Shorting creates panic and hurts a company,shorters want a company to go down so they do not have to cover the shares not saying this is happening but sure feels like it. Ed also called and spoke with me tonight. It is wrong for anyone to call and bother someone at their home. Especially when a wife and children are involved. Ed did share that with me. I will say this.That this man from the time he gets up in the morning until he goes to bed at night is so determined to continue to build success into this company. I know a con when I visit with one. Ed is for real and a very straight up forward business man.He is doing his best to call back his investors and answer any questions they may have. He is not hiding from anyone.In fact he stated how frustrated he is at the current stock price. The financials are complete as the company stated in the Nov-21 PR. They want the golf course to be closed and included for the 4th quarter results. It is hard to have their legal counsel finish up during the holidays. There is no dilution happening on the companies side.I am going to personally do some DD and investigate possible shorting. If this is the case and is happening I will make the proper contacts. I feel good about this company and being invested in it after speaking with ED.

So let us now start to file complaints with the SEC. Thanks alot. You could be hurting other investors. Would if the company this time is doing right for all involved? Like many pink sheet stocks they start to lose their creditability after time wears on. November they stated that the final draft of the audited statements were in hand and would release it to the public after review. Would not take me long to look over and review.If there was a problem I would at least let my investors know.Because of this PR I believe this company has lost creditability, this is a very important news release to follow through on. Not a basher, many shares long.Know the risks and merits of investing in stocks.But I am starting to see a cat chasing its tail.GLTA

PINE BLUFF: IBAC Corporation, a New York-based Hospitality Holding Company, has purchased the historic Rosswood Country Club in Pine Bluff. The country club & golf course was commissioned by International Paper and built and designed by the world renowned golf course designer Alfred H. Tull and opened in 1961, and includes tennis courts, pool, banquet space, restaurant, bar, pro shop with a resident pro. The property encompasses approximately 200 prime acres.

Hot on the heels of the sale announcement, IBAC announced it will form a yet to be named construction & development division.

The wholly owned subsidiary/division will be charged with all building/development activities pertaining to the Rosswood Country Club. The company intends to build depending on zoning ordinances a combination of high end single family homes, condominiums and timeshare/vacation villas on the property.

The company intends to approach this project as a major master planned development with unit prices ranging from $250,000 to $500,000 with additional revenues being generated from timeshare/rental fees along with customary greens fees, banquets, bar and restaurant sales, etc.

Risk versus return.
The one good thing that I see happening is this.This high risk pink sheet stock has received alot of attention. The dollar amount in trades in the last 45 days has been phenominal.So the wait and wondering will be coming to a head very shortly.Why? Because all these investors are getting concerned. Calling all companies involved.Putting pressure on them asking for answers. Even the Clearing house are looking at the high volume and activity as being suspicious which does not mean wrong doing is happening. So think about it, this company is being investigated in a good way.My opinion would be this.There is no fraud this is for real. Otherwise these companies would have been shut down by now. Think about it people.As far as States approving or disapproving mergers They do not.The merger once signed and sent in is done as long as all proper documents have been filed with those States so the States do not send back asking for additional information regarding the merger.One has to make sure that the merger is properly done right. In case any State has a audit to make sure everything is legal and proper. Especially on a publicly traded identity.So some of you are saying fraud others are saying success. Selling into the market to have the weak sell.Accumulate more for yourself.Shorting this stock after a news release like it just had would not be very bright.You cannot straddle a stock like this and come out ahead.Hold your shares. They have never responded to my e-mails.Myself along with my investor friends are not concerned about the companies future success and growth. But do not understand why Tricell is not letting the general public and more importantly it's shareholders know of it's continued growth in investor updates. GLTA
