Numbers from July were:
WLSA is pleased to announce that the combined revenue for the month of July for Enwise Home Services, Ontario Consumers Home Services and OC Communications Group Inc., was approximately $800,000 pushing YTD revenue to $4.5 million.
On July 1st you said: "They are having cash flow problems and are suspending certain payments.I talked to some people who are owed money".
On the same day, I asked: "What kind of people are getting their payments suspended? Are you talking about vendors? Our receiver?".
Aletheia1,
I'm still curious about your response to my question.

Aletheia1,
Also, on the "Capital Structure". So what if the shares have not been issued? That doesn't mean the parties buying the shares aren't committed to buying the shares... In fact, if you read through the filing, you'll see that the parties buying the shares have already paid NLI for a good portion of the yet-to-be-issued shares, which is currently recorded as (interest free) loans to the company.
asdfghj
sun. Step back and think about it...
What would irritate us "koolaid drinkers" the most?
For you to sit on the sidelines during the upcoming rise, while continuing to entertain us with your increasingly emotional and desperate posts?
Or for you to jump in and profit alongside everyone else?
Are you really going to continue providing us the sick pleasure of watching your investment strategies fail?
Or are you going to take this opportunity to prove yourself as the superior intellect?
You've done so much work helping JS and everyone else get a great price on these shares. You might as well reap some of the rewards yourself.
We have some sort of filing out today:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=8131749
There you go again... Getting yourself all worked up over nothing... People were just pointing out the omission as a curiosity. Nobody was upset about it. Nobody was critical about it. We just found it to be an interesting omission.
If you don't give a rat's ass about it... That's fine... What I don't understand is why you felt that little detail was important enough to share.
A lot seems to be happening. I think we should wait and see how this plays out.
Once the company relists and starts getting the word out, this is going to be a whole different ball-game.
Though I agree, $1/share seems a bit optimistic.
This may be wishful thinking... But, maybe WLSA purchased the 4.5 million shares (valued at .08/share), in exchange for the remaining 2.25 million NLI shares... That would value the NLI shares at exactly .16/share.
As far as who purchased the remaining 4.5 million shares? I agree that it is interesting that JS wasn't willing to share that part... I'm wondering if WLSA purchased the remaining 4.5 million shares...
sun, you know as well as anyone, that the way JS talks out of "both sides of his face", is by avoiding clear and definitive statements...
However the quote in the PR is pretty clear and definitive. There is only one way to read this:
Severed ties with NLI
Simmonds & friends putting significant money where their mouth is.
$1,850,596.56 in cash to get our businesses off the ground (plus more cash earned selling NLI shares).
Come on sun, show us that there is more to you than your agenda... Admit this is a positive development.
LOL, once again, my joking statement turned out to be pretty close to reality.
I said: "Either they've completely lost touch with reality, or they've decided to delve into the untapped market of nine-year-old investors looking to gamble their lunch money."
From the latest PR: "Zippi has taken a unique approach to their development of this gaming app, which involves ... allowing students an "Internship" with ... the incentive of earning stock options"
Please note that the quotes around "Internship" were actually part of the PR.
sun, read the PR again. It's in there... And it's higher than the average paid by any of us who dared to average down... I'm happy... I'm very happy about this.
Newlook Files Second Quarter 2011 Financial Statements
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 30, 2011) - Newlook Industries Corp. ("Newlook" or the "Company") (CNSX:NLI) is pleased to announce that it has released its unaudited consolidated financial statements for the three months ended June 30, 2011, along with related management discussion and analysis and officer certifications (the "Interim Filings").
http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/newlook-files-second-quarter-2011-financial-statements-cnsx-nli-1555160.htm
I've written many posts over the years railing against the company's poorly written PRs. And we've had many debates over what the PRs actually mean. Lately I've given up on figuring out what they are trying to say... And instead, I try to figure out what they are trying to hide... And the main message I got from their most recent PR, is that it'll probably be another 90 days before we see any huge developments with NLI.
As far as that "is restricted to" statement... I have no idea what to take from that...
Actually, I guess not. As per their filings, the Fanotech acquisition wont complete until after the shareholders meeting. Meaning, we wont likely see that till the end of the year (or early 2012). The statement is probably just referring to their 10% ownership of Fanotech.
"The business of Newlook Industries is restricted to the manufacturing and deployment of Waste Retrieval and Transportation Equipment..."
Is this a roundabout way of saying the Fanotech acquisition has completed?
What an odd (but promising) little paragraph. Hopefully we'll soon see that broken down into a series of PRs.
Does anyone know anything about NLI's trading halt? It was my impression that NLI submitted everything they were supposed to. Are the Security Commission people still waiting for something, or are we just waiting on them?
Yes, just when we though the bullshit couldn't get any deeper, the Zippsters turn it up to eleven. Their desperation has become comical. They've become parodies of themselves. Who would believe this stuff? Either they've completely lost touch with reality, or they've decided to delve into the untapped market of nine-year-old investors looking to gamble their lunch money.
Don't get me wrong, I've appreciated your input and your ability to get people talking about these issues... But it does get tiresome after a certain amount of repetition... If you're still around when management finally schedules a conference call, please try to make yourself available to address these things directly with them.
Aletheia1, trust me, you aren't the only one who feels starved of information... We're all aware that management hasn't provided sufficient information to "make a solid analysis"... That's kind of the reason why we're on the pinks, and why (until a week or so ago) our symbol carried the disclaimer: "Warning! This company may not be making material information publicly available".
One of the main reasons everyone's been so giddy around here, is that management has finally shown indications that material information might finally be released... Most of us have been waiting for these details for many years, so pardon us if we aren't as sympathetic to you're impatience as you feel we should be.
In light of the Zippsters latest assertion that their next app will be the next "Angry Birds"...
I think my previously removed "off-topic" post can now be viewed as being unquestionably "on-topic":
beenherebefore,
I honestly don't know how you read so much into my post. I was simply responding to your asshole comment with my own asshole comment.
asdfghj
LOL, If they really had the "brightest minds and sharpest talent", you'd think they could do something better than a "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" knockoff... Followed by a knockoff of their "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" knockoff.
The Zippy-swap app is the only original app they have, and even that is a sad knockoff of their original failed business.
A word of warning to the Zippi people... A low-quality knockoff of "Angry Birds" WILL NOT be the next "Angry Birds"...
And calling your sorry game the "Craziest Game on Earth"... Will pretty much guarantee the failure of every game you market after that.
Don't flatter yourself too much...
It doesn't take a savant to identify old wlsa posters, who might be interested in taking this opportunity to average down: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/boardposters.aspx?boardid=5562
And it doesn't take a genius to look into that poster's history to find a message to use to frame their reply: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/profile.aspx?user=159525
The only thing, which might require a considerable amount of cognitive flexibility, is for a skeptical and jaded person from wlsa-past to consider doubling down... I wrote several such messages back in June of 2010, right before the run from 2.5 cents... And couldn't get a single taker.
sun...I can't speak for all the "Koolaid drinkers"... But I'm doing pretty well... I'm probably happier with my investment now, than I've ever been... And it isn't because of these weekly "PROMISES" you keep imagining... It's because I'm seeing an ever-increasing amount of evidence that suggests JS is actually putting together a formidable company... Thanks for asking....
I posted a link to this article in May... The article has recently been reproduced and published on several different sites (with authorship claimed by several different people):
Innovative Solutions is looking to cover "All major tier 1,2,3 cities in India"?
http://www.salesagentindia.com/index.php?file=c-companydetail&iCompanyId=482
And an article in "Green Technology World":
"A new corporate website for Wireless Age Communications will become the primary source for information for the expanding operations of Vertility Technology Corporation in future..."
http://green.tmcnet.com/topics/green/articles/206943-new-corporate-website-wireless-age.htm
Promotional material from Durham College is featuring one of our guys at 1:49 and again at 3:44.
"My name is Roland Kielbasiewicz, and I'm the president of Vertility Innovative Solutions. It's kinda neat, you know..."
The 8K suggested the audited financial statements wont be out till the end of the month... Meaning OTCBB listing won't likely occur till September or later... Wasn't the company planning on waiting for the OTCBB relisting before releasing any big news?
I'm not convinced the PRs from these companies are literal accounts of what has actually taken place. Rather, I see them as attempts at explaining the back-scratching and various back-room deals in a way that provides an acceptable account to the SEC, while simultaneously offering a compelling and fair story to investors. Until there is a formal audit on the company's holdings and finances, I wouldn't be surprised to see further evolution in the narrative provided by the company.
This is, of course, only my opinion. And I don't even mean to imply that there is necessarily anything wrong with this. I would rather see informal deals than no deals. And I would rather the company give me PRs I have to take with a grain of salt, than offer no PRs at all.
dumar, no worries. Take 'em all down if you think it's best.
Interestingly, Tyler & Ryan Troup of the circadian-group were working for the "Resultz Media Group (RMG)" during the time when RMG was getting paid to do nothing for us.
http://www.marketwire.com/press-release/wireless-age-retains-investor-relations-and-public-relations-firm-pink-sheets-wlsa-1339716.htm
It appears they decided this was something they could do on their own, so they headed this new firm.
http://circadian-group.com/princ.html
And lucky us, they continue to represent our company... So we have multiple firms that really owe us something special.
But it does hopefully indicate they may be close to starting their campaign.
I guess this isn't that interesting. We know about most of this stuff. I was just surprised to see it.
Though, it does raise questions about our relationship with NLI.
It's got to be a coincidence... Here on Newlook's CNSX page, the circadian group is listed as Newlook's IR firm.

Here's the paragraph you are referring to:
