sun, you know as well as anyone, that the way JS talks out of "both sides of his face", is by avoiding clear and definitive statements...

However the quote in the PR is pretty clear and definitive. There is only one way to read this:

Newlook Industries (NLI) sold a total of 23,132,457 shares of Wireless Age at $0.08 per share


Your insistence on rewording the actual quote in your posts shows that you recognize this too.
