GRASSHOPPER KIOSKS SPREAD COVID!!!
All these shitty systems you DD crew keep pushing can fall in to the same category as the AGM if you wanna push the issue
Actually the CDC does give guidelines for public areas, unless you have an ATM in the kitchen
"Electronics
For electronics, such as tablets, touch screens, keyboards, remote controls, and ATM machines
Consider putting a wipeable cover on electronics.
Follow manufacturer’s instruction for cleaning and dinfecting.
If no guidance, use alcohol-based wipes or sprays containing at least 70% alcohol. Dry surface thoroughly."
https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/disinfecting-building-facility.html
Really, the outdoor section? Because it says "Outdoor areas, generally require normal routine cleaning, but do not require disinfection."
Youre right on the airlines:
Recent studies indicate that the virus can be spread by people before they develop symptoms (pre-symptomatic) or who never develop symptoms (asymptomatic). It also may be possible that a person can get COVID-19 by touching a surface or object that has the virus on it and then touching their own mouth, nose, or possibly their eyes. However, this is not thought to be the main way the virus spreads.
https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/airport-customer-factsheet.html
2nd paragraph
Once again, don't go licking stuff.
Not likely to get Covid from an AGM
"The virus that causes COVID-19 is thought to spread mainly from person to person, mainly through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes. These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs. Spread is more likely when people are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet)"
So as long as your not letting someone cough on you, you wont get those droplets and get infected.
https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/faq.html
How COVID-19 Spreads > How does the virus spread?
According to CDC, surfaces only need to be cleaned daily, not in between uses. As long as you're not touching your nose, mouth or face after touching a publicly facing object, you're fine. Also, if youre not used to cleaning your hands after touching stuff the rest of the public can, youre probably part of the problem.

Need legitimate information in order have SEC investigate. Difference between whistleblower and pissed off/disappointed investor.
2. Who is an eligible whistleblower?
An “eligible whistleblower” is a person who voluntarily provides the SEC with original information about a possible violation of the federal securities laws that has occurred, is ongoing, or is about to occur. The information provided must lead to a successful SEC action resulting in an order of monetary sanctions exceeding $1 million. One or more people are allowed to act as a whistleblower, but companies or organizations cannot qualify as whistleblowers. You are not required to be an employee of the company to submit information about that company. See Rule 21F-2. In addition, to be eligible for an award, the information must be provided in the form and manner required under the whistleblower rules. See Rule 21F-9 and FAQ 9.
https://www.sec.gov/whistleblower/frequently-asked-questions#faq-2
So you have to have "original information", a recording, or email chain that includes employee's talking about screwing over investors or performing something illegal. Not friend of a friend told me over an email I won't show you.
3. What information can I submit to the SEC?
The SEC conducts investigations into possible violations of the federal securities laws. In general, the more specific, credible, and timely a whistleblower tip, the more likely it is that the tip will be forwarded to investigative staff for further follow-up or investigation.
https://www.sec.gov/whistleblower/frequently-asked-questions#faq-3
So if the evidence you provide isn't deemed to be worth anything or not evidence at all, nothing will happen. And on the Submission form, they ask if you want to leave your information so the SEC can contact you. And you are required to leave valid information if you are trying to claim any award as a whistleblower
Theyre opening a new location soon too.
Peoria location should be opening by or before June 22nd. Until then go to https://t.co/egMnbobAR6 to order. pic.twitter.com/0sZkZQqdPN

Seems like they dropped the Hemp from the name, but they still have all the same information. Business license isn't expired
https://www.nevada-register.com/1460866-hydr8-llc
Even on Silverflume, do a BUSINESS ENTITY AND MARK SEARCH for Hydrate, LLC. Still the same address, owner info as the previous license. Looks like they just changed names.
Enough said.
earthly mist-

natural herbal remedies-
https://ecorp.azcc.gov/BusinessSearch/BusinessInfo?entityNumber=16799494
If you look up Hydr8, LLC on the nevada website (https://esos.nv.gov/EntitySearch/BusinessInformation), there is an active license with the name of Jared Kahn. Same name on the old Hemp Hydr8 LLC license. Looks like the updated their name on the new license. And Michelle Wilkos is listed as an officer, same person as on the Hydr8 site (https://www.gohydr8.com/our-story/)
CBD store is going fine, the grow op is running well, the AGM's are being sold (contrary to you guys saying it's bs, you can't provide proof to dispute the financials or dispute the business that bought them and stated so) HyDr8 still seems to be on, can't find anything otherwise (willing to admit i'm wrong) Started distributing ONE HD seltzer water.
Could also be because you need to leave contact information in order for the SEC to contact you and get more evidence. Otherwise it goes to agent, and without much evidence, you never hear from them again. Also a difference between whistleblower and just pissed off/disappointed investors.
"An “eligible whistleblower” is a person who voluntarily provides the SEC with original information about a possible violation of the federal securities laws that has occurred, is ongoing, or is about to occur."
https://www.sec.gov/whistleblower/frequently-asked-questions#faq-2
So you need original information to be a whistleblower, like witnessing first hand the C-level officers planning to rip off investors, or a recording or something like that.

"In general, the more specific, credible, and timely a whistleblower tip, the more likely it is that the tip will be forwarded to investigative staff for further follow-up or investigation."
So with this 100% accurate proof, why not contact SEC?
Dispension is dispensing heroin/opioids in Canada, I don't want to be associated with a company dealing heroin, so I'm glad they cancelled that deal.
https://www.wired.com/story/one-doctors-answer-to-drug-deaths-opioid-vending-machines/
Earthly Mist appears to be fine. The store, and the business say theyre taken care of, so need more proof.
What happened with Vessel?
Haven't seen anything about Hydr8 falling through, and nothing online indicates that.
Nipton foreclosed by owner, no impact on the $12,500/month, 15 year lease for the stores in Nipton.
Former CEO out in 2015

Former COO out in 2016

The past failures you list are from before the current CEO, so once again,
For supposed junk, it's still getting attention.
Right, they did. Things can fall through, plans fail. The financials show Mohave Hospitalilty will being paying $12,500/month for 15 years. Google is writing $34billion because their moonshot ideas didnt pan out, nobody is crying scam or sec on them.
What were the time frames for previous failures? Past ceo failures the new administration has to deal with, or current admin screw ups?
Zazzz got rebranded to agm in 2015, so that 1500 pr is waay in the past, youll probably find hillary's email servers back there
Typing on phone, typos. Just because you choose to stick with a strain and make it better doesn't mean youre behind the times. Depending on the strain and thc content, it can be, but once again, its worth it. Hows your research goin?
Make sure youre looking during the correct times, multiple users have seen it, and the pics youve taken show that is was grown there at one point.
Yup, sublet a building to build the AGM (so much better than the crap grasshoppers) and lease a building to grow amazing products.
They financed and lease the grow op building in arizona.
They are subletting the AGM building in North Carolina.
And the weed they grow is really good, the Natural Herbal Remedies licensor they grow for goes for about $30/gr here in Az and its completely worth it.
Because they're probably cutting the plants and getting them ready for drying and curing, and they have multiple rooms, so you get random feeds. Since youve seen them close to empty, you know there have been plants in there.
Being trimmed. I watched all morning as they cleared these shelves. Considering the grow op has rooms that hold the plants at all the different stages, theres monthly cuttings. Instead of waiting 3-4 months for a single batch, they harvest every month.
Thanks for confirming there is no email, just text you typed out. I agree, it's done.
No, ill wait for the email confirmation you say you have. Im not here to find evidence for your statements.
Thats the stock market, kinda how its goes. Aurora is about to do a 1 to 12 reverse split and their shares are currently 380x more than erbb. plus most of the big companies are going through their cash and having to resort to using shares to pay their bill and get new acquisitions (sound familiar?)
That has nothing to do with the screenshot im asking for.
Thats nice. Ill take some evidence over trusting that you cant posting anything online unless it's true.
Screenshot?
Can you show where? Nope
So if you go in to your email, you can use the printscreen option on your keyboard to take a screenshot of that email you claim to have, and upload it to iHub. Once its uploaded, you can paste the embed shortcode they give and paste it here as proof. Otherwise we all have to assume youre lying.
Can you provide proof?
Oh no, i didnt confirm anything, other than you posted some text on this website. If you cant post a screenshot, then its just proof you have nothing. Thanks in advance
Youre right, thats not the sweet virginia grow. But if you google search that image, thats the same image that new site uses when posting about marijuana. 3 different articles from them show up with the same image. Chances are they paid for that image, or got it from a royalty free source.
Right, on 3/13 you posted
CEO_Gwyther_confirms_EarthlyMIst_has_not_paid_and_machines_not_shipped
Here is the full text of an email I got from him on 3/11/20:
Pan Pacific is a spin-out and has no ERBB revenues, Earthly has not paid for the the machines ordered and they haven't been shipped. We didn't give the machines away! Thank you for your long term support, DGG
Since the site allows you to embed an image, please take a screenshot and post it here please. Thats simple text and not proof of anything.
Can you embed an screenshot of that email confirmation?
I get that. And true, the limits do differ from state to state, but they dont carry over. I can go to Colorado, buy my max there, buy my max 2.5 oz in az then max out in nevada and come home with nearly a pound, and never broke a limit law. Considering marijuana is the only one that keeps live tracking updates in a state system, the other age restricted item dont need to have the state keep track. True, their track record doesnt speak highly for anything.
Thanks for having an actual discussion regarding this stuff. Last time i tried to discuss things had a moderator for this board messaged me talking crap and insulting me. Good luck on your research, stay safe.
Well at this point most age restrictions are 21+, so it should be pretty easy to set those restrictions. Ive downloaded the app on a burner phone and read the policy, you should too.
Saying any states with drams laws wont happen isnt necessarily true. If you look up Pour My Beer, its a pre loaded rfid card that people walk up to a beer tap, tap the card and start pouring beer, no supervision, just a prepaid card. Alot of these are being used in dram law states.
Youre right, high end swanky bars probably wont opt for it, but what about college and sports bars? The bars that have more time wasted trying to fill beer cups than tend bar.
Cannabis outside a dispensary? You are correct, state laws say th sale must take place INSIDE the dispensary. Doesnt indicate if it needs to be behind counter or just in lobby.
Beer at a sporting event? Possibly, but youre more than likely right.
Cbd outside a dispensary? Correct, it too needs to be inside as well.
Drugs? None of us are in charge of those decisions, so who can say?
From working in a liquor store only a couple years ago, i had way more customers tell me kids were outside trying get people to buy for them than actually try, but its also the area you're in suppose (had a couple kids tell me the adult just took their miney and left, nit buying them anything lol) Since i believe most laws have that the vending machine would need to be in a bar area (or establishment already licensed to sell alcohol), they would be supervised anyway.
The point is to vend beer, something that doesnt need measurements, while your bartenders are making $10-$15 cocktails left and right and getting people up, served and away from the bar to open space, while getting tipped nicely. But still be able to assert some form of control.
You also dont need to reprogram the machine every 2 seconds, other than tobacco, there isnt many huge changes to age restrictions. If youre trying to push to every 50 states, youre correct, they wouldnt be able to keep up financially. But there are already a number of states where the machines comply with age restricted products
Ok, gotcha. Didnt know how the time differences worked with who got the updates first
My bad, California's dram law wasn't repealed, they just gutted it severely.
Since the machine will need someone to monitor it for alcohol levels, theft and registration of new members, they would be able to stop the customer or sale. This isnt a Redbox to drop on a corner and forget. Someone buying it for someone doesnt seem reasonable since theres a paper trail of who bought what, and if theres an accident, your purchase history is available to police and youd be charged under those dram laws along with the bar. Do you buy alcohol for your friends that are already completely hammered in public and turned down by a bartender? There are apparently seven states that dont have dram laws, and read California recently overturned theirs.
Yea, i never saw much market for tobacco (i dont remember if i brought that up or you did) because of those reasons, and the fact its not a highly sought after market anymore (that ive seen). I get the liquor licenses as well, ive looked at opening a bar and worked in a liquor store for 3 years.
I mean if they can stay focused on a few core items, they dont need to go crazy trying to move every state legislature or bog down a system with multiple sku's. There are already a good amount of states that present an open market.
According to my account the outstanding is 298.5M. we should see new numbers on the next update. The board of directors gave that release the same day otc made its update.
