Thanks! I did very well.
I was wrong about the merger candidate though. I thought it was going to be "Uplift Nutrition". But this was even better. Great trade no less.

Awesome! Good eye Profit Trader.
Thanks.
Please share.
Added a bunch here today. There's always a lag between the end of conversions and the end of dilution. All previously converted shares should be soaked up by the market real soon. What an exciting play!
I have a bid at .018. Still holding all my previous shares at .023 as well. I'm not selling any.
You wrote: "And in the OTC, t-trades at odd pricing are almost ALWAYS block selling. Which is why it is almost universally considered bad whenever the trades show up on a penny stock."
You are correct. Key word being "almost". However, any large transaction (buy or sell, good or bad) that is handled by a block desk is spread out during the course of the day at different prices as not to overly affect the PPS, and then recorded after hours as a T-Trade. Which is why they show up at odd pricing.
Not all T-Trades are bad. In the case of PASO they are non-dilutive. Most likely more insider or institutional buying.
In the OTC market, T trades are mostly the result of accumulated buys or sells handled on a not held basis by block desks, otherwise known as 'late prints.' They have nothing to do with short-selling.
There's another T-trade. 761,000 shares at .031 (16:13 EST). Looks like more insider buying today.
Nice ask hits today. I think we see news/filings any day now.
I have to admit. I had to walk away from my computer this morning. This one had me frustrated. But I sold NO shares! I'm averaged down to .20.
Holding long...
Looks like the bad MMs have backed way off around .20 or higher. Maybe it'll have a chance to run now.
Love this chart. Picked up some .0004s Tuesday. Might add more today.
Thanks for your well thought out, and profound statement. I've made 200% profit since my calculated entry yesterday at .006. So what have you done constructive today? Do you have any thoughts that might actually contribute to this board, and to what's going on with FTXP?
I took a few. Not sure what's coming. Reinstatement maybe? Last filings were in 2014. They did a 15-12G back then.
What about TCPP? Lazar is still listed as CEO. He was working on this one with GainPay, but not sure where it stands now.
Short term traders are playing the momentum off of "phase one" (filings to bring shell current with SEC/OTC), and then taking profits. Next phase will be SOS filings announcing merger and possible Name/CUSIP change with FINRA. This will bring fresh momentum and new buyers. It's all still speculation at this point, but the writing is on the wall. Be safe. Buy the dips and sell into the spikes. 100% gains are frequent on these kinds of low-float plays. Just watch your entry.
I'm surprised there's not much chatter on Twitter around this ticker. Could be everyone is licking their wounds on DCGD. I caught a falling knife yesterday trying to bounce that turd. Lol.
We are close to an incoming merger with this beautiful, cleaned up, low-float, debt-free shell!
Are you watching? We had a little action today. Something is brewing.
It would appear so. I guess Name/CUSIP change is next. Watching FINRA...
I'm here now. Just filled at 0.15. Lets go!
$TCPP - I'm up 100% from my average. Not selling any shares. Super low (219,200) float!
I have a larger than usual position for me. My ask for my shares is a bit higher than $1.
Certificate of Designation today 09/09. I think GainPay is back in play. Bids climbing.
New NVSOS filing picked up by OTCRE for TCPP (GainPay) on Friday. Amended and Restated Articles - "Name Change, Stock Change". Not sure what's brewing. Any thoughts? Not much action on this one yet.
I'm holding my shares. Low float, filings are up to date, pink current. Lazar is not going to let much dust settle on this one. TCPP will sell, and when it does it will run hard.
Yes! I started buying shares at .40 during the price drop. And now some at .25.. My average is around .33. I'm excited about this one. There have not been any shares on the ask under .50 for a while. Name/CUSIP change will launch this one.
I'm surprised I'm not seeing more chatter about this super low-float. It's coiled up here at the bottom ready to run on updates/news. A recent Lazar custodianship. Filings up to date. Pink current. Sold to http://GainPay.net.
