My thoughts on the impending harvest and S-1. The video from today could have been taken when Peter was last at the facility. He did say that he didn’t even post most of the videos he could have. I’m guessing we’ll know soon enough. When will they harvest? Only those close to NS and F&T personnel likely know the answer to that. It could be happening right this moment or it could be another 2 weeks. They are not in a rush. They feel they have proven the concept and are not worried about a few extra weeks to get them to the size they want. As far as the report, I get the feeling whoever is preparing it will not rush it. It will be akin to the way a drug company prepares a report for the medical community. We’ll likely need TooFrank to translate it for us because it will probably include a lot of:

As far as the S-1with GHS Investments. According to a new statement from Peter Letizia they had to delay the effectiveness because of the government shutdown. “they had to wait for the government to reopen for the S1.....” from Peter’s Facebook page. This means they’ll likely file before February 15th as part 2 of the shutdown could take effect on that day. Now something could have happened making this unnecessary but we just don’t know yet. We’ll only know the details when it’s too late to act. Will likely come out on a Friday at 5:00pm and good or bad it is what it is
All in all it’s looking pretty good as long as they don’t make any mistakes. What investors need now is not PRs about environmental friendliness, but communications reassuring all that everything is still all good leading up to the harvest #nomortality.
