Discouraging potential buyers? If anyone is making investment decisions based on these postings, well, "a fool and his money..." comes to mind. LOL
Excellent strategy... I bet he'll lose sleep tonight trying to figure out how to respond. You have him in the corner, keep it up, he's on the ropes. Don't stop now, why wait?
Agree priority is CE removal. Everyone speculates why it takes so long but no one here really knows. If CYBL still has requirements to meet then we definitely have leadership issues. But if all requirements are met then I guess we wait until OTC does their thing, whatever that is. I too am frustrated, was on my way to 10M shares, when trading was halted. Eager to get back in.
Longer term 2024 - if the up list speculation/rumor/hopeful wish/WAG, then I would say sometime 2024. Otherwise for a 2023 speculation, we'll see postings on December 1st complaining that we have 30-days left and still haven't up listed. LOL.
Was the $37M a one-time purchase, or a contract to buy drones over a one year period? If contract, were there option years? All I could find was the announcement but no indication of how the contract was awarded.
Unable to purchase CYBL on Ameritrade.
Anyone else having issues? Ameritrade telling me it's because of the CE status but they couldn't tell me why, after purchasing for several months under CE, that it's now restricted. I moved to Ameritrade shortly after CE because Etrade had restricted purchase almost immediately.
I don't usually comment, not worth it half the time, but I have to say It's a shame you're only a follower, unless you just started following. I'm up 610% profit over last three years. My investment is currently down 35% but hey, that's the market, especially OTC...emotional traders. Good luck though if you decide to invest.
Interesting thought on definition of investor. I was actually one of the investors that sold last week. I like how people start some comments with, "I'm long" then go into a critical question or comment on why something is or is not happening, like they are trying to prove being bullish. Or someone selling in what appears to be an inappropriate time must be shorting or day-trading.
Apparently someone who is "long" or an "investor" buys and never sells their shares.
I've bought and sold SHMP about dozen times over the past 3.5 years, and currently sitting at 610% profit. I sold 100K shares before end of year for little extra cash, and off-set taxes a little with my loss. I still have plenty of shares and unless something drastic happens, I plan to continue buying and selling for many years. Am I an investor? Am I long?
Another example; I bought few shares of DIS over 30 years ago. Since then I've bought and sold hundred times, and DIS is still in my portfolio. I no longer have those original shares but I would say I'm both an investor and long with DIS. LOL
Why waste time on his postings? Skip over them, saves time. Though I do read them when I need a good laugh.
TDA will allow purchases while under CE, which is the reason I opened a TDA account on Monday. Etrade told me it would be 1-2 days after CE lifted before they open trading again.
If you do open TDA than fund with wire transfer otherwise you'll wait four days for funds to clear.
Open Ameritrade account. I did that yesterday, and now I'm back to buying.
Many emotional traders here so I'm ok with the extra time, whatever it is, for discount buying.
Margin might be your problem. I just opened standard account, only restriction on CYBL is waiting for deposit to become available.
New TD Ameritrade customer. Etrade not allowing me to purchase CYBL, just called TDA and was told they are accepting purchases. They have a new customer...sorry Etrade. Now I can get back to purchasing CYBL.
JT - I'm a little confused with your concerns. I've seen many companies, small and large, announce change to web sites, product line, strategy, prior to implementing. How is this any different?
What does rolling out on a Friday, or any particular day of the week have to do with online ordering? Is there market research indicating Friday is not a good day to start or change online ordering?
Prime mission is wholesale? Their multiple lines of business strategy (wholesale, licensing, and B2C) seem consistent. Multiple revenue streams seems an ideal strategy, and like any other company, I suspect the market will drive future investment decisions in each LoB.
Outstanding shares haven't changed.
Was the 700M share reduction finalized? Etrade is still showing 5.8B outstanding.
Interest in CYBL -- I'm a small investor in several OTC companies like SHMP and VISM, and have $3k sitting aside for a new purchase. What makes this company attractive? Any longs here or just pump and dump?
Their GSA renewal is probably a given but it's only a supply contract, and I'm having difficulty finding their products; searched Portable Lighting Systems. Finding Ventry Solutions, Pelican, and others but not Cyberlux.
For some reason I have this feeling to spend my $3k in CYBL but on the fence...help.
