profit/revenue. RSHN is not going to oversee or control the 500.000 acres. RSHN will be primarily be using WSRA and acquired grow ops for its CBD hemp sources. You think the 500k acres is so silly, it’s not going to make or break RSHNs primary operations other than missing out on revenue sharing if it doesn’t come to fruition.
Yes. Apple Rush has a PR out today with a mention.
“Be sure to look out for artists' comments on Facebook and other social media outlets talking about the new APRU CBD products." We will be posting dates and times of events where we are promoting so the public can come out and sample or purchase the drinks.”
https://www.marketwatch.com/press-release/apple-rush-company-inc-announces-promotions-and-marketing-agreement-with-aag-live-to-enhance-brand-awareness-initiatives-2019-05-10?mod=mw_quote_news
Considering this update from a January, there is a high possibility it could RSHN JV.
-- RushNet reports that the testing of the CBD enhanced blueberry drink of Apple Rush was successful beyond expectations. A full spectrum supercharged beverage has been created. We are pursuing distribution outlets regarding this exciting product.

I agree with all that.
My point was in response to your post:
"Why even bring up the drinks or the CBD oil? To a company that is supposed to be a "Large Scaled Carbon Farming and the Production of Nano Superconductors and Active Carbon High Performance Materials" company soon to get 500,000 acres, $3.00 CBD oil drinks would be meaningless. They'd be a joke to a massive hemp nano superconductor producing company."
RSHN is involved with New Earth for a profit participation. I said I agree, the drinks are meaningless to New Earth because they are separate companies. Just because RSHN is partnered with a massive hemp company, doesn't mean the drinks are meaningless any more. Drinks will be another revenue source for RSHN, and are still obviously coming. This is the RSHN board so drinks are free reign and going to be part of its success regardless of whether XYZ is able to get New Earth off the ground.
Your must not have an accurate understanding of how the companies within the operation are being assembled.
RSHN will have the drinks. This is the rshn board, right?
Sister company is in the large scale farming. (With rsHn getting some profit sharing)
You’re totally right. New Development is not going to be managing or setting the price of RSHN drinks. OOPS
Back in October the entire industry believed CBD would be free of obstacles once signed into law.
Then late December, just before signed, the FDA put out its stance on CBDs introduction to foods and beverages. So up until Late December they were likely prioritizing getting a celebrity on board, but since they want to be a legit company, they pulled back on finding an endorser to focus on the development while they wait for rules to change.
Since after the new year, the only reference to celebrity is the following:
“We have added to our list of possible celebrity endorsements. We will finalize this process to coincide with product launches.” Annual update PR 1/24
This tells me clear as day that a celebrity endorser is no longer to be expected until there is no longer an obstacle to putting out a CBD infused food or beverage.
This change affected all hemp companies, not just RSHN. Don’t be surprised when RSHN has its 14 products ready the day a regulatory framework is announced. That won’t be May 31 either, more like late this year. Long’s know this.
TeamRUSH / RSHN
Hey, I'll give you an OOPS on them not submitting Knockout Punch SOU yet, but the trademarks are all still alive and in proceedings until they are not.
I expected this in reply, and as you can see I have no problem posting something that is not currently favorable to RSHN if it is a fact. I trust that if it will be important to the future of the business they will resolve it.
Again, Dr. Goulding and the entire CBD industry is well aware of the FDA's stance on CBD in drinks. Most of the longs I chat with are perfectly fine with the hold up on producing drinks to avoid any wasted expenses.
A lot of the CBD drinks out on the market are skirting regulations by labeling their drink "Hemp Infused", or "CBD Flavored Water". CBD isn't a flavor. Companies are scared to say CBD on the label, so they tuck it away somewhere else on a website description and not on the bottle. Why go through all the trouble to be first to market? RSHN will produce a far superior product with proven test results that show the increased efficacy, and delivery of the full spectrum CBD that your average CBD water hitting shelves now will not be able to offer.
Good afternoon RSHN
How about an update on all of RSHN's Trademarks.

"As other acquisitions are consummated, they too will be announced. Both RushNet and XYZ are very close on several. Only a very small portion of the acquisition costs have been paid in advance, funded by the principals of RushNet and XYZ; the balance of the payments are deferred; yet the acquisitions have been consummated."

Great insight, Jando.
In addition to that, there is a possibility that the applications sent in to the respective agencies are unsolicited proposals for funding rather than applications for specific grants.
I searched most of the possibilities, and will continue to. For example Noone Law has a DUNS, Rhamnolipidand, Inc. does too, as well as a few other random colorado businesses, and as you say the application could be submitted by an individual.
There are numerous locations at which something could appear. It is literally like finding a needle in the haystack at the moment. Not only that, not a whole lot of time has passed since submissions and now.

This might have been posted already, but Rhmanolipid is in the SAM. They are a "Strategically aligned" with RSHN/XYZ as per the annual update PR.
In their 1-A from June 2018 they note "grant funds have been requested."
Its going to take some time for the respective agencies to review the applications (Rhamnolipid apparently has been waiting a year, but they are in the System for Award Management, which I believe tells us their request is in the system), but we're not going to know in the next week about all these grants. Perhaps RSHN management will update as they can.
Just a true story for everyone. I started an LLC last summer in my home state. I'm into real estate, so I'm hoping to buy rental property and do other property services. I filed a paper with the state. However I don't have a lot of money to pour in. I was unemployed at my full time job for a period of time last year, so it set me back on my plans. So currently, it sits without funding or any operations. Now that is a legit paper operation if I have ever seen one! HAHA But one thing for sure, is its not a scam.
One of the arguments that is posted here repetitively every day is that because its a "paper operation" it must be, appears to be, or is a scam.
Lets spin the argument, like so often the facts are spun. In actuality, all legitimate companies must start with a paper being filed. An illegitimate company would be one who does not file or files but then engages in criminal or unethical business practices.
RSHN and its surrounding partners obviously have real assets as I have presented. Not only that, they have highly qualified people and they are piecing together a plan. A business plan is usually written on a piece of paper before it becomes something.
We might not have revenue yet, but the principals in charge are scraping their own pocket change to get it off the ground. Take for example:
Goulding loaned $35,000 of his own money into GRPS (see grps annual report).
Shareholders loaned RSHN $96,000 (see annual report)
That's $131,000 liquid cash in the last fiscal year towards the plan.
The argument that this operation is scam because it is a paper operation is no longer valid. I rest my case.
Go TeamRUSH
Has anyone ever tried to REALLY dissect the operation that is being assembled with potential figures and estimates? Why are the stickies here so lacking in information?
I have thouroughly researched and put together this list of things going on. It is all based on information provided by the company in PRs or OTC disclosures, and how it is arranged here is all in my opinion with POTENTIAL figures based on what they have provided. I would like to see what some of the other longs here think about this. I also would like to hear some feedback from those who think this could be a scam? I am here to spur new discussion, since we obviously have a lot of time to discuss it. So lets have at it.
If anyone wants the links to any of this, just let me know. I have them on my own full report.

TeamRUSH
Good afternoon TeamRUSH!
Anyone hanging around here worrying what will happen just next week, is only looking for pocket change. TeamRUSH doesn't care about today, tomorrow, or next week. OOPS
Longs here know what is being built by this team of reputable physicians focused on producing CBD that is going to be meaningful to people with specific ailments. Dr. Goulding didn't want to sit around selling Chill Gummies because they are cool. He is developing products that will be tried and tested to work towards specific ailments. Anyone is who is remotely tuned into their investment and the emerging CBD industry knows that trials are only just beginning and these products are going to be far superior than everyone else's White labled products. Goulding has stated that no products will be announced until trademarks are secure and a stance has been provided by the FDA.
From the article on http://blog.xyzhemp.com/cancer-and-cbd/
"But it’s morning in America. CBD research, marijuana research is sprouting and growing. People are becoming more informed, more aware.
Once again, we will never make a claim as this would imply that we are marketing a drug, rather than a supplement or nutrient which has inherently different governmental regulations and rules. We intend to obey these rules, comply with them. But we will take it upon ourselves to support public knowledge with ongoing data.
We will let the public decide."
I will patiently wait for the two separate 1-As that could raise up to $50 million each for RSHN and XYZ within a 1 year period (if they raise the maximum amount.) $50 million more than closes all the pending deals. Grants are only a bonus.
Consistent with its endeavor to uplist and enhance transparency, the FormS 1-A is nearly complete for each XYZ Hemp Inc. and RushNet Inc., for filing with the SEC. “We look forward to a very ROBUST YEAR ahead,” said Frank DeAngelo, CEO RushNet. “With the Regulation A process underway, we can proceed with our acquisitions and funding of our line of beverages.

I am not saying this is a sure connection of Cal City Cultivators to Cal City Cultivation, but I found this testimonial on a website for a cannabis accountant in the Los Angeles area. The testimonial was from a Jason Jones of Cal City Cultivators. That puts Jason Jones in connection with Cal City Cultivators though...whatever business that may be. So maybe Jason Jones of Cal City Concentrates can help us get in touch with Jason Jones of Cal City Cultivators and then we will have a connection. I'm Jonesin that its all the same. Its ok if you still don't want to agree.
https://www.avivaspectrum.com The testimonial is down the site a little bit, scrolling across the screen.
I didn't include Randy on that list. He isn't really a decision maker for rshn or any of its subsidiaries. Essentially he is just a liaison for correspondence (such as all the trademark correspondence) as far as I see it. nor is anything that occurred prior to last summer relevant to anything thing that is going forward.
Sorry homeboyprov, I tried to give you a reasonable answer, but the words I issued in reply to you seemed to vanish without a trace.

RSHN
Good morning RSHN.
Just want to thank everyone for the nice welcome yesterday.
Nice to see RSHN current this AM. I didn't see the annual disclosure in the new format, but we'll take it.
Adding to my post yesterday on the Cal City acquisition, I wanted to share all I have on the other two recent acquisitions. In order to see the big picture and the expanse of what is being set-up here, its helpful to really lay out the facts in one spot. Actually, its really helpful to lay out facts, something many people here can't seem to do. OOPS

The Bella Buds Online website has a ton of information on CBD, but the primary content and concept is highlighted here:
Bella Buds Online, in association with approved healthcare partners, now serves as a holistic wellness company that researches, develops, manufactures and markets proprietary-formula, non-GMO, clinically-tested, organic hemp-derived, medical-grade cannabidiol (CBD) over the counter products for “CHIPS”:
-Chronic Pain
-Insomnia
-Physiological disorders & Mental disorders ( anxiety, depression, insomnia)
-Substance Abuse( prescription opioid epidemic, alcohol, etc)
-Cancer- all types
-Health/General Wellness
-PTSD- post traumatic stress disorder
-CHIPS impacts >90% of US population addressable market is from $222B with broader market value in excess of $1 trillion
-The Opioid epidemic is strangling society; every 19 minutes someone dies from prescription drug abuse. Today, there are.more effective, less toxic treatments which are a top priority of the Federal government, fortunately CBD preparations are at the forefront as alternatives for prescription Opioids and the treatment of addition and now becoming more mainstream and acceptable.
People here may recall from a past filing that RSHN/XYZ's source of hemp is WSRC (from the 15 acre farm), Plum Daisy, and Theramu.
From the most recent PR:
“With this acquisition, Steven Parente affords us access to Theramu’s patented Emu oil,” says Chief Medical Officer, Stu Miller, M.D. “Emu is key to the efficient absorption of CBD and tolerance in delivery. It is a fundamental component of some of our new products.”
“Theramu’s Emu oil is what is going to distinguish ours from other products by a large margin,” Dr. Miller adds."
Theramu is also located in the Bakersfield/Cal City area. It was created by Gary and Vickie Lowe, and has a well-known CEO Joel Greengrass. Bella B will be selling Theramu products with a Bella B label, essentially. Other people and companies also source from Theramu.
I am trying to dig into Theramu a bit more to see who else they might be connected with or where they get their hemp. (We know their Emu oil is proprietary).

RSHN
Good afternoon, RSHN.
This is my first post on IHub, and here with RSHN. Been a reader only of IHub since late 2017, but its now time for me to chime in here when necessary.
I got into RSHN/GRPS July 2018, and been here since, adding when I can. Its been a ride. While there are concerns, the collective DD is strong for a bright future should RSHN and GRPS raise sufficient capital (as they plan to do with their respective 1-A Offerings).
Here is the DD on Cal City Concentrates:
(Sorry the photos are large, I will try to create smaller ones in the future)
Jason Jones - LinkedIn
COO of Rushnet, Inc. and XYZ Hemp, Inc.
With more than 15 years of experience in cannabis manufacturing, cultivation, and business development, Jason not only brings a wealth of knowledge from this industry, but also the nutraceutical field. We are confident that Jason represents a perfect fit for the logistical operations of our growing businesses and future development. (< from PR)
If you look at his experience, you can see he is current Director of Cal City Concentrates and Cal City Cultivators. Also I saw this photo which is an investment solicitation for his concept Cal City Concentrates. Note the potential revenue of $10 million (based on whatever business plan he has, obviously)
Here is the description from the most recent PR:
Cal City Concentrates, a Cultivation and Manufacturing company, has been issued permitting by the city of California City, permit number APN: 216-010-31. Cal City’s business operations are on 2.5 acres, utilities including main power line near the parcel, functioning water, and natural gas are present. These 2.5 acres is suitable for growing of CBD and processing, with a manufacturing facility. Experienced operator, Jason Jones, recently appointed as COO of RushNet and XYZ Hemp, seeks to expand and offer bottling for beverages and the capability to add infused CBD to beverages. This will also facilitate the product and beverage creation endeavors of RushNet and XYZHemp.
Homeboy is correct in there is nothing filed w/ CA SOS or any other online info for a business under the name Cal City Concentrates.... However, there is more information for Cal City Cultivators, which appears to be connected.

Regarding the "Permit Number" APN 216-010-31 from the PR. I found this to be a parcel number of a 2.5 acre property on Mitchell Boulevard, California City. Subject Property APN 216-010-31
http://assessor.co.kern.ca.us/propertydetails.php?srctext=21601031&srctype=apn
Here is the GIS Location of 216-010-31
Here is the Property Card for 216-010-31
Here is the Recorded Deed Owner (Grantee). While the property is 2.5 acres, the owners aren't connected that I can see.
Here is the property card for 7901 Moss Avenue
Regarding California's CEQA, companies need to determine environmental impact. This information was from that site, and appears to reference the 7901 Moss Avenue Property.
https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2018058652
https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2018081062
Here is another CEQA link that MAY reference the 2.5 acre property.
https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2018081017
Negative declarations mean no-impact to environment.
Based on the above information, I would conclude that Cal City Concentrates will be another part of the operation that remains to be funded by the IPO, however it is very much real and in place like much of the other arrangements.
As for the Yield Signs on RSHN and GRPS, yes, they have an updated attorney letter, but they both still need to post an updated disclosure statement in the new format. All companies were to file using the updated format as of March 15th, but clearly all of the OTC wasn't paying attention, and on Friday OTC Yielded many companies.
Good luck to all!
