What I'd like to see. Either from Biel itself, DJ or KT. On behalf of shareholders. An introductory package with analyisis of its benefits, & with a product (actipatch) and/or appliance that we, as shareholders, could buy, at a discount, to be sent to one (or more) our favorite sports team's physical therapy's unit. NCAA, NFL, NBA, or you pick. I'd be willing to spring for a few $. I'd rather contribute a small amount to such advertising than buy more shares. Multiply that by a significant number of shareholders and we could contribute to product awareness to where it's most needed. Better than the constant bickering here that no one listens to. I'm happy to forward the idea to KN. Pending input here.
I did read the article. Jobs also emphasized simplicity above all else. I don't know how much simpler Actipatch could look. Or be to use. 1 button. I suppose they could add color to the resin so that it's not transparent. Then the components wouldn't be visible at all. Including probably then the green light. Which would be the opposite of what you're suggesting. The other thing to keep in mind is that Actipatch is disposable. Unlike an Apple product.
From the article: "The better way is to go deeper with the simplicity, to understand everything about it and how it’s manufactured"
When it's slipped into an appliance like what DJ or SAI sells, does it matter what it looks like? Or when as RecoveryRX it's wrapped in gauze & dressing, does it matter? If your dog has it taped to his butt, does it matter?
KN's been silent for a long, long time. Can't help but think that this event will be knocking it out of the park. Is there any good reason to be silent for a year+ only to deliver bad news? I wouldn't think so.
Thanks Sri. BTW, your posts & opinions are the among most valuable & insightful on this board. IMO.
Anyone got a link to the plantar fascitis appliance? Was it an SAI product?
If I'm reading correctly, only 1026 kg were shipped in 2022. Somewhat over a ton. Not 47,000 pounds.
She didn't say WHICH year, lol. Hoping this one!
If indeed online sales on Amazon have decreased to a degree, much of that may be due to an ever increasing brick and mortar presence. I do wish that the device's green light would change color once it gets below a certain charge level. That would facilitate quicker replacement.
Im curious about the CVS/Target relationship. Of course, in their own stores, CVS can sell whatever the hell they want. I wonder how that works with space within Target? Anecdotally, it would seem that expansion to Target would indicate success within their own stores. Which to me indicates they're pleased with sales in their own stores. Which is a good sign if we're worried about a drop off of sales from CVS's intial order(s).
I posted this earlier. My wife has occasional minor (compared to some people) shingles outbreaks and always knows when one is coming due to pain in her upper thigh right before an outbreak. We placed a patch over the painful area and not only was the pain greatly diminished, but no shingles this time. It might be another 6 months or a year before the next bout, but we'll be sure and try it again.
Contract was dated 2019.
Treating shingles with Actipatch. My wife has a minor outbreak of shingles maybe a couple of times a year. She always knows when it's coming as she has intense pain in her upper thigh that always preceeds an outbreak. This time we placed a patch over the painful area of her thigh overnight as soon as she experienced pain. Pain almost all gone the next day and no shingles. Anecdotal to be sure. But this was a first for her. While neither of us are anxiously awaiting her next outbreak, we'll do the same thing next time. It'll be interesting to see how she reacts.
And how posters here clamored, begged, prayed for his removal. Well, they got it. And all along the way he was criticized for his interviews (updates?) with Jolly. I don't blame management one bit these days for not sucking up to flippers.
.0035 cant come soon enough.
How about if they follow the advice offered by flippers on penny stock message boards? D LMAO. D as in double.
Focusing on growing the business, that is, OEM's, ultimately focuses on investors.
The fallout is a good thing. Shaking out flippers/43. In the longbrun, Biel will be fine.
Personally, I'm ok with the results and subsequent fallout. Shake out the flippers and weenies. Biel will ultimately be profitable. Or not. If they are, all is good. If not, oh well. Biel is only a fraction of my port, a portion of which I was/am willing to gamble. Much of the hand-wringing here is from flippers.
Article dated 2009.
Indeed, I saw the last run up to 008. It was fun. But I also saw the drop to where it is now. Not fun. But let's say some pictures get posted. And the price runs up again. Those that bought near 008 (or those that wished they'd sold at 008) will bail and just cause another sell-off. That's the simple psychology of markets.
Everyone keeps asking for photos. But if the pallets are shipping diretly from China to Utah, then the Biel loading dock is out of the loop. I suppose KN could ask the mfr or KT to snap a couple, but that would mean he's kow-towing to message board posters rather than TCOB. And kinda childish. The bills of lading (or whatever they're called) that have been posted here more than once are sufficient proof, I would think. News, good or bad, will come when it comes. And the share price, accordingly, will then do what it does. Pictures and the like may indeed spike the SP in the short term, but it would only resort to more selling and driving the price back down. The very thing that is frustrating shareholders right now. Wash, rinse, repeat. The ONLY thing that matters at this point is profitability.
I introduced Wave+ to a friend whose wife has suffered from fybromyalgia for 20 years with no relief after trying several different therapies over time . She was skeptical to say the least. But doesn't want pills. She put a patch on one calf overnight. Said there was a huge difference in pain the next morning compared to the leg without the patch. She's now got it on her forearm to relieve swelling due to humity. I had sent him the link to KT's Amazon page so they could read the reviews. I then sent him the DonJoy link, and he bought 2 more with a discount code.
We already saw evidence of the shipment from China to Utah. You keep clamoring for pictures of pallets. The pallets don't go to or come from Biel.
Pics likely won't get posted if the shipment goes directly from China to KT. Instead of from Biel to KT.
Loop it under your broken toe, then tape the remaining loop it on top of your foot. Or hold it in place with a sock.
For those clamoring for an update/PR, be careful what you wish for. It'll just start the roller coaster all over again. Those that bought at 7ish will bail. Those that didn't sell at 7ish the first time will bail. And the flippers will flip, that's what they do. I suspect they are the loudest ones begging for a PR.
1.3 mil at either 0006 or 004 isn't putting very much at risk.
Pallet weight is significant.
It went from 720 hours to 250 for the KT labeled device. Which isn't necessarily a good thing for those that are used to the 720 unit. But a good thing going forward for new users that don't know any better. And a good thing for Biel holders in that shorter battery life can mean more repeated sales for KT and thus Biel. Plus lower entry price. Which hopefully means more new buyers. I think a rather brilliant marketing strategy.
Has it been 3 years? Wow. Anyway, am I the alone in being amazed at how fast the KT roll out has happened? Especially considering the date of the announced oem partnership, new battery configuration, labeling/packaging by KT and now on the shelves. Impressive.
From yahoo finance:
"BOSTON, Feb. 24, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Yellow Wood Partners LLC ("Yellow Wood"), a Boston-based private equity firm focused on investing in consumer brands and companies, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the Scholl footcare brand, which operates globally outside of the Americas, from U.K.-based consumer-goods company Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("RB"). The acquisition will reunite Scholl with the Dr. Scholl's™ brand as one entity after 30+ years of separate ownership. The combined business generates annual retail sales exceeding $700 million with leading market shares in the footcare category globally."
I wonder how many pallets went to Airway? Or maybe just leftover stock in the US.
Competition to Actipatch? Synthetic, non addictive, opiod that treats nerve sensizitation. According to some studies.

Some are clamoring for massive advertising. But until what you've described takes place, it makes little sense to advertise a product that's not the shelf yet.
Ashley Judd fell and shattered her leg in the Congo. She's reportedly in a hospital in South Africa. Wouldn't it be great pub to get Adcock in South Africa to fix her up with RecoveryRX?
I also. But I was able to cautiously average down to where im up over 100%.
Too funny. What's saying about pots and kettles?
Today was fun, wasnt it?
It would be highly unlikely to feature/highlight a Biel centric product in any Super Bowl ad campaign. Too short of a time frame from when the Biel/DonJoy relationship was inked to when Super Bowl ads are conceived, produced, etc. IMO.
