She broke though .28 wall Looks pretty thin now up to .30!
Thanks to Cherry for slapping some sense into me and grabbing everything I could right at open. I still have enough shares to be part of the millionaire’s club. He was right on the money. Had I waited I’d have been toast.
This boat is turning into a ship.
Look for Gamba Natural in Spain to be the first to license the technology.
Natural Shrimp CFO Bill Delgado when asked have you been in contact with some of the major food distributors?
"Yes, absolutely. Obviously those folks run on their own. The're so big they actually a lot of times skip distributorships and actually you can go direct to those folks. I don't like to mention names but I can tell you up in the northwest one of the biggest grocery chains, high end. I will mention Whole Foods because Whole Foods has been through our plant in San Antonio. Everywhere that we've talked to a grocery store or distributor we have just had the most open arms of just we'll take whatever you have. That's why we had talked about what that distribution, potentially doing a specialized special situation distribution plan for one of those folks."

Whole Foods knows who they are. They've know for a while. I'd say a least a few years. A partnership makes sense for either a purchase agreement or maybe funding in exchange for exclusivity or a better price per pound.

I screwed up too. Don't kick yourself, just look forward not back. Don't listen to the sky is falling crowd when there has been nothing that indicates anything has changed.
300K free shares and that's even after I screwed up and lost some trying to be too cute.
This is where the real money is. I see the licencing deals for NS coming out of Europe and Scandinavia. Gamba Natural will probably be the first one announced. This one won't move the needle too much but it will be a small recurring revenue stream. The big ones will come later. I don't see NS licensing Shrimp in the US while producing as well. Not going to help the competition. Europe is another story. Why deal with overseas regulations that vary from country to country. Let someone else deal with that headache while generating revenue streams that could eclipse the US production.
When it comes too other aquatic species I don't have a good feel yet for how they'll play that one. They have to work with F&T since it's 50/50 so they'll likely need to license those deals in the US and overseas.
I’m back!!!!! Lost a few being stupid but I was in from the very bottom so forward we go. No looking back. Shrimp is the real deal. There are solid real companies connecting themselves with them and F&T Water Solutions.
Newburgh I bet. You can reach Boston, CT and NY/NJ. Around Albany would be another option.
F&T (Water Solutions) = faith and trust. Time to get my faith back and know what we have.
I might just take a 100k share position on Monday. I think I owe it to my self. If it dips maybe take another. We’ll see.

My thoughts on the impending harvest and S-1. The video from today could have been taken when Peter was last at the facility. He did say that he didn’t even post most of the videos he could have. I’m guessing we’ll know soon enough. When will they harvest? Only those close to NS and F&T personnel likely know the answer to that. It could be happening right this moment or it could be another 2 weeks. They are not in a rush. They feel they have proven the concept and are not worried about a few extra weeks to get them to the size they want. As far as the report, I get the feeling whoever is preparing it will not rush it. It will be akin to the way a drug company prepares a report for the medical community. We’ll likely need TooFrank to translate it for us because it will probably include a lot of:
Flow rate - 3 GPM
Entering the EC - 1.92 mg/L ammonia
Electrical Current - 18 amps
Exiting the EC - 0.01 mg/L, 0.01 mg/L, and 0.03 mg/L ammonia
Flow rate - 3 GPM
Entering the EC - 4.2 mg/L ammonia
Electrical Current - 40 amps
Exiting the EC - 0.03 mg/L, 0.03 mg/L, and 0.03 mg/L ammonia
Flow rate - 3 GPM
Entering the EC - 9.3 mg/L ammonia
Electrical Current - 45 amps
Exiting the EC - 0.03 mg/L, 0.06 mg/L, and 0.06 mg/L ammonia
Flow rate - 1 GPM
Entering the EC - 9.3 mg/L ammonia
Electrical Current - 45 amps
Exiting the EC - 0.04 mg/L, 0.05 mg/L, 0.06 mg/L ammonia
As far as the S-1with GHS Investments. According to a new statement from Peter Letizia they had to delay the effectiveness because of the government shutdown. “they had to wait for the government to reopen for the S1.....” from Peter’s Facebook page. This means they’ll likely file before February 15th as part 2 of the shutdown could take effect on that day. Now something could have happened making this unnecessary but we just don’t know yet. We’ll only know the details when it’s too late to act. Will likely come out on a Friday at 5:00pm and good or bad it is what it is
All in all it’s looking pretty good as long as they don’t make any mistakes. What investors need now is not PRs about environmental friendliness, but communications reassuring all that everything is still all good leading up to the harvest #nomortality.
That other ticker was a shell Natural Shrimp purchased in order to go public. As far as the price it's not relevant due to a different share structure.
I did not care for that PR yesterday either. They botched the message and then they botched the delivery of the message as well by not really explaining it. Just saying they were environmentally friendly. You hit it on the head. They’re not good in the PR department.
This is getting ridiculous but people are waiting on the harvest news and we don't know exactly when it's coming. They do not want us to know. Maybe it's still a few weeks away. Traders are not going to wait that long. They are mass exiting. We'll see where the new bottom is.
If the terms are favorable like TooFrank's example or as Peter Letizia has stated then it would be minimal imo. Especially when harvest data and possible partnerships are announced. Don't forget, any deals F&T Water Solutions makes will benefit Natural Shrimp as well with little effort on their part.
The same one from Michael Hogan.
Ok, Peter is now saying he knows of no other deals with GHS and hopefully they won't even need it. That indicates partners are really interested and a big deal could be on the way if he thinks it's a possibility to do this without GHS imo.
Thanks TooFrank. Been trying to find an example of a non Toxic GHS deal. You've just proven to me SHMP can get a favorable loan. Also someone brought up the fact that the 7m closely matches the around 6m in debt. Could this be to close out their debt and a deal with major partner is on the way? Sound like this could be the case. This make sense beause 7m won't get them far towards expansion but it will satisfy short term debt. We could be looking at of the charts harvest plus partnerships and or licensing deals with no dilution all coming shortly. This well definitely explode if that's the case. Good find.
He told me the terms were more favorable than the last terms. He didn’t really get too detailed because that’s Shrimps deal not F&Ts. I’m not sure he knows the exact specifics of the terms.
Still holding because I know what we have. Just disappointed they are still dealing with the GHS guys. Would have preferred he said, yes but they no longer need them. I have cash ready to buy in .05s or .04s if it comes to that. I thought we were past the dilution. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
Sounds like the S-1 will be filed soon. I was hoping they would show the toxic lender GHS Investments to the door but it looks like they are still messing with them. I knew they still had deal in place was just hoping they'd get a better one with someone else. GHS was at the facility recently.

MN market is on their expansion plan. TruShrimp got booted because of their waste water process. Natural Shrimp doesn’t have that problem.
These numbers seem realistic and on the safe side. I had a thought and you all can tell me if I'm off base. Since the 6,000lbs per tank and 312,000lbs per year per facility were based on 50% survival, would the new survival rate eliminate the need for the full equipment outlay to get up and running. Let's say for the sake of this example there is no mortality (and I don't expect that but we don't know the true number as of yet) and we can get the same original projected yield with now just 12 tanks. Wouldn't it make sense to lower the start up cost for a company needing all the cash it can get. Reduce the equipment costs and if they want to add additional tanks once the revenue starts rolling in they can without the need to borrow or do any equity financing.

TooFrank, don't forget the 312,000lbs was based on 50% survival. All the financials were based on that. Now that it looks like they blew the doors off that 50% survival projection, we could be looking at more than the 312,000lbs per year per facility. It's just speculation I know because we don't know how many PL10 they stocked in this trial but if they were aiming for 6,000lbs and stocked for 6,000lbs watch out...
From my info it's just to catch up the shrimp who got left behind due to no mortality. The system was calibrated for 50% survival. When they weren't dying the system got overrun and they had to slow things down and make some adjustments. That's the layman's version. If you want the scientific version ask TooFrank.
All I know about that company is that they fish for their shrimp.
If you want to know what Natural Shrimp does see below:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=146366353
TooFrank, great find on that Peter Letizia/Jeff Tellock connection. The fact that Minnesota is already part of Natural Shrimp’s expansion plan means they could be negotiating subsidies to help fund that MN location. As we know, TruShrimp is out in MN due to their waste water process. Natural Shrimp doesn’t have that problem.
They get it from the tears of those sitting on the sidelines when the report hits.
Is it possible TooFrank? They say they can’t kill them no matter what they do. They are not stressed in this environment.
Well we have yet to get an answer on how many they stocked so can’t say that for sure. The only info we know is they based 6,000lbs on 44-50% survival. Whether they stocked enough in this trial to achieve that is another question. You would think they would have since that’s what the financials were based on, 6,000lbs. So you’d think they set out to prove they could produce just that. If anyone knows the answer they are not talking yet.
I get the sense that they want the U.S Market for themselves. That any licensing partners will be overseas. Possibly one of the big Norwegian companies. If and when a licensing partner is announced id be surprised if they are based in the US.
If they stocked 240,000 PL10s yes. If they didn’t then the question becomes can they? At what point do they reach maximum density and the system just can’t handle one more shrimp no matter how they calibrate it. I think they’d want to be safely just under that point. I’m no engineer or scientist so just my thoughts.
Exactly, were they at low density, high density? What was the survival rate? How long did they take? It all matters at this moment but once the harvest report is released it’s likely irrelevant.
