Me likes this one. :)
You are exactly right about the courts tying that up. That is why I have no idea why you people worry about it so much. By then the revenue from the military will be in and possible licensing. Also possibly Boeing. By then everything will be fine.
Why are we harping on this lawsuit again? When the revenue comes in from the government contracts everything will work itself out here.
I just slapped that ask!!
I added last week and I may add more. I truly believe that this could be one of those diamonds in the rough. No need to respond to this FlyersFan. We are all aware of the ills here but that is why this is a penny stock. This is one penny stock that I have found that has POTENTIAL to make a really big move. I expect news to start coming soon now that the reigns have been turned over. If we get the news on the licensing deal we will be making new highs and we will all be happy campers.
I agree. I think we are going to be getting big news soon.
I think we are in for good things throughout the rest of this year. Everything that they laid out in that letter last December is starting to pan out.
You are a joke.
Are you kidding me? No one would go to the lengths that you have without an agenda. To warn people. Ha. Whatever.
What more do you want?

I too agree that this is going to run again soon by the way it has traded lately. Support is strong and should move north this week. If we get news then it could blast off. IMHO.
CYBL - Cyberlux Corporation Records Highest Ever Revenue Week with National Guard Shipments
Thursday June 26, 10:55 am ET
Cyberlux Builds and Ships $137K in Orders for New York Air National Guard, Indiana National Guard and Minnesota National Guard during the Week of June 20, 2008
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., June 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cyberlux Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CYBL - News) announced today that the Company posted record revenues of $137,284 for the week ending June 20, 2008. The Company produced and shipped BrightEye Dual Lighthead System orders in record time for immediate deployment to Iraq with National Guard units from New York, Indiana and Minnesota. In addition, the Company verified that its production and distribution processes will support the output needed to fulfill the United States Air Force production requirements.

Over the last year, Cyberlux has supplied BrightEye systems to state-level National Guard and Air National Guard units, generating $650,000 in revenue thus far in 2008. The National Guard and Air National Guard revenue is incremental to the 2008 Department of Defense Appropriations legislation that allocates $8.0 million for the equipping of the United States Air Force with Cyberlux Portable Illumination Systems.
"We are excited to achieve this new revenue milestone as we scale the Company's operations to meet the growing demand for our Portable Illumination Systems within the U.S. Armed Services, including the National Guard and Air National Guard. As the use of our BrightEye systems continues to expand across the state-level National Guard and Air National Guard units, our position as the leading provider of portable solid-state LED lighting solutions is solidified," said Mark Schmidt, president and chief operating officer for Cyberlux. "Satisfying these orders is the next step in deploying our BrightEye tactical lighting solutions within the National and Air National Guard's operations, but this is truly just the beginning of a longer-term lighting technology transition from incandescent-based lighting to solid-state LED lighting within the U.S. Armed Services. With the fulfillment of these initial BrightEye system orders, there are still more than 40 additional states that have requirements for light-weight, rapidly deployable lighting systems."
The Cyberlux Portable Illumination System products are designed as visible and night-vision compatible illumination systems for general mission tactical lighting, force protection, maintenance lighting, expeditionary base protection, disaster first responders, and other rapidly deployable high-intensity lighting applications. Using advanced optics, advanced solid-state lighting technology and light-weight Li-On battery power, all contained in an easily transportable wheeled case, the Cyberlux tactical lighting systems are capable of eliminating the space-consuming bulk, noise and energy consumption of the current generator-powered incandescent lighting systems. Unique to the marketplace, the Cyberlux Portable Illumination Systems provides both white and night-vision compatible covert lighting, a capability not available in traditional lighting systems.
The Cyberlux Portable Illumination System products are available through the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule 56 for Specialty Lighting products under Cyberlux GSA Contract GS-07F-9409S. In addition, Cyberlux Portable Illumination Systems have National Stocking Number designations which make these products available to all purchasing organizations within the U.S. government as well as the global military community.

The up trend is starting. I think that this latest news is the start of something good here. I think that the last half of this year will be very good for CYBL.
All speculation aside, this has really held strong. We have bounce off of .005 several times lately and I think we may start to move backup next week.
CMF and ACCUMULATION turning back up. Nice.
This got pumped to its detriment. I still think that it is worth more than the current pps.
Has anyone asked Orlando about possible future updates or positive news?

I have seen many times in the past where this same scenario has happened and the the bashers came out in full force and the stock runs hard. Don't be weak!
The chart is still in an uptrend. The pumpers got carried away and created all of this. Weak hands sold and some are just flipping. Everyone should calm down and have a beer.
You need to call the transfer agent for that.
It should be fun. Once .0017 breaks there is no telling where we end up.
No way to know. If we go up and the shorts have to start covering there is no telling what might happen.
When we break .0017 this is off to the races.
I agree. I am thinking about adding to my position in the morning. This has monster written all over it.
It's gonna be a monster. Just look at the chart!
This going to be a monster!!
Double bottom bounce.
What is going on here? I started a new job today and just now got on the board. What is up with that website? Does anyone know?
Dumb Indian did you forget to change your profile. You and McKinnley are obviously the same person. No two people uses the misspelling of "youse." What is up with that? What is that supposed to mean anyway. Strange.
bidwacker. :)
Serious shakedown today. I have seen this before on pinks. Major shake before the run. It has spooked me before and I missed the run. We will move soon.
Word is that GLCC has ripped off other PR's before too.
Agreed. I am liquidating too and putting the rest here. I feel really good about this one.
This all you need to know about whether the company is legit. LTDI has always been LTDI.
http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=ltdi#getCompanyInfo
They have never changed their name. They are a family owned small business that is producing some great boats and are getting noticed in trade magazines.
GLCC on the other hand has changed its name and company 6 times. You tell me who the scammer is. It pisses me off to no end that GLCC would copy the PR of our little gem and drag us into this conversation. If I was in GLCC I would be dumping my shares and coming here ASAP.
http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=GLCC#getCompanyInfo
I would only be worried if I was in GLCC. They are the ones copying PR's. LTDI should not be punished for that. From what everyone is saying GLCC has copied other PR's before.
He copied another companies PR that was put out last week and I hear he has done it before. The other company has far more potential imo.
I agree. They may be doing some weekend maintenance at stockcharts. Hopefully it will be fixed by tomorrow.
No real chart resistance until .0018 and that should get smashed because of the low O/S. The bounce off the bottom could be huge!
I do too.
