100% agree. I've watched and played these Lazar Custodianships for a long time. You can go months, even a year without anything happening which is why the short term holders sell and inspire doubt. But I can tell you patience always pays off on these. When the NVSOS is updated with new officers and the OTC filings reflect a change of control, this will pop like all the rest have done. And having such a tradeable float makes that pop even easier to achieve.

Honestly it doesn't even matter. The AS doesn't decide how a stocl trades. The Float does. And of the last filing by Lazar, the float is 15 Million. That's the important number here. EORZ has a 450 Million OS and ran to 8 cents from dubs when they got their merge in. And whether it's right or wrong on the AS for CXCQ, you have to go by the transfer agents numbers which were updated yesterday. A company can file any amendment they want to NVSOS but until it's put through by the transfer agent and updated on the OTC, it's not actionable.

Nope. 75 Million AS - Check OTC Markets. Just updated yesterday.

The AS and OS are 75 Million. That's tiny in the OTC world and the float is 15 million. Check the filings from May. EORZ, another Lazar shell just got it's merge in and ran to 8 cents on 450 million AS, 183 million OS and a 54 million float. Don't listen to the noise. These always run when the merge comes in.

He can sell CXCQ anytime he wants. He just sold EORZ (another registered shell) who just had their merge in. And the price went up to 8 cents from dub 40. This one will run too when the new owner comes in.

Anything under 2 cents is a buy here. This ran to 10 cents on just the custodianship. Lazar doesn't terminate his custodianships unless he has a buyer. Have played all of his shells the last few years and if you know how to trade, you're going to make money. You will have to wait but it will come. Impatient sellers taking a loss here will see this run and kick themselves. Again.

And $CGAC has run as high as 10 cents so lots of room to push upward.

4.4 Million is the last reported OS. Has ran in to pennies before. Just not for a while.

Something is definitely up but not sure what. Been in this one for months. Knew it had a great SS with 4.4 million shares outstanding but could never push past 20.

And every trade yesterday was a buy. More than half of the shares bought were at .0045 to .005 so this should go higher if it gets any volume at all. Already up to .0070 today.

Honestly, I think it's just a cyclical thing w the chart. It was near it's bottom yesterday which has been .0016 - so as soon as some bigger buys came in at 20 yesterday, people who watch these low float dead tickets took notice. This has run to over 2 cents this past year because it moves easily.

She's awake today. Some more slaps and it will run past a penny. Small Float.
