It's predictably maddening watching this stock "trade" day to day. What are the next catalysts that can make this move in a meaningful way?

Is there even a chance this dead cat bounces again? Sad, really. Have traded between .009 and .68, got greedy and left 6 figures on the table in one week (a lot for this small time trader). Ultimately made the mistake of believing this was a company to invest in rather than trade. Live and learn.

Barchart (for what that's worth) = 100% sell.

Alas...

While they mention that they "completed" the contract, wasn't it secured and announced last August? I don't expect the needle to move one bit on this "news."

Dip for me, baby, I want in.

From a whopping <$4K traded. These numbers aren't real right now. The next $100 trade will plummet it right back down again. We need real volume.

Want to be optimistic here but this has been the pattern for a couple months now, hoping the run is sustainable this time. If not, will buy more on dip. Rinse, repeat.

So this is life for ABCE investors until we get a PR, huh?. Hopefully, it's worth the wait! This is maddening. Especially for me being in @ $0.019...late to the dance but holding strong.

Be honest and objective: if you didn't already own shares in VYST and read the 10-K, how excited would you really be to invest?

Yet just last week you said:

"Smart money loading up, glad to see week hands go early."

"Lots of people PMing me questions, some serious interest is getting dialed up here. ABCE is ready to explode."

"Assets up $300k, liabilities down $100k that's some nice progress on the balance sheet."

It wasn't a lie, Pee Pee. "The Company will not be able to file its 10-K for period ended December 31, 2018, in a timely manner because there were significant asset purchase transactions that need to be reviewed and receive third party valuations done in certain cases and adequately disclosed in the Company’s Report.
The Company needs additional time to include such information in such Report. The Company believes it will be able to file the 10-K by April 15, 2019.

Never a firm commitment, too many moving parts and reliance on 3rd party info.

What are the ramifications if for whatever reason they do not file today? Other than a likely hit on the PPS, are there fines or the like? Or could they simply file tomorrow or in a week?

Me and my modest 325K shares head into next week with optimism. This could be an unexpectedly robust play that I stumbled upon. Thanks to the board for supplying DD. Did someone confirm the Monday 10-K drop earlier today or yesterday?

Yup, and more than a few people spit the bit. Textbook.

How much risk do you think we carry into the weekend of either no filing Monday or less than stellar filing? I'm holding (modest 240K shares), but wondering how soundly I might sleep;^)

Is the 10-K the catalyst for this? And if so, curious about your high level of optimism, what is it based on? I've got almost 400K shares (small potatoes, I know) and looking for confidence for a long hold. I took a rec from someone on another board (VYST, I believe) recently, did a bit of DD, and here I am. Definitely new to this type of company/trading (low float). Appreciate your feedback!
