I've been checking out the trades over the last couple of weeks and I've noticed that there's some kind of PAOG saboteur that keeps selling a few ticks below the lowest offer. It's deliberate. On most days, if they just waited 30 minutes or so, they could have sold three, four, or more ticks higher. It's not natural trading going on with that. I don't know how long it will keep up or how many shares the saboteur has to play with. Hopefully, they will run out of shares soon.
As far as I can see, we got some debt forgiveness, a license to sell Cannophen, a fairly clean company to build a new business in, and a decent CEO and team. They could have just let it die, you know? But they didn't. And that's why we're pretty lucky. Sorry you don't see it that way.
Lots of penny stocks are losers. Lol. Lots of companies aren't structured for shareholder's votes to matter much. It's just the way it is.
I know it's hard to really grasp this, but our new CEO only officially started about eight weeks ago. The pot is still brewing. There's no coffee yet.
Sounds good to me!!! :) Hodling long and strong!!!
Sweet!!! :)
I wasn't expecting so much Litecoin lettuce today, but I'll take it!
Maybe because he WAS CFO prior to Tom Sawyer? The new management is only about 8 weeks old, so anything before then would be previous CFO responsibility. Make sense?
PAOG only has ONE CFO: Tom Sawyer. Where are you getting your info? Please post a link if you can and share it with the board here. Thank you.
I'm looking at the Simply Wallstreet website and there is no one named DiPrima listed for CFO or on the BOD.
There have been ZERO insider buys or sells for the past year. Do you have a link or proof to support your claim? Share it on the board here. Thanks.
2.2 Million Share Buy!!! Someone is Confident!!! :) Good to see!!!
Looks like great news for Empower! :)
Thank you for posting, Peron!
Conglomerate: 1. BUSINESS a large business organization formed when several different businesses join together.
Thank you for your response, Louie.
It's true, there are no guarantees in any stocks and investing is risky and/or a waiting game, for the most part. I invested with that clearly in mind. Also, more importantly to me, I, too, invested in the alternative medicine clinics. I wanted my investment to contribute to helping people not die from opioids. So my first and second purchase of PAOG shares were strongly based on that principle, and I am honestly amazed at the state by state legalization developments that have taken place since then. My third, more recent, purchase of PAOG shares was simply because I felt inspired by the energy and excellent communication skills of our new CEO.
Best wishes to you, Louie. I hope you make all of your money back and a LOT more. I think it will be much more fun for us when we're all in here cheering big gains...or even more realistic small, slow, and steady gains. :)
Believe it or not, I've read all of your PAOG posts. And, as you know, I've responded to a few of them here with my own thoughts, observations, and concerns. Since it's so early in the game for our new CEO and team, and the stock price is quite low for an MJ stock, I prefer to remain optimistic and not stomp on my own lettuce too much. I don't want it to be all mashed up and inedible. Lol. :)
How do you know PAOG doesn't intend to supply marijuana products to existing Michigan dispensaries? Or Florida dispensaries?
How do you know Karl's plans for PAOG don't involve something innovative such as vape oriented medical marijuana or recreational marijuana products or devices?
How do you know there aren't established (or up and coming) marijuana businesses that wouldn't love to join with PAOG, get under a ticker on the stock exchange, and thereby obtain the business and financial support of investors to help boost their plans for innovation and expansion, while increasing the company's value?
I don't know the answers to the above questions. I only know about Karl's field of expertise and the little bit of information he has shared with us so far. If you happen to know more than I do, please feel free to share your thoughts.
Apparently, Medical Marijuana is thriving in Michigan. It's recreational marijuana that is not expected to begin thriving until next year, 2020.
Using the link below, notice the map showing all of the open Michigan dispensaries. On the same website, if you click on the REC tab, it shows nothing. That's where we are with Michigan recreational at the moment.

Empower may be planning more acquisitions.
Notice of changes to previously disclosed debenture and warrant agreements. They're getting cash ready for potential new deals and general business operations.

This one is doing well. :)
(Even better than I expected, and so soon. I like it.)
You've got the wrong bunny. I'm not a 2% flipper. ;)
Hopefully, Karl will let us know soon. I have a lot of little seeds planted here and I'm looking forward to seeing some lettuce. A LOT of lettuce. Lol. :)
Louie, I'm not saying your concerns aren't valid. I've looked into it myself and would appreciate more clarification, too. If PAOG is represented by a law firm, I sincerely doubt that law firm would advise them to begin their business operations in a location where it isn't legal.
As far as I can tell, Romulus doesn't want storefront dispensaries. On the other hand, they are not opposed to residents who need it obtaining medical marijuana. There is a clinic in Romulus called Natural is Best where medical marijuana recommendation cards can be obtained.
Also, I don't remember hearing anything about Marshall, MI, from our CEO. I must not have been paying attention if he did say that. Marshall is way out near Kalamazoo, MI.

What are you referring to when you say Marshall hasn't opted in? I thought it was supposed to be in Romulus, MI, no? Isn't that in Wayne County?
Good news for Eve & Co! :)

Yeah, that's the ticker I was referring to. They sell CBD products, which I am familiar with. Thanks for the link. Notice the TM on the RSHO? It's trademarked.
Have you watched the documentary? It's really good and was the start of this resurgence of MJ for health purposes.
RSHO is Real Scientific Hemp Oil, a brand largely associated with another ticker. RSO is an acronym for Rick Simpson Oil or Phoenix Tears, which I believe are free descriptive terms for the way Rick Simpson made cannabis oil famous in the documentary Run From the Cure.
It's very important to stay away from all medical or healing claims, unless a company enjoys being targeted and harassed and shut down and financially ruined by the FDA.
Number 100 in the contest is pretty nice. Good thing they didn't go with that one, though, because Khiron uses it. ;)
Executive Tweet. Publicity. Very cool! :)

Nice to see some lettuce! Up 46%! :)
Merc, I hope your internet service straightens out quick. I agree that's a bummer. Phone internet just isn't the same.
Hope you'll be able to enjoy the evening anyway. :)
P.S. I think this board could use some updating and a good moderator. It's all stone age previous company stuff that's irrelevant, isn't it?
Cool, thanks for the link. Looks good, moving on up today...34%. :)
I agree, Merc! Here's our new CEO Steve McAuley, talking about the company and how Empower Clinics expects to benefit and prosper from the Farm Bill:
The $867 billion U.S. #FarmBill will be an extremely significant catalyst for the #hemp-based #CBD industry, one that will help us continue growing our network of patient-focused medical clinics across the U.S.$EPW $EPW.C $EPWCF pic.twitter.com/2KUPGVl7Xs

Must be the stock promotion news indicated by the bullhorn symbol on otcmarkets:

What's the PCU technology patent mentioned in this February 7th article about? (Seventh paragraph down.)

So funny, people on yahoo message board arguing about whether there's going to be a R/S.
https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/SGSI?p=SGSI
Thank you for updating the R/S figures. I had no idea they changed it to 300/1 -- one day ago! Or that they even could do that. Total crooks, man. Really disgusting.
I believe they have a year to do the 60/1 reverse split. I don't know why they would even consider doing it any time soon, since they just did a vicious R/S back in September 2018. Maybe it's just a back up plan because they REALLY want to uplist. If I were optimistic, I would think it's just a back up plan to ensure they are able to uplist, and that they may not be pressed to use it.
Sounds good to me, Mike. :) I probably should have doubled or tripled down at .10, but I was busy trying to plan my escape with a few leaves of lettuce as soon as they popped out of the ground. Guess I'll stick around and see what happens. :)
Yeah, that's what I meant about the "fruit de mer" float. ;)
Lol. Okay! <3 As far as I know, the float here is still super small, similar to the "fruits de mer" float, so looks like anything is possible.
Up 106% today, so far. This should hit the breakout board soon. :)
What's going on in here? Are you guys hoarding lettuce? Lol
We have a Twitter page. https://twitter.com/empowerclinics
Looks like it it is being updated regularly. Good for finding news! :)
Some financial stuff re: EPWCF: https://www.proactiveinvestors.com/companies/news/215850/empower-clinics-plans-placement-of-convertible-debentures-with-c15m-principal-amount-215850.html
Any thoughts about this, Mercurial? Do you think 15 and 20 cents is a fair value for these convertibles and warrants two years from now?
Lol, nice find! :)
