Good afternoon, RSHN.

This is my first post on IHub, and here with RSHN. Been a reader only of IHub since late 2017, but its now time for me to chime in here when necessary.

I got into RSHN/GRPS July 2018, and been here since, adding when I can. Its been a ride. While there are concerns, the collective DD is strong for a bright future should RSHN and GRPS raise sufficient capital (as they plan to do with their respective 1-A Offerings).

Here is the DD on Cal City Concentrates:
(Sorry the photos are large, I will try to create smaller ones in the future)

Jason Jones - LinkedIn
COO of Rushnet, Inc. and XYZ Hemp, Inc.
With more than 15 years of experience in cannabis manufacturing, cultivation, and business development, Jason not only brings a wealth of knowledge from this industry, but also the nutraceutical field. We are confident that Jason represents a perfect fit for the logistical operations of our growing businesses and future development. (< from PR)

If you look at his experience, you can see he is current Director of Cal City Concentrates and Cal City Cultivators. Also I saw this photo which is an investment solicitation for his concept Cal City Concentrates. Note the potential revenue of $10 million (based on whatever business plan he has, obviously)

Here is the description from the most recent PR:
Cal City Concentrates, a Cultivation and Manufacturing company, has been issued permitting by the city of California City, permit number APN: 216-010-31. Cal City’s business operations are on 2.5 acres, utilities including main power line near the parcel, functioning water, and natural gas are present. These 2.5 acres is suitable for growing of CBD and processing, with a manufacturing facility. Experienced operator, Jason Jones, recently appointed as COO of RushNet and XYZ Hemp, seeks to expand and offer bottling for beverages and the capability to add infused CBD to beverages. This will also facilitate the product and beverage creation endeavors of RushNet and XYZHemp.

Homeboy is correct in there is nothing filed w/ CA SOS or any other online info for a business under the name Cal City Concentrates.... However, there is more information for Cal City Cultivators, which appears to be connected.

California Secretary of State Articles of Incorporation for Cal City Cultivation Group https://businesssearch.sos.ca.gov/Document/RetrievePDF?Id=03960318-21480860
California S-100 Corporate Filing (active January 2018)

Michael Ellison listed as CEO with address 9951 Mendiburu Road, California City, 93505. (This appears to be Ellison's Home)
Principal Business Address of Cal City Cultivation Group: 7901 Moss Avenue, California City, CA
Registered Agent: S. Edward Wicker, 11440 W. Bernardo Court, Suite 300, San Diego, CA 92127 (E Wicker Law)

Regarding the "Permit Number" APN 216-010-31 from the PR. I found this to be a parcel number of a 2.5 acre property on Mitchell Boulevard, California City. Subject Property APN 216-010-31
http://assessor.co.kern.ca.us/propertydetails.php?srctext=21601031&srctype=apn

Here is the GIS Location of 216-010-31

Here is the Property Card for 216-010-31

Here is the Recorded Deed Owner (Grantee). While the property is 2.5 acres, the owners aren't connected that I can see.

Here is the property card for 7901 Moss Avenue

Regarding California's CEQA, companies need to determine environmental impact. This information was from that site, and appears to reference the 7901 Moss Avenue Property.
https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2018058652
https://ceqanet.opr.ca.gov/2018081062

Here is another CEQA link that MAY reference the 2.5 acre property.

Negative declarations mean no-impact to environment.

Based on the above information, I would conclude that Cal City Concentrates will be another part of the operation that remains to be funded by the IPO, however it is very much real and in place like much of the other arrangements.

As for the Yield Signs on RSHN and GRPS, yes, they have an updated attorney letter, but they both still need to post an updated disclosure statement in the new format. All companies were to file using the updated format as of March 15th, but clearly all of the OTC wasn't paying attention, and on Friday OTC Yielded many companies.

Good luck to all!
