Thanks TooFrank. Been trying to find an example of a non Toxic GHS deal. You've just proven to me SHMP can get a favorable loan. Also someone brought up the fact that the 7m closely matches the around 6m in debt. Could this be to close out their debt and a deal with major partner is on the way? Sound like this could be the case. This make sense beause 7m won't get them far towards expansion but it will satisfy short term debt. We could be looking at of the charts harvest plus partnerships and or licensing deals with no dilution all coming shortly. This well definitely explode if that's the case. Good find.
