Also, on the "Capital Structure". So what if the shares have not been issued? That doesn't mean the parties buying the shares aren't committed to buying the shares... In fact, if you read through the filing, you'll see that the parties buying the shares have already paid NLI for a good portion of the yet-to-be-issued shares, which is currently recorded as (interest free) loans to the company.
