Invictus MD to Open the Market at TSX Venture Exchange on May 5
VANCOUVER, May 5, 2017 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX) -- INVICTUS MD STRATEGIES CORP. ("Invictus MD" or the "Company") (IMH) IVITF, +6.42% (fra:8IS) Invictus MD is pleased to announce that its management team will visit TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) on May 5, 2017 and will be opening the trading day.
"When we open the trading day, we share this celebration with all those who have contributed to our success - especially our team, the board, advisers and investors," said Dan Kriznic, Executive Chairman of Invictus MD. "From our early beginnings three years ago, with a clear goal and the desire to do something remarkable within this budding marketplace, we raised sufficient capital to make investment commitments for the construction of a number of cannabis production facilities across Canada. We have always taken pride in knowing we're working towards becoming a source of uncompromising quality of medical cannabis and to be ready for the future new recreational market upon legalization. Now, three years later, we're thrilled to be on Bay Street."
"The Company is poised for a tremendous amount of production profile growth and other value-generating milestones in the near future. Cultivation has started at Acreage Pharms, having received their license to cultivate under the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations ("ACMPR")," stated Trevor Dixon, President and CEO of Invictus MD. "Planning the Phase II build out has begun; the 150 acre land package provides the capability to construct facilities to keep pace with the growing medical cannabis market and meet the demand that the coming adult recreational cannabis use will create. AB Laboratories Inc. ("AB Labs"), a Licensed Producer under ACMPR, is on schedule to meet full production capacity by the end of May 2017. AB Ventures Inc. ("AB Ventures"), an incorporated company formed to develop a second licensed expansion facility through its common ownership with AB Labs, closed its 100-acre land acquisition on May 1, 2017 and once licensed under the ACMPR, will be used for future cannabis cultivation.
Considering the magnitude of AB Ventures' land holdings and future production facilities, and assuming AB Ventures obtains a license to produce the quantity forecasted for the proposed facility, we will have the capacity for significant growth to keep pace with the growing medical and future recreational demand."

Newlook message-#25 was on-topic, and should not have been deleted!
So, to preserve record of it:
LOL... It's starting to make sense why your daddy banned me when we started talking about Fanotech... He wasn't trying to shut me up... He was trying to shut YOU up . You really aren't very good at this, are you. Are you sure you want to continue on? I should warn you that this conversation can be used against you in court . If you want to end this, all you have to do is stop responding to me... It's really that simple . But I'm happy to go on as long as you want. I already know that I know nothing, and therefore, I can only gain from this interaction .
So now you're going to resort to telling lies now. Really? I will respond to each of your lies in the order that you told them:
Again, like I said: I asked you why your family backed out of "the Joint Venture, the American Sales rights, Newlooks ownership in shares, etc"... And you made the statement: "Maybe you can understand it this way", and then you started in with your "Premium Sandwich" analogy. And then we followed that with several more exchanges talking specifically about your analogy. And now, suddenly, you're pretending you were talking about something else the whole time??? I'm sorry, but that's a LIE!
You said I am spouting nonsense??? All these things you're unhappy about me saying... Are either questions I have. Or they are things that YOU SAID with me just repeating them back to you!
You were referring to the "touters", when you made the assertion that some of them were paid... I'm sorry but accusations like these require EVIDENCE... Unless you are LYING, can you please provide your source for this, because I don't believe you!
You suggest you don't know who banned me... YOU LIE!!! Immediately after I was banned, your accomplice chouston wrote you a message letting you know that I was banned... Are you really going to suggest that you somehow missed that message, and that you have no idea who chouston is??? And that chouston didn't have me banned, but instead somehow coincidentally knew that I was banned, even before I did?
When I mentioned your "Ramshackle business", I was trying to interpret your analogy... And it was not an unreasonable interpretation... Even YOU realized that this is a logical interpretation, which seems to be why you are suddenly trying to pretend you didn't use that analogy. It's A LIE for you to claim that I was trying to state that as a fact.
The person I think you are, is an insider of Fanotech... Maybe Lisa, maybe Lisa's secretary, maybe some other insider. Are you really trying to claim that this isn't true? Are you really trying to suggest that your perpetual attempts at defending Fanotech are simply for your own amusement? Are you really trying to pass yourself off as someone who, according to you, has simply "done more research"? I can prove this statement is a LIE using your own words: Remember when jig-saw said "don't you wonder why its only lisa tomasoni and mike druin who continue to post?" Your response was: "Only an insider would know those two names"... Now, since you clearly act like you know those names, by your own definition, that means you must be an insider. So, either you were LYING then or you are LYING now.
Like I said before, I'm annoyed that your accomplice banned me when I started asking about Fanotech... Consequently, my one and only goal here, is to try to get you to slip up and reveal even more information about Fanotech... And NOTHING ELSE! If you don't like that, then STOP RESPONDING TO ME!!!
In the meantime, can you please answer the questions I keep posting. This time I put them in point form so you wont get confused . Try to respond using the same numbers, so I won't get confused :
1) What about all these open records that show Gabe lying under oath... Are you saying that that never occurred?
2) What about this nearly million-dollar lawsuit they have over Simmonds posting records that were already open to the public anyway. Are you saying that's a worthwhile pursuit?
3) If the company is in such good shape, why can't I find anything new about them online?
4) If the company is in such good shape, why is their website in shambles?
!!!!
Newlook message-#23 was on-topic, and should not have been deleted!
So, to preserve record of it:
snowwhite, let me remind you... It was YOU who decided to return to this debate over Fanotech. Not me! You KNEW that Fanotech was the topic of conversation right before I got banned... Did you REALLY think I'd want to talk about something else when I got back??? No! I want to know why the topic of Fanotech's management decisions is SO sensitive, that my mere mention of it gets me banned from the board.
Now, to be fair, I do feel obligated to address your attempts at distraction and evasion... In return, I expect you to answer the few questions I asked. Here they are again:
Oh, and I hate to break this to you...
But you're probably the only person in the world, who thinks McDonalds serves a "Premium Sandwich"...
If you really think the greasy garbage they serve at McDonalds is "Premium"... Then that probably says a lot about the equipment you've been trying to sell at Fanotech .
When I say you aren't a good representative of Fanotech, this is what I'm talking about... Right when it seems we're about to have a nice conversation, you retreat to this silliness... What bluff are you talking about? I just asked you a question. What spin are you talking about? I tried to directly address each of your statements. And how is it cheer-leading when I challenge Aletheia1 assertion? He made what I thought were faulty statements, and I corrected him to the best of my ability using whatever PRs I could find on the matter. I was hoping he would correct me in return, but there was nothing but crickets...
The same seems to be happening with you. I suggest the possibility that your "Premium Sandwich" might not have been as "Premium" as you led people to believe, and might have been worth less than the "Premium" price you were demanding... And instead of correcting me, instead of proving me wrong, you abruptly duck out of the conversation.
And then you claim that I don't have a leg to stand on??? I'm not even trying to stand. I'm just trying to get information. You're the one who's evading.
Why didn't you even try to answer my questions about the lack of recent information available about Fanotech? Or why Fanotech's website has been completely gutted for months?
I don't know if you've noticed, but I'm not a moderator on either IAGM or WLSA... And if I had any control over these boards, do you really think I'd still be getting over half my messages removed? And do you really think I'd be banned?
If you'd actually read my posts, you'd know that I never said anything close to IAGM being a "sure thing". I wish you'd at least try to maintain a certain degree of accuracy. I'm mostly just posting things that I find on the web.
When I say they are bad at running their company, I'm mostly trying to get your goat . Though you know these guys certainly aren't the saints you're trying to make them out to be. What about all these open records that show Gabe lying under oath... Are you saying that that never occurred? What about this nearly million-dollar lawsuit they have over Simmonds posting records that were already open to the public anyway. Are you saying that's a worthwhile pursuit? And if the company is in such good shape, why can't I find anything new about them online? And why is their website in shambles?
Again, I wish you'd stop thinking that I'm defending Simmonds... Just because I attack you doesn't automatically mean I support him... I'm actually quite critical of him, and according to your fliier alias, the fact that I criticize him is one of the things you use as proof that I must be him... Though yes, that logic does confuse me .
And your "Premium Sandwich" analogy is interesting... Again I have no connection to Simmonds and have no inside information, but I could see a couple possibilities as to why someone might not want to pay full price for this "Premium Sandwich" once they had a chance to look at it... One, like you said, maybe they are simply trying to get the best deal they can... Or two, maybe when they looked at it, they realized that it wasn't quite the "Premium Sandwich" that was being advertised. Again I don't know the answer, nor do I presume to know the answer... Like I said before, I'm skeptical of Simmonds based on what I've seen of Simmonds, but I'm also skeptical of the Tomassonis based on what I've seen of the Tomassonis... And your behavior here doesn't really help my opinion of them .
Yeah, I guess I have an occasional good day...
But mostly I have my bad days .
So, since you chose to contact me again, can I assume you're finally ready to continue our discussion over how bad the Tomassonis are at running their business?
I had assumed that your daddy had me banned to avoid this conversation... I'm surprised you're wanting to start it back up again.
But, OK, here it goes...
Do you remember when Gabe posted that absurdly childish letter to the board: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=71554645
I asked him a few questions, and for whatever reason, he failed to respond... Maybe you could help clear the matter up. Lets start with you answering this question:
If things such as the Joint Venture, the American Sales rights, Newlooks ownership in shares, etc. are so inaccurate, then why is it that Fanotech waited until their Christmas letter before bringing them up and denying their existence?
And in case my question confused you, let me be more clear:
On April 21, 2011, WLSA published a PR stating: "Vertility Technology Corporation has acquired an exclusive and perpetual license to manufacture, market and sell all products currently manufactured by FANOTECH (...), and that this license will extend throughout the United States of America"
Starting on July 19, 2011, NLI's filings repeatedly stated: "On February 18, 2011 the Company executed a second addendum to the terms of the June 6, 2010 letter of intent. This addendum provided the Company with an immediate ownership of 10% of Fanotech Manufacturing Group"
If these statements were inaccurate, why didn't Fanotech publish clarification immediately following these claims?
Why didn't Fanotech publish clarification in May 2011, June 2011, July 2011, August 2011, September 2011, October 2011, or November 2011?
Why is it that Fanotech waited until their Christmas letter, before they finally denied the existence of these deals?
I've been enough of a pest, that I'm sure I earned my ban... Though I have a hard time believing that it was just coincidental that my banning happened just as I started criticizing Fanotech's management...
And 'Bruce the Stock Guy', to respond to your private message... If chouston (a person, who is not a regular to the board) had nothing to do with my ban, then how did chouston know that I was banned before anyone else (including me)?
Here's the message that was posted to fliier right after my ban (this message was then immediately removed):
Can't say I'm surprised to finally get banned from the WLSA board... It's about time... What DID surprise me, was that I got banned by chouston... chouston?... How does HE have that kind of control over the board? He got me banned right after I compared his management skills to that of a child... LOL... I guess we know who's really running that place now.
Nice catch! Who's stealing who's stuff here, or are these companies somehow connected?
Also, I'm not basing my skepticism about Fanotech on anything JS said. When I heard what he said, I pretty much assumed that Fanotech was in the right.
I didn't completely change my mind about Fanotech, until Gabe's laughable response, and Gabe's laughable lawsuit, and Gabe's laughable attempts at serendipitously infiltrating this board. I don't see how children like that were ever able to run that company for as long as they did. What a joke!
You actually are confusing me again, I don't think I ever suggest that he would actually achieve those goals. Quite the opposite. And if you'd read my posts, you'd see that I'm skeptical about most things.
But as long as you've brought it up...
It looks like NLI provided their July progress report... For whatever it's worth... Though I haven't read it yet:
http://www.cnsx.ca/Storage/1471/134924_NLI_Monthly_Progress_Report__Form_7_July_2012.pdf
And to answer you questions... Again... A million times again... I DON'T KNOW!
Oh, and in response to your comments about the JGSs.. I was actually confused by that... I thought Graham's name was Graham, not John Graham. Why is it so shocking to you when something confuses me? You shouldn't be... Trust me, I'm pretty much confused all the time .
I think others have already known ... That's why it's been so funny to me that you and fliier keep assuming that I must be one of the JGSs .
deflecting? I'm just here entertaining myself, like I've always done .
Actually, I posted the thing Monday night, and now tonight there's 200 more users... So about a hundred per day... But I have no idea if that's good or bad... What's 200 x free again?
We're certainly going to need to pick it up a bit before we ever see a million users .
According to the download site you posted, these seem to be mostly Canadians signing up. China popped up briefly, and there's 1.3 billion reasons why that would have been a great place for it to take off. But they dropped off today.
Yeah... One could always hope for the best, but I've pretty much written things off.
And who again, do you think I am? I'm still trying to figure that out... Though I suspect that I'm not who you think I am.
Again with the bravado... Continuing this battle isn't going to help anyone.
You know there isn't much left of Fanotech, and that it was falling apart long before Simmonds... If you have any doubt, just look at your website
Both you and JS need to suck it up, bite the bullet, and work this thing out. Is it really worth loosing your business, just to try to spite him?
I do wish I had a phone though. I'd be kicking all these people's asses right now. I run about 50 kilometers a week already, and could see myself doing a lot more if I had this thing to compete against.
Yeah, again I think people can download it, but in order for their miles to be tracked online, they have to go through some registration process, where they enter their name and such. Then the sofit site counts and tracks those registered users. I could be wrong though.
Oh, and I don't know if you can tell the number of people that downloaded it. There might be another site that tracks that.
I'm not sure, but I'm guessing you can probably download it without registering. Though, you may or may not be able to use it without registering.
You can kind of tell who has only registered, and who is actually using it by looking at their points. Anyone greater than 50 points has used it at least once. Maybe 10-25 percent of registered people have used it on a run or walk?
The profile you were looking at was profile #1... I'm guessing that the profiles between 1 & 100 were used for testing and debugging. It seems the real profiles start around #245632. When I was first looking at these, the last profile was #248422, but there's many more after that now, so it looks like new ones are just getting added onto the end of that number sequence.
Yeah, I have no idea what something like this should be valued at... I guess it's one of those all-or-nothing type gambles. At least we have that registered user count now... Something we can watch and see if it's already winding down, or still gaining popularity. You never know with this social stuff, if it's a good product, things like this have the potential of exponential growth, just through word-of-mouth. Unfortunately, I don't have a smart phone, so I can't play with the app myself to see if it's something I could see myself, or others, getting into.
Every week, there seems to be a new "legendary" nobody touting (or even writing songs about) the walk a mile campaign in a YouTube video that doesn't have much more than a couple-dozen hits...
Is this part of some bigger advertisement campaign? Or are they just hoping people will stumble across these videos?

Honoring the Olympic Spirit of Peace and Tolerance
Posted by Hannah Rosenthal / August 01, 2012
Hannah Rosenthal serves as the U.S. Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism.
I have just returned from London, inspired by the youth, musicians, athletes, and community leaders who are taking action in their communities to stop hate and create global tolerance. In anticipation of the 2012 London Olympic and Paralympic Games, Special Representative Pandith and I joined festivities in London to promote the Hours Against Hate -- Walk A Mile campaign.
The Hours Against Hate -- Walk A Mile campaign activates people around the world to walk in someone else's shoes to promote respect across lines of culture, religion, tradition, class, disability, and gender. The campaign is a public-private initiative between the U.S. Department of State, Transcendental Music, Rock-It Media, SoFit Mobile, and the Global Impact Institute. By downloading the free SoFit application onto a Smartphone, participants can virtually partner with people in different parts of the world and walk miles together to stop hate.
My trip included an amazing rock concert hosted by the legendary Dave Stewart at London's Hospital Club. Artists, musicians, and companies donated their time and talent for Hours Against Hate -- Walk A Mile, with many musicians performing songs created especially for this campaign. The all-star lineup included KT Tunstall, Jihae, Mike Scott and the Waterboys, and Daryl Hall, but the real stars of the evening were 72 students from Tottenham who performed their inspirational song, "Everybody Dreams." A year ago, riots broke out in Tottenham, an ethnically diverse neighborhood in north London's borough of Haringey. This violence included fatalities and extensive damage and revealed deep divisions within the community. This student-choir from Tottenham wrote "Everybody Dreams" to rebuild their community and promote unity and tolerance. Their performance was incredibly moving and there was not a dry eye in the house.
The next day, we joined the Tottenham student choir and hundreds of families for Haringey's Olympic Torch Relay Festival and Walk A Mile event. Using our newly downloaded SoFit apps, we walked a mile through the neighborhood parks to support global tolerance efforts around the world. Also joining the walk were members of the Global Impact Institute and the Brazilian pop-artist Romero Britto, who generously created artwork for the campaign. As the Olympic torch passed through Tottenham, I was humbled and inspired by what this community has been through and their ability to recover stronger and more inclusive than ever before.
We also met with Howard Buffett's Global Impact Institute at the House of Commons. The Global Impact Institute is serious about having an "impact" and making huge changes globally for tolerance, including supporting our Hours Against Hate -- Walk A Mile campaign. Meeting participants included actor Kal Penn, Dr. Bernice King, and author Matthew Bishop, an expert in philanthropy.
It was rejuvenating to be in London in the days leading up to the Olympic and Paralympic Games. There is wonderful, impactful work happening in Tottenham and around the world to create positive change and combat anti-Semitism and hatred in all its forms. As you cheer on the athletes during the London 2012 Games, I encourage you to honor the Olympic spirit of peace and tolerance in your own community. Get involved at www.facebook.com/2012HoursAgainstHate and www.2012walkamile.com.

I assumed your statement "nvsos has them both" was pointing to the fact that "both" Simmonds have worked for the company at one time...
Though an alternative interpretation is the observation that nvsos lists the management team as containing "both" Graham & Mark as current members of the management team.
My apologies if you meant the latter .
The information on nvsos is consistent with the information I posted...
Simmonds senior is NOT listed as a current part of the company.
He is listed as "Historical".
Why did you fail to mention that part?
For me, the most confusing part has been that the two seem to have the same name. I don't understand why people still follow that archaic custom.
For what it's worth: I just contacted IAGM's IR people, and they confirmed that John is NOT involved in running the company. They said that he did own shares at one time, but that they don't think he does currently.
Ok, sorry, I haven't been researching this company as well as I probably should have been... This shows the changes in management: http://interamericangaming.com/2011/10/07/np-iag/
John Simmonds was CEO of InterAmerican Gaming until the acquisition of NowPhit (Sofit). But, as part of that acquisition, John and the other directors were removed, and replaced by Askenasi and his Sofit people.
Graham remained involved in InterAmerican Gaming... But... Because of confusion over the Simmonds name, many of the investor sites are listing him using his father's name. Here's an example of where Graham is listed under his father's name, but using Graham's age and Graham's position in the company:
http://www.marketwatch.com/investing/stock/iagm/profile
But again, Graham Simmonds is the one involved in this company, not John... Please don't be confused by posters here, who are trying to suggest otherwise.
Toronto, Ontario - Marketwire - October 7, 2011: InterAmerican Gaming Inc. (“IAG” or “the Company”) (OTC Pink Sheets: IAGM) is pleased to announce that it has completed its Share Exchange Agreement (the “Share Exchange”) with Baron Group Ventures (“BGV”) and the shareholders of Nowphit Operations Inc. (“Nowphit”) to acquire an 80.1% interest in Nowphit for 75,000,000 IAG common shares to be issued from treasury. The Share Exchange Agreement was executed by the Nowphit shareholders on September 28th, 2011 and has now been approved by the IAG Board of Directors and executed by its Chief Executive Officer, John Simmonds. The plans for the acquisition were originally announced by press release on July 7, 2011. As such, IAG is now the majority shareholder of Nowphit and will carry on the Nowphit business through this subsidiary. The remaining 19.9% of Nowphit remains owned by BGV whose sole shareholder and director is Marc Askenasi.
...
In conjunction with the signing of the Share Exchange, all of the directors and officers of IAG, excluding Graham Simmonds, resigned and were replaced by nominees of BGV. The Board of Directors of IAG is now made up of Graham Simmonds, Gary Schwartz, and Marc Askenasi.

Boy, now you have me confused... I hadn't noticed that before... Both father and son appear to be listed in various places as "John Graham Simmonds"... This seems to be causing some mix-ups on the investor sites, though I'm still pretty sure they're different people:
Simmonds Senior (the one everyone's complaining about):

Simmonds Junior (the big investor of Sofit Mobile):

Here's a couple more pictures:
Graham Simmonds is on the far right & Marc Askenasi is on the far Left:

Update: SoFit Mobile – Social Fitness App Launched With 2012 Olympics
by lidiasworld on July 30, 2012
I have some exciting news to share with everyone with regards to SoFit, a social fitness app which I am an early investor in. I still remember the time when we first discussed the concept once upon a time in a kitchen in Oakville, Ontario. It’s just so amazing to see how far the project has come along now, as well as the places where it is going. The two co-founders in this startup also couldn’t have been a better pick. Mark Askenasi and Giancarlo De Lio are phenomenal and successful entrepreneurs in their own right, and SoFit is sure to climb higher and higher with their leadership.
So here is what’s happening with SoFit:

BTW, thanks for posting that link huggums... I really like this kind of stuff... Even if I can't see progress in the stock-price, at least I can see a steady acceleration of interest in the app itself.
And I can't help but think this is going to be a popular one. Being a bit of a runner myself, I know how handy these devices are. I've been willing to spend several hundred dollars on devices with fewer functions than this free app.
