I don't think this stock has any correlation whatsover to economic news, ie jobs reports etc.

I would expect last 5 minutes of trading to be VERY TELLING

but today has deviated in tone from the trading intra-day from the last week or two ...

It smells like a run is coming ...the next move up as I think the big buyer has gotten close to getting their shares accumulated and the MM mentioned earlier will back away and let this GAP.

Concerning BIOMEDS

I know a lot of you here have much more experience with them then i do, but I signed up about a month ago and have already made 30 times my subscription price with just 4 of their picks/recommendations.

So, It is HOW YOU PLAY the information.

EXAMPLES: PSID (I made about $2200 on that one trade in 48 hours)

ENZ ... I noticed that options were available on that stock and when they announced info fast before it hit news wires ... I jumped on the options and made over $2800 in about 3 hours on that one.

So, I love them so far and I am just getting started.

Not to mention that the FDA CALENDER gives one plenty of time to analyze companies and create game plans before announcements.

Also, I did not get APPA from them but did do some research and saw they posted about them WAY back before the stock ever moved substantially, so, if one was paying attention.... BIOMEDS could have been the reason many investors got into APPA when stock was under .60 cents.

Just some thoughts...

But would love some of you who know and have experience with them to PRIVATE EMAIL/ MESSAGE ME info as I do not to be played by anyone/group that recommends stocks while they are selling..and crap like that.

So, please send me any substantive examples if you have any... I would deeply appreciate it as I only have about 30 days with these guys so far.

Anyone shorting APPa right here is a FOOL with a capital "F"

The accumulation and consolidation at every move up from when I started buying it at .77 cents a share is so obvious.

this stock has never been hyped and is under the radar and has been. I agree with previous poster who observed how the MM is obviously buying for someone/some group and has tried very hard to keep stock from gapping ...
Once that buyer has gotten the shares they want ... APPA GAPS to NEW HIGH as next big move before the 18th as investors position for the 18th NEWS.

SVA earnings out: .12 cents per share (EPS) for 3rd quarter
However, they only reported less than 1/2 million of the over 11 million doses of the H1N1 Vaccine.

analyst had .07 per share estimates with a whisper number of .08 a share ... so .12 still beat whisper number BUT DID NOT INCLUDE over 11 MILLION Doses of H1N1 ...

Had they included those sales, they would have killed earnings.

Conference call at 9:00 AM should clear that up and sets stock up for HUGE 4th Quarter BEAT.

This stock reports earnings on NOV 16th ... I am an options only player .. and have bought DEC $7.50 and $5.00 calls ...

With NEWS imminent about MEXICO distribution, if allowed by China Government, and also, on the same day they report earnings, NOV 16th, guess what, they are going to move from the AMEX to the NASDAQ on that day with the same ticker.

That is good also ....

I agree, earnings should be huge for several reasons, obviously,m the huge orders from Chinese Government, but little talked about, they also did a deal to supply HONG KONG.
Shouldn't those be in the earnings also, not to mention their pipeline of orders, that have to be huge.

Mexico alone, if announced, should move the stock over $1 or $2 IMO

I just bought into this little company at .79 a week ago or so.
anyone see that 2.1 million dollar insider buy back on October 19th?

anyone here have any insight on that. That is a huge buy by someone on the inside ... not an institution, an individual who should know what is going on in his company , wouldn't you think.

since this is Phase III level and the timing of that huge buy on a stock less than a buck a share .... does that not indicate something coming fairly soon (Next 3-6 months MAX)?

No, I don't think they "PAID" for those shares. they were granted to them ...freebies ... and the cost basis is for calculation of capital gains.

I am pretty sure they did not pony up the money for those shares, but they were given, probably in lieu of cash or salary.

I wish they did really BUY THEM WITH THEIR OWN CASH.

But I think I heard somewhere that they are restricted for two years before they can sell them.

Based on how many shares these guys have though, over-and-above the recent gimme shares, I think they might have an allocation of other shares that they can sell currently. The A/S were lifted to 1 Billion and the O/S keep going up every time someone calls there are more and more O/S showing. Anyway you slice it, there is dilution going on. When A/S is raised and O/S keep rising, what else do you call it?

Hopefully, now that revenues are finally starting, perhaps the necessity to keep selling shares or paying vendors with shares in lieu of payment for services, to meet cash flow of running the biz can stop. Then we will move higher.

I believe the biggest sellers have been companies that were issued shares for compensation that have sold into every news event (IMHO)

Been here for about 11 months now in ACHI ....
Still under water with an average base cost now of .046
But hopefully that is going to change soon and be a steal in relation to the PPS to come!

One would think that they had to disclose much more about their business to the bank to get that credit line than they have made available to the public shareholders.
Obviously, the bank liked what they saw enough to extend that amount of credit. I think they disclosed enough to make the bank comfortable ... I like it!

An intelligent explanation is the least Steve Sulja should do.
He will do it voluntary or under deposition.

I use "GAINSKEEPER" for calculating taxes and doing schedule D every year. You can import from most online brokers all your tax info .... It is invaluable. I do over a thousand trades a year and it is dead accurate.
You might have to manually adjust fr stock splits or other anomalies, but overall, it is the best program by FAR out their for handling capital gain taxes.

Make no mistake about it, Safe Harbor disclaimers do "NOT" Insulate the company and individuals from Fraud.
If they do not produce some very clear and verifiable explanations concerning the previous "specific" representations that were used to seduce, induce and solicit investor confidence and capital, then the paper trail is clear and I have already been (with very clear legal opinion) assured that the SAFE HARBOR statements that were attached to each of those specific representations were not adequate and will not provide any legal protection for the parties involved.
I have already spent additional monies and individually have wheels in motion to pursue justice.

My advice would be for their attorneys and advisers to take serious heed to what I am saying ... one investor, with the where-with-all and tenaciousness, can and will, very soon make their presence fully known. It does not take a class-action lawsuit which gets diluted by attorneys who usually are on a contingent basis and half-heartedly committed.

I have preferred to pay for a very skilled attorney who is being paid not on a contingency, but hourly. That way, I can dictate the depth and scope of the case.

agreed .... but it just takes only one determined shareholder with resources and contacts and of course money, to bring a whole world of pressure down on the heads of company/individuals.

If laws were broken, there are lawyers who will/can bring the full brunt of the law to bare on SLJB and company if someone writes the check and has the intestinal fortitude and perseverance. And of course, good attorneys skilled in these matters.

I am following this now for the knowledge and record for future use. (Interpret anyway you choose)

All this talk of self-bashing stating we all blame ourselves,etc. is not accurate in truth.

This was not a case of rumors and lack of DD that made many invest, But THE CEO, himself who flat out lied to his shareholders. That is fraud, that is criminal, that is prosecutable because the written trail is so littered with his own PR's and statements on his blog.
"Definitive date for A/F's" .... Not a rumor started by short interest groups, but a statement of fact by CEO himself.

So, many here did not get swayed by the "evil crowd" ie. nefarious shorties, and hedge funds, but by the CEO himself and the companies own PR's and blogs.

BE ACCURATE WHERE ONE PLACES BLAME!

Never trust level II data, especially before the opening bell.
Here is the truth about level II.

Market Makers display in level II "NON ACCURATE" Information.
I know this for a fact. They do not legally have to represent your order ... the best bid or the best ask.

I have ran many test with Etrade and Options Express on stocks I owned that they made a market in. I had the broker on the phone and had him place orders beating the best bid. It never showed up. I asked him if Etrade made a market in the stock. He said "Yes" ... I asked him to call the market maker and tell them that they had a GREAT CUSTOMER on the phone and to please represent my order at the current ask so I could buy at the full offering ask.
The market maker refused to represent me and I could not get a fill.

So, the bottom line, was they were displaying info in level II to paint a fictitious picture to get investors to believe that there were no buyers willing to pay the ask and they drove the price down.

When it was so blatant, the broker at etrade had to admit to me that they were totally within the law and DID NOT HAVE TO REPRESENT THE ORDER OR FILL IT.

So, people glued to level II as if it were some equality tool to show us what is happening behind the scenes is BS in in Pinky Land.

It is a tool alright ... but a tool to deceive the retail investor.
